본 연구는 고등학교 공통 과목을 중심으로 교과 교사들의 2015 개정 교육과정 현장 적용 실태와 인식이 교육정보요구에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 인천광역시 일반계 공립 고등학교에 재직 중인 국어, 수학, 영어, 사회, 과학 교과(군) 교사를 대상으로 개별 심층 면담과 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 2015 개정 교육과정 현장 적용 실태와 인식은 교육정보요구에 일부 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 교육정보요구 부분에서 2015 개정 교육과정 적용에 따른 새로운 복본 요구 형태와 학습자료 정보원 요구 양태를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 지역적 범위 내 소규모 학교도서관 컨소시엄 형성과 레퍼럴 서비스 제공, 게이트웨이 역할 수행 기능 강화 등의 학교도서관 운영 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the effects of teachers’ recognition and application of 2015 revised national curriculum on their educational information needs in high schools. Several in-depth interviews and a questionnaire survey with the teachers, who were in charge of teaching common courses, such as Korean language, mathematics, English, social studies, and science, in general public high schools in Incheon, were executed for the purpose. As a result, the teachers’ recognition and application affected their educational information needs in part. Especially, new demands on small sized copies and learning information sources were identified which were related to the application of 2015 revised national curriculum. Based on the results, we proposed several improvements of school library operations, such as small sized local consortium for sharing resources and providing referral services, in order to strengthen the gateway role of school libraries.

조직 커뮤니케이션은 하나의 사회적 체제인 조직에서 구성원의 정보전달 행위를 통해 공동의 목표를 달성하는 과정이며 조직구조의 한 요소이다. 목표달성의 정도와 서비스의 질을 포함하는 효과성, 만족도 등은 조직성과로 표현될 수 있으며 도서관 조직성과로 간주될 수 있는 서비스 품질은 LibQUAL+™ 모형을 통해 측정될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직 커뮤니케이션을 공공도서관 조직성과를 향상시키는 조직요소로 LibQUAL+™ 모형에 따른 서비스 품질을 조직성과로 설정하고 이들의 관계를 통해 커뮤니케이션의 특성이 차원별 서비스 품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것을 그 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 수도권에 위치한 8개 공공도서관의 사서 및 이용자 대상 설문조사를 통한 통계적 분석을 시행한다. 연구결과 도서관의 상향, 수평, 하향 커뮤니케이션은 품질의 3개 차원(서비스의 감성적 차원, 정보통제 차원, 도서관 공간 차원)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Organizational communication is an element of organizational structure formation; it is also a process of achieving organizational goals through the information sharing among the staff members in the organization as a social system. Organizational performance is a multidimensional concept composed of efficiency and effectiveness and satisfaction. Effectiveness implies service quality and the degree of goal achievement. Service quality by using the LibQUAL+™ model can be considered as an objective performance measure for libraries. This study aims to identify the effect of organizational communication in public libraries on service quality as a performance measure using the LibQUAL+™ model through statistical analyses of the results from questionnaire surveys of librarieans and users in 8 public libraries in Seoul metropolitan area. The result says the characteristics of organizational communication(upward, horizontal, downward communication) affects the three elements in the library service quality, such as affect of service, information control and library as place.

본 연구는 학교교육 및 교과연계와 도서관의 자원 활용을 아우르는 협력모델로 이벤트 체험과 컬렉션 체험의 융합 프로그램인 이벤트컬렉션 프로그램의 효과와 활용방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 양적 및 질적 데이터를 이용하여 다각적으로 분석한 결과, 이벤트컬렉션 프로그램의 효과로 학생들의 독서와 도서관의 역할 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 이벤트컬렉션이 주제분류에 의한 자료배열로서는 제공할 수 없는 특정 관심분야와 관련된 다양한 자료를 제시함으로써 학생들에게 새로운 지식 발견 및 그 깊이와 범위의 확장을 통한 지식의 구조화를 지원하고, 전시이벤트 형식의 체험마케팅 요소를 통해 독서자료와 학생의 상호작용 및 공유와 참여를 촉진함으로써 자기주도적 독서에 효과적인 도구임을 제안하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study explores the effectiveness and applications of event collection programs, which are integrated programs with event experience and collection experience as a cooperation model that combines school education and library resources as course-related materials. For the purpose, a triangulated analysis with both quantitative and qualitative data was conducted. As a result, This study examined an event collection program’s effectiveness which were positive effects on the participated students’ reading and perceptions on the roles of their school libraries. The event collection supported the students to self-construct their knowledge by exploring information with the provision of a collection with various materials on a topic, which would be hardly provided within the traditional library subject classification, and that the event collection program could be a useful tool for self-directed reading due to its promotion of interaction, sharing, and participation among materials and the participated students by functional factors of experiential marketing.
