초록
본 연구는 대학생의 이메일 기록관리 행태와 대학 이메일 정책에 관한 인식을 파악한 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 317명을 대상으로 이메일 기록관리의 필수요소인 이메일 공통사항, 작성, 관리, 보존, 인식, 총 5가지 항목으로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 또한 대학의 이메일 서비스 제공 방법에 따라 구글을 이용하는 대학, 마이크로소프트를 이용하는 대학, 자체 웹메일을 이용하는 대학, 총 3가지 유형으로 나눠 6명을 심층 면담하였다. 조사 결과 대학생은 이메일을 주소록, 클라우드 스토리지, 파일 저장, 협업 도구로 사용하고 있었고 기록생애주기에 따라 이메일을 체계적으로 관리하는 데에는 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 또한 모바일 서비스 및 첨부파일 보존에 한계가 있는 대학 자체 웹메일보다 부가기능의 사용이 가능한 외부 이메일 플랫폼 이용을 선호하는 경향이 나타났다. 이러한 대학생의 이메일 기록관리를 지원하기 위해 졸업생 이메일 계정 유지, 충분한 이메일 저장 공간 제공, 대학생 대상 이메일 기록관리 교육 및 가이드라인 제공 등을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study examines email records management patterns of undergraduate students and their perceptions of university email policy. The research collected data from 317 undergraduate students using a survey based on the five essential elements of email records management: common elements, email creation, email management, email preservation, and perception. Also, an in-depth interview was conducted with 6 undergraduate students, according to the method of university email service: Google, Microsoft, and in-house webmail. As a result, undergraduate students used email as an address book, cloud storage, file storage, and collaboration tool, and they had difficulties in systematically managing the email records according to the records lifecycle. Also, there was a tendency to prefer using an external email platform that can use additional functions to in-house webmail that has limitations in mobile service and preservation of attachments. Thus, this study suggests ways to help undergraduate students manage their email records, including maintaining graduates’ email accounts, providing sufficient email storage, and providing email records management training and guidelines for undergraduate students.

본 연구는 ‘우수한 성능의 메타데이터 속성 유사도 기반의 학술 문헌추천시스템’을 제안하는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보조직에서 다루는 메타데이터의 활용과 계량정보학에서 다루고 있는 동시인용, 저자-서지결합법, 동시출현 빈도, 코사인 유사도의 개념을 활용한 문헌정보학 기반의 학술 문헌 추천기법을 제안하고자 하였다. 실험을 위해 수집한 ‘불평등’, ‘격차’ 관련 총 9,643개의 논문 메타데이터를 정제하여 코사인 유사도를 활용한 저자, 키워드, 제목 속성 간의 상대적 좌표 수치를 도출하였고, 성능 좋은 가중치 조건 및 차원의 수를 선정하기 위해 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과를 제시하여 이용자의 평가를 거쳤으며, 이를 이용해 기준노드와 추천조합 특성 분석 및 컨조인트 분석, 결과 비교 분석을 수행하여 연구질문 중심의 논의를 수행하였다. 그 결과 전반적으로는 저자 관련 속성을 제한 조합 혹은 제목 관련 속성만 사용하는 경우 성능이 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 기법을 활용하고 광범위한 표본의 확보를 이룬다면, 향후 정보서비스의 문헌 추천 분야뿐 아니라 사회의 다양한 분야에 대한 추천기법 성능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a scholarly paper recommendation system based on metadata attribute similarity with excellent performance. This study suggests a scholarly paper recommendation method that combines techniques from two sub-fields of Library and Information Science, namely metadata use in Information Organization and co-citation analysis, author bibliographic coupling, co-occurrence frequency, and cosine similarity in Bibliometrics. To conduct experiments, a total of 9,643 paper metadata related to “inequality” and “divide” were collected and refined to derive relative coordinate values between author, keyword, and title attributes using cosine similarity. The study then conducted experiments to select weight conditions and dimension numbers that resulted in a good performance. The results were presented and evaluated by users, and based on this, the study conducted discussions centered on the research questions through reference node and recommendation combination characteristic analysis, conjoint analysis, and results from comparative analysis. Overall, the study showed that the performance was excellent when author-related attributes were used alone or in combination with title-related attributes. If the technique proposed in this study is utilized and a wide range of samples are secured, it could help improve the performance of recommendation techniques not only in the field of literature recommendation in information services but also in various other fields in society.

본 연구의 주요 목적은 시대 변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 한글도서관의 미래 지향적 역할을 탐색하고, 이를 위한 발전 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 우선 한글도서관의 현재 기능, 자원, 자료, 온․오프라인 서비스 및 도서관 웹사이트를 철저히 분석하였다. 국내외의 박물관 및 미술관 내 도서관, 그리고 선진 도서관의 운영 현황과 모범 사례를 조사하여 분석하고, 최종적으로 한글도서관의 중장기 발전 방안을 수립하고, 이를 위한 단계별 세부 추진 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 한글도서관이 한글 관련 도서관으로서 중심적인 역할을 더욱 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The main objective of this study is to explore the forward-looking role of a National Hangeul Museum Library that can actively respond to changes in the era and to propose development strategies for this purpose. To achieve this, the current functions, resources, materials, online and offline services, and the library's website were thoroughly analyzed. We conducted research on the operational status and best practices of libraries within museums, art galleries, and advanced libraries both domestically and internationally. Ultimately, we aimed to establish medium to long-term development strategies for the Korean library and derive step-by-step detailed implementation plans. The results of this study can serve as foundational data to help the National Hangeul Museum Library effectively fulfill its central role as a library related to the Korean language and culture.
