초록

본 연구에서는 지식관리 및 지식관리구성요소의 개념적 정의에 대해 살펴보고 지식관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 요인을 신뢰, 의사소통의 개방성, 의사결정의 참여정도, 혁신성, 공유된 가치, 최고경영자의 지원으로 구분해서 조사. 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 조직구성원들의 원활한 지식관리역할을 수행하기 위한 기초 자료로써 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of knowledge and knowledge management. Then, it analyzes some factors for successful knowledge management in terms of trust, communication channels, decision making participation, innovativeness, shared value, and CKO support. The suggestions of the study can be used to establish knowledge management in organizations.

초록

정보사회에서 효율적인 정보전달서비스 방법가운데 대면서비스 외에 인터넷과 같은 커뮤니케이션 수단을 활용한 가상 정보서비스의 가능성도 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보전달서비스 즉 정보의 제공과 전달을 가능케 하는 중요한 수단인 인터넷상의 정보매개체에 대한 중요성을 바탕으로 아바타를 활용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 정보서비스의 개념과 인터넷의 발전에 따른 변화 등에 관한 이론 및 특징을 살펴본 뒤, 아바타에 관한 개념 및 현황 그리고 특성을 바탕으로 아바타의 현실적인 의미와 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 그리고 보다 효율적인 정보서비스를 구현하기 위해서 아바타의 활용과 기대효과를 제안함으로써 인터넷상에서 보다 효율적인 정보전달서비스를 실현하는데 일조하고자 하였다.

Abstract

The importance of an efficient information delivery service cannot be overemphasized in the information society. In this context, this study, based upon the importance of information intermediary on the internet, tries to suggest the use of Avatars in information services. This study first examines the concepts, theories, and characteristics of information services and internet, along with the meaning and role played by Avatars. Also, by suggesting the use of Avatars in information services, this study aims at enhancing our understanding on the internet and providing efficient information services.

초록

In this digital environment, license contracting and technical protection measure are being used by copyright holders as a means to restrict the rights of information users. The study reviewed the conflicting relationship between the copyright law and the contract law for digital resources the use of which is based on license contracting, and investigated the legal interpretations of the conflicting relationship between the two. Abstract

초록

정보통신의 기술이 발달하면서 정보의 양이 많아지고 사용자의 질의에 대한 검색 결과 리스트도 많이 추출되므로 빠르고 고품질의 문서 클러스터링 알고리즘이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 많은 논문들이 계층적 클러스터링 방법을 이용하여 좋은 성능을 보이지만 시간이 많이 소요된다. 반면 K-means 알고리즘은 시간 복잡도를 줄일 수 있는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 계층적 클러스터링 시스템인 콘도르(Condor) 시스템에서 간단하고 고품질이며 효율적으로 정보 검색 할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 K-Means Algorithm을 이용하였으며 클러스터 계층 깊이와 초기값을 조절하여 88%의 정확율을 보였다.

Abstract

Fast and high-quality document clustering algorithms play an important role in providing data exploration by organizing large amounts of information into a small number of meaningful clusters. Many papers have shown that the hierarchical clustering method takes good-performance, but is limited because of its quadratic time complexity. In contrast, with a large number of variables, K-means has a time complexity that is linear in the number of documents, but is thought to produce inferior clusters. In this paper, Condor system using K-Means algorithm Compares with regular method that the initial centroids have been established in advance, our method performance has been improved a lot.
