이 연구는 공공도서관의 서비스품질(인쇄형태 출판물과 인터넷 및 전자자원, 문화프로그램 및 서비스, 도서관시설 및 환경, 직원)이 공공도서관의 이용에 따른 전반적인 만족도 및 불평의도, 충성도(재이용의도 포함)에 미치는 영향을 밝히기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 대구지역 8개 공공도서관의 이용자 443명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 선행연구에 대한 분석을 통해 제시한 인과적 모델을 설문데이터를 바탕으로 경로분석(path analysis)을 이용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 인쇄형태 출판물과 문화프로그램 및 서비스, 도서관시설 및 환경, 직원은 각각 이용자의 전반적인 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관시설 및 환경의 품질은 공공도서관 이용자의 만족도와 충성도에 광범위한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study investigates the influences of the service quality of public libraries, including printed publications, internet and electronic materials, culture programs and service, library environment and facilities, and library staff, on the general satisfaction of the users, complaining intentions, and loyalty including reuse intentions. It develops a library user satisfaction model and testifies it through path analysis using questionnaires from 443 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. This study shows that service qualities of printed publications, culture programs and service, library environment and facilities, and library staff influence significantly on the general satisfaction of the users, and that service quality of library environment and facilities is the major variable which influences satisfaction and loyalty of the public library.

DLS(Digital Library System)는 학교도서관 관리자(사서교사)와 최종 이용자(일반교사 및 학생)에게 애플리케이션 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 교육인적자원부에서 개발한 학교도서관 정보시스템이다. DLS는 현재 15개 시도교육청에 설치되어 있으며, 시도교육청 관내의 초중등학교에 서비스를 제공하고 있다. DLS는 서비스를 개시한지 2년 이상이 지났기 때문에 이용 실태와 현황을 분석하여 향후 학교도서관 관리자, 학생 및 교사를 대상으로 이용실태와 요구사항을 조사하여 향후 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
DLS(Digital Library System) have ben established by Ministry o Resources Development for providing the application services to each school library managers(teacher librarian) and front end users such as student s and teachers. DLS's are separately operated by 15 major metropolitan or provincial office of education to cover all elementary, midle and high schols in Korea. There is a necess current status of DLS because it's system after starting a service 2 years passed. This study suggested to improvements strategies of DLS by survey from teac her librarian, subject teacher, students of 308 schools.
초록
본 연구는 2년제 전문대학 학생들을 대상으로 웹기반 온라인목록의 이용특성을 조사 연구한 것이다. 연구방법으로 이용자들의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 질문지법과 면접조사법을 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터의 처리는 통계처리 프로그램인 SPSSWIN 10.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 이용행태, 검색결과 만족도, 웹 온라인목록의 선호도, 검색어 선정, 문헌정보학 전공자와 비전공자 간의 탐색성과 차이, 웹 온라인목록의 이용자교육의 필요성 등에 관한 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 분석결과를 근거로 하여 웹 온라인목록 이용 중에 발생하는 문제점과 어려움을 느끼는 기능들에 대해 개선방안을 제시하여 이용자들로 하여금 웹 온라인목록 이용의 효율성을 돕고자 하였다.
Abstract
The aims of this study is to analyse the user's behavior, satisfaction, difficulties and selection of retrieval keywords for the use of Web-based OPAC in the College students. The methods of the questionnaire and the interview was applied to get the data and processed by using SPSSWIN 10.1. Several research results was proved the hypothesis such as differences between major subject of students in their fields. Furthermore, based on the result of this analysis, another purpose is to come up with the improvements of functions prompting difficulties and answers to problems found in the Web OPAC, helping them to use the Web OPAC efficiently.
