웹페이지의 급속한 확산은 빠른 정보의 유통을 필요로 하는 의학도서관의 정보서비스에도 필연적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이에 본 논문은 먼저 의학도서관의 웹페이지의 이론적 배경과 정보서비스차원에서 웹페이지의 의의를 살펴보고, 서울시 의학도서관의 웹페이지에 나타난 정보서비스의 실태를 조사분석한 뒤, 이를 바탕으로 웹페이지를 통한 의학도서관의 정보서비스의 활성화에 일조하는 방안을 제시하고 있다.
Abstract
The diffusion of webpages has inevitably brought about changes in providing the information service of the medical libraries. Accordingly this study builds a theoretical background in relation to webpages and information services of the medical libraries. Also, this paper examines the current information services in the webpages of the medical libraries in Seoul. By so doing, this study aims to enhance the information service in webpages of the medical libraries.

본 연구는 도시개발 변화에 따른 공공도서관 신축부지선정에 대한 법적 검토사항을 살펴보고, 일반적인 부지특성과 입지기준을 고찰하였다. 또한 전주시를 대상으로 적합한 부지를 선정하기 위하여, 지역주민들의 정보문화활동에 관한 각종 지표 및 통계자료를 조사하였고, 이용자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 새로운 공공도서관 설립 비전과 목적을 수립하고, 부지선정 계획을 단계별로 제안하였다. 본 연구는 도서관 신축부지선정과 지방정부의 도서관정책개발 및 예산확보의 타당성 근거로 활용하는데 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
In this study, various aspects of site selection for constructing new public library by development of urban community were investigated. These are legal aspects, geographical characteristics, and criteria of selecting conditions of location for new building. In order to select the suitable site in the Jeon Ju City, the various statistical data and indices with regard to information and cultural activities of the local residents and a statistical data was investigated. And also, a user question investigation was executed. The vision and objectives of establishing new pubic libraries were presented, based on the result of the study. The result of this study will help the library policy maker to develope the library policy and to secure a budget from the regional government.

이 연구는 보존 기록 자료로서의 우리의 고전 장서를 보다 안전하게 보호하고 연구자나 이용자들에게는 시공을 초월한 열람이 가능토록 하기 위한 디지털 도서관으로서의 방법을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 즉, 우선 동양 전래의 사부 분류법과 현대적인 주제 분류, 그리고 색인어 등을 통해 다양한 접근점을 제공하고, 둘째, MARC나 XML 등을 활용한 DL시스템을 구축하되, 서지적 기술요소를 최대한 확대시키며, 셋째, 쉬운 해제와 색인어로 이용자의 이해를 극대화하고, 마지막으로 원본의 손상을 막기 위해 원문 DB를 구축하여 열람용으로 사용한다. 이는 향후 국내외 한국 고전 관련기관과 협력, 공유할 수 있는 네트워크 체제를 통해 국제적 서지통정으로 발전될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The most of all, this study is planned to search an ideal methods to develop the digital library system for our korean ancient books for their safe preservation and, at the same time, for their perusal of transcendental time and space : first, to offer the various access points like traditional oriental Four parts Classics classification, current subject classification and index keyword, etc. ; second, to program a digital library system using MARC or XML, but with all bibliographic descriptive elements as possible; third, to prepare the more easy annotated bibliography and index for users' better comprehension, and last, to build original text database for practical reading to avoid the damage of original text. This type of korean ancient books digital library will be developed to the real international bibliographic control by networking enter the same kinds of internal and external organizations.

21세기 지식기반사회에 있어서 도서관은 디지털도서관 개념으로 빠르게 변모되면서 인쇄매체의 디지털화, 디지털출판물의 증가 및 네트워크를 통한 전송이 용이해 짐에 따라 디지털저작물에 대한 불법적인 이용과 복제 및 전송이 쉽게 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 디지털저작물의 저작권관리를 위한 저작권관영성으로 효과적인 유통 구조의 체계를 구축할 수 있다. 본 연구는 도서관에서 효과적인 저작권 관리를 위해서 저작권정보 구축시스템을 개발하고 저작권정보의 이용 프로세스를 구현하였다.
Abstract
In order to adapt the digital rights management community for the standardisation of expressing rights information in the libraries' content for the control of the rights of the digital works, it is necessary to establish rights information, that can build effective system of the distribution structure by the public ownership of the rights information and the interoperability of system. This research developed rights information constructing system in order to protect and enforce their rights over digital assets and embodied utilizing use-process of rights information.

광고산업과 미디어의 발전에 따라 광고물의 증가뿐만 아니라 광고와 관련한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있으며, 그 결과 광고 관련 자료가 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그런데 KDC 광고분야의 분류체계를 살펴보면 광고관련 분류항목이 너무나 미비하며, 더욱이 주류 배치에 있어 관련 학문과의 연관성을 고려하지 않아 사서나 이용자 모두에게 혼란을 초래하고 있다. 이러한 점을 감안하여 본 연구에서는 광고의 유형 및 학문적 특성에 대해 고찰하고, KDC를 비롯한 NDC, DDC, LCC와 같은 문헌분류법 및 광고 전문도서관, 그리고 인터넷 포털사이트와 인터넷서점 등의 분류체계를 분석함으로써 KDC 광고분야의 분류체계에 대한 문제점을 알아보고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
As the development of advertising industry and media the research about an advertisement get accomplished. As the result information resources called on the advertising materials are on an increasing trend. However, it looks into the classification system in advertising field of KDC, the problems are as the follows: ① the classification items are too incomplete, ② the main class is badly arranged. The reason have no regard for the correlation with a science. So, it gives rise to confusion to the librarian and user. The purpose of the study is to present the improvement plan on the classification system in advertising field of KDC. In order to build the improvement plan, the four steps are utilized. The first step is to investigate the characteristic of sciences on advertising and a type. The second one is to survey the current status of the library classification as KDC, NDC, DDC, and LCC. The third one is to analyse the classification system of library and web site on the advertising. The forth one is to grasp the problems on the classification system in advertising field of KDC.
