본 논문은 기존의 학회지 중심의 연구와는 다른 현장중심의 학술지를 통하여 문헌정보학의 연구동향을 파악하기 위하여 1996년부터 2000년까지 “도서관”, “국회도서관보”, “도서관문화”에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 하여 문헌정보학 분야의 연구영역과 주제의존도 및 핵심저널을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과, 실무에 있어서의 주된 연구분야는 문헌정보학분야에 대한 의존도가 큰 것으로 나타났으며 정보학에 대한 의존도는 낮은 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
Different from the existing tendency to mainly concentrate on the study of research activities of the library and information science, this paper places the focus on grasping research patterns presented in the journal papers which reflect library practices. Actually, this paper analyzes research areas, the degree of relative dependence by subjects, and leading journals found in the papers which have been reported in the three main library journals such as "Tosogwan", "National Assembly Library Review", and "KLA Bulletin : Tosogwanmunwha," from 1996 to 2000. As a result, the study says that major research areas in library practices show the high degree of dependence on the library and information science, while the degree of dependence on the information science is low.

비영리 조직인 도서관에서 정보화가 차지하는 비중이 점차 증대됨에 따라 시스템에 대한 감리와 통제만으로 지식정보자원관리를 조직의 경영목표에 적합하도록 유지하는 것이 어렵게 되었다. 그러므로 조직의 종합적인 경영체제 내에서 전체 경영활동과 통합되고 융화될 수 있도록 정보화 경영시스템의 적용이 필요하다. 도서관에서도 조직의 전략적 측면이나 사회 ·경제적인 요구들을 포함하는 포괄적인 문제를 고려하여 지식정보화 촉진과 경영혁신을 추구해야 한다. 본 연구는 모든 도서관에 적용할 수 있는 표준화된 규격으로 정보화경영시스템의 적용을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 지금가지 다양하게 개발된 도서관 성과지표와 정보화경영시스템의 수준평가표를 비교, 분석 하였으며, 도서관은 정보화경영시스템 도입을 통하여 조직의 효율성과 이용자 만족을 제고하고 나아가 국가경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있게 될 것이다.
Abstract
According to increase share ratio of information on library be unable bring to maintain knowledge and information resource management for information audit and control on management vision in non-profit organization. Application of information management system was necessary to the systems integration and total management activity in total management system of organization. Library must be to investigate knowledge and information promotion and management innovation needs to consider to gather into a bundle problems to include social and economic requirements. This research be able to adaption all library standardization rule review adapt ability of information management system through the analysis compared to various developed performance indicator for library and level evaluation indicator for information management system. Library will be expanse efficiency of organization, satisfaction of users and level up the National competition through the adaptation of information management system.

본 연구는 대학도서관 웹페이지의 평가와 개선방안에 관한 것으로 평가기준을 제시하여 전국에 있는 대학도서관 웹페이지를 국립대학교, 사립대학교 및 전문대학으로 나누어 직접 평가해 봄으로 현황과 문제점을 파악하고 이를 수정하고 보완토록 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로 문헌연구와 전문가집단에게 문의한 자료(Delphi 기법)를 토대로 평가를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석방법으로 기초적인 분석은 빈도분석과 기술통계를 사용하였으며, 국립대학로, 사립대학교, 전문대학, 수도권소재 대차, 지방소재 대학간에 평가항목별로 유의한 타이가 있는지를 분석하기 위해 t-test, ANOVA 및 교차분석(x²)을 사용했고. 변인간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 피어슨 상관계수를 사용해 분석하였다.
Abstract
The objective of this study was not only to evaluate different academic library homepages but to hit upon and suggest a reformation plan for their future improvement. For this purpose. academic library web pages of Korea were divided into three major groups -- those of national universities, private ones, and junior colleges. Their web pages were evaluated using a number of criteria. Also, their circumstances and problems were tried to grasp and the methods to be corrected were suggested in this thesis. Literature review were performed for this study and suggestions and advices from professional groups that is called Delphi method were used as a tool to achieve the objective of this study. For a basic analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were used for analysing data. Also, t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square analysis were used to examine whether there are any significant differences in each groups or not. and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients were used to find out the correlation among several variables.

본 연구는 회색문헌에 대한 정확한 정의와 회색문헌이 학술적으로 어느 정도의 가치를 갖고 있는지에 대한 분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 선행 연구결과를 재해석하여 회색문헌의 표준적 정의를 도출하였다. 또한 회색문헌의 가치를 측정하기 위해 선행 연구의 이용자 설문을 재해석하였으며, 정보관리담당자를 대상으로 회색문헌 활성화를 위한 집중관리기관 설립에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 아직도 국내에서는 이용자와 정보관리담당자들은 회색문헌의 경계와 인식이 명확하지 않았다. 또한 회색문헌의 활용도는 이용자의 인지여부와 정보관리 담당자의 인지여부에 크게 좌우되었다. 회색문헌의 수집과 관리, 배포를 위해서는 회색문헌집중관리기관이 필요하다.
Abstract
Despite of the importances, grey literatures are often overlooked as a resource in libraries because they have always had the reputation of being obscure and difficult to locate. Thus, an information system and network for the management of grey literature is essential to the improvement of Korean R&D in science and technology. The Results of the research are as follow:- Declare the clear definitions and types of grey literatures- Suggest the utilizing methods of grey literatures- Identify the major functions or requirements of National Information Center on Grey Literature
