본 연구는 인터넷 서점의 건강분야 분류체계의 개선방안으로 이를 위해 국내․외 8곳의 인터넷 서점의 건강분야 분류체계 현황을 비교분석하고, KDC, DDC의 해당 주제 분류항목과 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 인터넷 서점의 건강분야 분류체계의 이용에 대한 이용자 면담을 진행하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 설계원칙을 수립하고, 인터넷 서점의 건강분야 분류체계 설계안을 개발한 후, 실무자와 전문가 평가를 받아서 건강이란 대분류 아래 11개의 중분류 항목과 60개의 소분류 항목, 16개의 세분류 항목으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 인터넷 서점은 물론 웹상에서 건강 관련 정보를 효율적으로 분류하는 기반이 될 것이다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study are to analyze and compare current state of subject directories of the health field in eight internet bookstores in domestic and abroad. A comparative analysis was carried out for KDC and DDC, using names of subdivisions within the health field of internet bookstore. Also, user interviews to find their information needs about the health field in internet bookstore were conducted. And then, based upon the findings, this study proposed a design principle and a new classification for the health field of internet bookstores. With evaluations of the experts from the field, a final classification schedule (1 class, 11 division, 60 subdivision, and 16 section) was suggested. The results of this study can be used for a foundation of classifying health resources efficiently in internet bookstores and other web sites.

OPAC내에 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 구축시 서지레코드의 중복과 비일관된 목록기술은 이용자의 자원 식별에 어려움을 주었다. 이에 본 연구는 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 표준화를 위해 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 지침의 적용방안을 모색하였다. 연구방법으로 문헌연구를 통해 전자책 목록에 관한 이론적 배경, 국내외 전자책관련 목록규칙 및 입력지침, 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 입력지침을 조사하였으며, 홈페이지 조사를 통해 국내 15개 대학도서관의 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 구축현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 전자책 패키지의 서지레코드 표준화를 위한 공급자중립 전자책 서지레코드 지침의 적용방안을 목록규칙, KORMARC, 중립레코드 측면에서 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 도서관과 공급자 모두를 위한 전자책 패키지 서지레코드의 입력지침 방안을 모색한 것으로 OPAC에서 전자책의 FRBR 구현을 가능하게 할 것이다.
Abstract
It was difficult for user to identify e-books due to some problems such as duplicable bibliographic records and inconsistent descriptive cataloging when cataloging the bibliographic records of the e-book packages in OPAC. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find the applicable methods of the provider neutral e-book(e-monograph) MARC record guideline for the standardization of the bibliographic records of the provider supplied e-book package. Through the literature reviews and homepage analysis of 15 university libraries in domestic, the theoretical background on cataloging e-book, the descriptive cataloging of e-book, the provider-neutral e-monograph MARC record guideline as new standard for e-book, and the libraries practices of cataloging bibliographic records of the e-book package were inquired. Based on these analysis, it was to suggest applicable methods of provider neutral e-book(e-monograph) MARC record guideline for the standardization of the bibliographic records of domestic e-book packages in aspect of cataloging rule, KORMARC, and neutral bibliographic records. This study will contribute to build FRBRization of the e-books in OPAC as finding the guideline for the standardization of the bibliographic records of the e-book packages for both providers and libraries.
