본 연구에서는 웹, IPTV 등의 콘텐츠 유통망에서의 개인화 추천서비스를 위하여 이용자의 콘텐츠 이용행위와 콘텐츠의 위치정보를 활용한 추천방법을 제안하고 있다. 추천방법의 성능향상을 위하여 이용자 및 콘텐츠 프로파일 생성방법과 함께, 이용자의 콘텐츠 이용행위를 암묵적 이용자 피드백으로서 학습과정에 적용하여 이용자 선호도를 분석하였다. 학습과정에서의 이용자 선호도 분석을 위하여 협업여과추천방법 및 내용기반추천방법을 적용하였다. 또한 보다 정확한 추천을 위한 최종 콘텐츠 추천을 위하여 웹사이트 상의 콘텐츠에 대한 위치정보를 활용한 추천방법을 제안하고 있다. 이를 통하여 보다 효율적이고 정확한 추천 서비스의 제공이 가능할 수 있다.
Abstract
In this paper, we propose user contents using behavior and location information on contents on various channels, such as web, IPTV, for contents distribution. With methods to build user and contents profiles, contents using behavior as an implicit user feedback was applied into machine learning procedure for updating user profiles and contents preference. In machine learning procedure, contents-based and collaborative filtering methods were used to analyze user's contents preference. This study proposes contents location information on web sites for final recommendation contents as well. Finally, we refer to a generalized recommender system for personalization. With those methods, more effective and accurate recommendation service can be possible.

사회가 발전하면서 자원봉사는 보편화되어 가고 있으며, 공공도서관 자원봉사도 양적, 질적 증가를 보이고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영과 관리 실태를 분석하고 공공도서관 자원봉사의 활성화를 도모하기 위하여, 먼저 공공도서관 자원봉사에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴본 후, 설문조사를 통하여 현재 우리나라 공공도서관 자원봉사의 운영과 관리 실태를 기획부문, 자원봉사자 관리부문, 행정부문으로 나누어 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 공공도서관 자원봉사의 활성화 방안과 전망을 제시함으로써 도서관 자원봉사의 운영 및 관리에 대한 이해 증진에 일조함에 그 목적이 있다.
Abstract
As the volunteer activity has become universal, volunteers of public libraries have also grown both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this context, this study builds a theoretical background on the volunteer activity of public libraries; examines the volunteer activity management of public libraries using survey method including its planning, personal management and administration; and suggests some recommendations to promote the voluntary activity of public libraries. By so doing, this study aims at enhancing our understanding on the volunteer activity management of public libraries.

국가도서관은 문화유산의 일환으로 국가의 출판물을 망라적으로 수집하고 보존한다. 본 연구는 서지대조법을 활용하여 국립중앙도서관의 판매도서 포괄성을 측정하였다. 2007년과 2008년 출판 도서에 대해 교보문고 판매용목록을 기준서지로 설정하고 10%를 체계적으로 표집한 후, 국립중앙도서관 온라인목록을 탐색함으로써 수록 비율을 측정하였다. 탐색 시점에서, 2007년 출판 도서의 포괄성은 92.25%, 2008년 출판 도서의 포괄성은 78.10%, 누적 포괄성은 85.16%로 나타났다. 주제별 분석에 따라 포괄성이 낮은 분야를 알 수 있었고, 미소장도서의 출판사 규모를 분석하였으며, 국내외 선행연구 결과와 포괄성을 비교하였다. 납본지연 등 불완전한 수집의 원인이 식별되었으며, 포괄성 향상 및 후속 연구를 위하여 제언하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of the national library is to collect all publications as part of the national heritage and preserve them. This study is undertaken to determine the coverage of the book collection of the National Library of Korea. Bibliographies for the year 2007 and 2008 publications are obtained from the Kyobo Book Centre and sampled 10 % systematically to be used as checklists. Coverage was determined by searching the citations against the OPAC of the National Library of Korea. Results indicate 92.25% of coverage for the books published in 2008, 78.10% coverage for the books published in 2007, and the cumulative coverage is 85.16%. The analysis shows time lag and subject fields with low coverage. Results are compared with previous studies. Reasons for the unpossessed books, such as delay of deposit and publisher characteristics, are identified. Recommendations for the coverage improvements and future research are suggested.
