초록

본 연구는 특정 영역 소규모 업무(Small Unit Operation) 수행을 지원하는 태스크 온톨로지 모형 개발에 관한 것이다. 기존 정보관리에서 효과적으로 진화된 지식시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 사전 작업인 온톨로지 개발이 필요하다. 대표적 SUO의 하나인 시민단체를 대상으로 선정하여 시민단체의 조직특성, 기대역할과 부진한 기능, 그리고 업무과정에서 발생되는 정보관리나 활용실태 등을 조사하였다. 그러나 온톨로지 구현의 기초 자료로 삼을 수 있는 시민운동이나 단체들에 대한 분류체계나 시소러스 등이 없는 상황에서 단체 특성 및 관련 업무 그리고 출판물 등의 생산정보나 사이트구성, 활동주제 및 내역 등의 기존 데이터만으로는 지식획득은 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서 채택된 모형 개발 방법론은 해당 분야 실무자 및 전문가와의 심도 높은 면담과 관찰이며 이를 통해 현장실무의 업무처리 과정에서 발생하는 지식을 추출하고 정보의 흐름 구조를 파악하여 그를 기반으로 시민단체의 역할 수행을 지원하는 태스크 온톨로지 모형을 구현하였다.

Abstract

This paper presents a model of Task-Ontology for small unit operations(SUO) such as non-government organizations. Despite the rapid development and extension of NGOs in domestic area, most has insufficient structural domain resources in existence and underestimates the importance of information management. To improve the citizen's participation and to activate the conjoint actions among the NGOs, which are critical to its social role-playing in global society, the modeling Task-Ontology is ultimately intended to implement the knowledge management system of NGO. In the perspective of ontology competency, not only the analysis of resources in vary, but also in-depth interviews with the NGO's practicing personnels and subject experts, and also the intensive observations of task-processing are required for the knowledge acquisition.

본 연구는 학술연구 성과물의 개방과 공유 활동의 국제적인 흐름에 호응하고, 국민들의 학술연구 정보의 자유로운 접근을 보장하기 위한 오픈액세스시스템의 주제기반 온라인 학술 커뮤니티의 성공적인 운영모형을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위한 세부적인 연구내용은 다음과 같이 네 영역으로 나누어 진행하였다. 첫째는 커뮤니티와 온라인 커뮤니티의 개념과 특성, 주요 성공 요인에 대한 일반적 분석이다. 둘째는 널리 알려진 온라인 학술 커뮤니티인 KISTI의 과학기술 학회마을, 생물학 연구정보센터, MIT의 DSpace를 대상으로 기능적인 요소와 구체적인 성공요인을 분석하였다. 셋째, 이들 사례의 주요 기능과 성공요인을 토대로 오픈액세스시스템의 핵심기능인 커뮤니티 서비스에 대한 주요기능을 도출하였다. 넷째, 국내 연구자들을 대상으로 커뮤니티 서비스의 기능 요구도와 참여의지를 설문으로 통해 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 온라인 커뮤니티 서비스의 주요 기능은 30-40대의 인문사회계열 연구자들에게 초점을 맞추어 특히 ‘연구 성과물 관리 기능’, ‘이슈 리포트 게시 기능’, ‘연구 사업 정보 통합 제공 기능’ 등을 우선적으로 제공하여야 할 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide successive online community operational model in response to the world wide open access movement which supports the broadest possible access to published research and other scholarly writings. This study is divided into four areas in a large. First, this study reviewed general community, online community and open access movement. Second, well-known online scholarly community, i.e., KISTI Society, BRIC, DSpace were analyzed precisely focusing on the administrative and functional factors to find key to success. Third, based on the above two studies, major functions of community services were identified. For this work, community service functions and participation will were asked to the researchers registered in Korea Research Foundation. According to the results of the above works, this study presents the important functions of online community services as follows: management function of research results, posting function of issue reports, and provision function of integrated information on research proposal should be provided preferentially to researchers aged 30s and 40s.

In this study it is intended to develop the ontology which can express the relation between objects with emphasis on the structural representation of semantics. Its interoperability with other kinds of previous ontology and metadata was also considered so that the developed ontology may be applicable to the real situation. The ABC Ontology can get extended into another field where the application of the concept of event is possible, for ABC Ontology provides the fundamental framework on the axis of event. In this study it is Music where ABC Ontology can be applied properly, which results in creating Music Ontology. Music Ontology provides the infrastructure of knowledge for reasoning of potential meaning as well as the simple semantic connection of terms. The extended model of ABC Ontology has been developed by applying Music Ontology, which is the domain ontology and conveys meaning, to ABC Ontology that represents the whole framework. The representation of conceptual relation in ABC Ontology turns into the association of the framework and meaning in the extended model of ABC Ontology, with reasoning rules which are typical in ontology. 정보시스템을 사용하는 이용자들의 만족지수를 측정함으로써 시스템 투자 대비 효과를 정성적으로 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 향후 시스템의 효율성 및 시스템 개선노력을 위한 방안도 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 이용자만족지수 모델을 제안하고 대표적인 정보시스템들의 이용자만족지수를 측정함으로써 이들 시스템 운영자 및 관리자들에게 시스템 만족도 제고 및 효율성 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 대표적인 정보시스템들을 대상으로 웹 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 만족지수를 산출하고 Matrix 분석을 통해 시스템 개선방안을 도출하였다.

Abstract

By measuring satisfaction index of the users of Information System, it is possible not only to estimate ROI(Return on Investment) but also to draw the device for the efficiency and improvement of the System. This study tries to give User Satisfaction Index Model for the System, and present operators and managers of the system with the method for improving satisfaction and efficiency by measuring the User Satisfaction Index of representative information systems. For this, the survey was carried out for the representative information systems. On the basis of the analysis, Satisfaction Index was drawn and through Matrix Analysis, the strategy for system improvement was derived.
