초록

본 연구는 고등학교 공통 과목을 중심으로 교과 교사들의 2015 개정 교육과정 현장 적용 실태와 인식이 교육정보요구에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 인천광역시 일반계 공립 고등학교에 재직 중인 국어, 수학, 영어, 사회, 과학 교과(군) 교사를 대상으로 개별 심층 면담과 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 2015 개정 교육과정 현장 적용 실태와 인식은 교육정보요구에 일부 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 교육정보요구 부분에서 2015 개정 교육과정 적용에 따른 새로운 복본 요구 형태와 학습자료 정보원 요구 양태를 발견하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 지역적 범위 내 소규모 학교도서관 컨소시엄 형성과 레퍼럴 서비스 제공, 게이트웨이 역할 수행 기능 강화 등의 학교도서관 운영 방안을 제안하였다.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effects of teachers’ recognition and application of 2015 revised national curriculum on their educational information needs in high schools. Several in-depth interviews and a questionnaire survey with the teachers, who were in charge of teaching common courses, such as Korean language, mathematics, English, social studies, and science, in general public high schools in Incheon, were executed for the purpose. As a result, the teachers’ recognition and application affected their educational information needs in part. Especially, new demands on small sized copies and learning information sources were identified which were related to the application of 2015 revised national curriculum. Based on the results, we proposed several improvements of school library operations, such as small sized local consortium for sharing resources and providing referral services, in order to strengthen the gateway role of school libraries.

본 연구는 대학도서관 고객화 연구정보서비스 개념을 확립하고, 사서의 인식을 파악하여 고객화 연구정보서비스 필요성에 대한 공감대 형성 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 문헌조사를 바탕으로 연구정보서비스와 고객화의 정의 및 유형, 연구 동향 등을 정리하였고, 대학도서관의 연구정보서비스를 유형화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사서 실무자를 대상으로 연구정보서비스 제공 필요성과 고객화 방안 적용 필요성에 대한 의견을 조사하는 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 고객화 방안 적용 필요성 측면에서 사서 응답자들의 합의가 도출된 대학도서관 연구정보서비스 항목은 8가지인 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 연구정보서비스의 개선 및 발전을 위해 새로운 시도를 제안하고, 사서의 공감대 형성을 통해 대학도서관의 전문성 및 가치 제고를 도모할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract

The study aims to establish the concept of customerized research information services in academic libraries and to build librarians’ consensus on the need for customerized research information services. The literature review enabled summarizations of the definition of research information service, customerization, and research trends. A categorization process resulted in a list of research information services of academic libraries. The Delphi method survey revealed the necessity of providing research information services and applying customerization to research information services based on the opinions of librarians. The librarians agreed on eight research information services using customerization services. This study has significance because it proposed new attempts to improve and develop research information services and explored ways to enhance the expertise and value of academic libraries by forming a consensus among librarians.

본 연구는 교사들의 생활교육에 대한 정보요구와 교육청으로부터 배부되는 교육지침에 대한 교사 인식 간 관계를 밝혀 이를 기반으로 한 학교도서관 정보서비스 제안에 목적을 두었다. 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구 모형을 제작하고 설계를 진행하였으며, 예비연구를 통한 심층면담을 분석하여 연구에서 고려할 요소들을 추출하고 설문 문항을 개발하였다. 경기도는 4개 권역으로 나누어지며, 각 권역별 3개 학교에 설문을 실시한 후 최종적으로 217부의 데이터를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 학교도서관의 생활교육 정보요구에 대한 관심이 궁극적으로 교사들의 학생생활교육 실태 개선에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학교도서관에서 제공되는 정보서비스를 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였으며, 특히 교사들의 생활지도 정보요구를 학교 내부에서 해결하도록 학교도서관 서비스를 제안했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

Abstract

This study aims to present the relationship between the teachers’ information needs regarding guidance and the perception of educational guidelines issued by the Office of Education. The research design was conducted based on the reviewing theoretical background studies, and questionnaires were found in in-depth semi-structured interviews in a pilot study. Gyeonggi Province is divided into four regions, which is the target of the survey. Teachers of three schools in each region were surveyed, and eventually 217 copies of the survey were used for the final analysis. The result shows that the role of school libraries in caring for teachers’ information needs ultimately influences the improvement of teachers’ guidance. Based on this result, the study suggests ways to improve information services provided by school libraries. In particular, the study is meaningful in that it has presented a potential service plan that can be performed by school libraries to help address teachers’ information needs about guidance in schools.

Abstract

Physicians have information needs related to academic research and clinical practice but encounter difficulties seeking appropriate medical resources and information. The goal of this study is to develop a search system to support Korean physicians’ information needs. To access sources to meet the identified need, in-depth interviews were conducted, and MediSearching, a new search system, was developed accordingly. To verify its usefulness and to obtain users’ suggestions, interviews were conducted and feedback was solicited via collected test searches. The initial set of interviews indicated that physicians’ information needs and search behaviors differed by type of hospital and clinical department. Physicians in university hospitals with a greater need for research materials searched for academic articles, whereas physicians in specialty hospitals or primary care clinics with a stronger need for materials related to clinical practice asked their colleagues for information. Consequently, MediSearching was designed to satisfy both groups’ needs, and the test search provided useful search results compared with existing services. Korean physicians have previously had to repeat their search process on separate sites that provide different services according to type of information and search method. MediSearching may reduce this inconvenience and add documents in various formats and languages.

근세이전의 역사자료를 정보원으로 하는 역사정보시스템은 자료의 형태적, 내용적 특수성으로 인하여 일반적인 정보시스템과는 차별화된 추가적인 정보서비스의 제공이 요구되며 이는 이용자의 입장에서 이용자의 정보요구에 기초하여 고려되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통하여 온라인 역사정보 서비스의 다양성을 분석하는 기준을 제시하였으며 제시한 분석기준을 바탕으로 국내외 역사정보서비스의 제공현황과 이용현황을 조사하고, 이용자의 정보요구를 파악하여 이용자 중심의 역사정보서비스 개선방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

In comparison to the services provided by the typical information systems, the historical records from the period before the modern times require additional information services to reflect the format and content oriented peculiarities of the data. The additional services also need to be considered in light of the users' information needs. For this study, a series of literature reviews was conducted to present the specific analysis criteria for the historical information services. Based on these criteria, the domestic and foreign historical information service provision and use status was investigated. In addition, users' information needs were identified and user-based historical information service improvement suggestions were generated.

이 연구는 온라인 학습과정 중 학생들의 비공식 정보 추구 행태와 그들의 비공식 정보 요구를 지원하는 온라인 학습 환경을 알고자 한다. 연구 참여자는 미국 럿거스 대학 평생 교육 프로그램의 온라인 학생 29명이고, 설문지를 통해 수집한 데이터는 내용분석과 기술적 통계를 통해 분석되었다. 이 연구의 초점은 온라인 학생들이 학습 문제를 해결하기 위해 비공식 정보를 필요로 하는 이유와 그들이 온라인 학습 환경에서 구성원간의 의사소통을 통해 이를 해결하는 방식에 있다. 결론에서는 연구 결과에 기초하여 온라인 학생들의 비공식 정보 추구 행태를 지원하기 위하여 고려해야 할 사항들이 제안된다.

Abstract

This study aims to examine online students informal information seeking behavior during their learning process and online learning environments to support their informal information needs. The participants of the study were 29 online students in the Professional Development Studies of Rutgers University. Data was collected by the questionnaire and was analyzed with content analysis and descriptive statistics. This study focuses on when and why online students need human interaction to solve their learning problems and how they communicate with others to meet their informal information needs. Moreover, how online students think about their personal communication opportunities and the functions of their online learning system to support their learning problems is also examined. Finally, online students suggest the ways to effectively support personal communication needed during learning process in online learning systems. Based on the findings of this study, a few considerations are suggested in conclusions.

정보기술의 급격한 발전은 이용 가능한 정보량의 급증 뿐 만 아니라 정보의 형태에 있어서도 다양화를 가져왔다. 정보이용능력은 정보를 검색하고, 분석하고 이용하는데 필요한 기술이다. 이는 대학교육의 핵심 목표이자 도서관 교육의 새로운 경향으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 급증하는 정보이용능력에 관한 관심에도 불구하고, 교육 프로그램이나 교수-사서간의 협력에 관한 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 도서관 교육이 교과과정의 일부가 되기 위해서는 대학구성원간의 긴밀한 협력이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구는 외국 대학도서관에서 채택하고 있는 정보이용능력 교육 프로그램을 개관하고, 대학구성원간 협력에 있어 성공사례를 분석해보았다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 대학에서 정보이용능력 교육의 시행에 필요한 절차의 개요를 제시해보았다

Abstract

The rapid advances in information technologies have resulted in not only the proliferation of the amount of information available but also the variety of information formats. Information literacy is the set of skills needed to find, retrieve, analyze, and use information. Therefore, information literacy which should be the core goal of the university education has been a new trend of the library instruction. Nevertheless, despite the increasing Interest in the information literacy. there has been little discussion about educational Programs. and there has been little coordination between faculty and librarians on the programs. Under such circumstances, campus-wide teamwork is needed so that the library instruction can become part of the entire learning Processes of university education. This Paper presents an overview of the models adopted by foreign university libraries and also analyses the successful cases of the campus-wide partnership of each model of information literacy programs. Based on these. the outline of the needed procedure for the enforcement of the information literacy in the university of our country is suggested.

현대는 정보센터에서 제공하는 정보서비스의 품질을 고객이 요구하는 수준으로 제공하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 프로세스를 중심으로 한 시스템 경영이 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 국제적인 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 인증제도의 이론적 검토를 통하여 ISO 9000 인증제도와 인증 추이를 조사하였다. 아울러 이를 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 조직 구성원들의 인식도를 설문조사, 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템 인증제도에 대한 인식제고와 향후 ISO 9000 인증제도의 도입시 필요한 사항 등을 파악하고자 하였다.

Abstract

Modern stage must offer to the level which the customer requests the quality of the information service to offer from the information center. We are the one view which needs new system management around the process serving this. This study accomplished theoretical review of ISO 9000 as International Quality Management System. investigated the trend for change of ISO 9000 certification systems. We analyzed the recognition level of members about the introduction of ISO 9000 quality management systems in the information center. The level up of recognition about ISO 9000 quality management system certification systems was the low in the information center. Hereafter, We grasped the subject of ISO 9000 certification systems which the introduction needs. We reviewed ISO 9000 family which the Library and Information center possible apply and presented the requirement in the library and information center with the process to need for a Quality Management System certification.

대학에서 효과적인 연구와 학습이 이루어지기 위해서는 정보의 필요성을 인지하고, 찾아내고 평가하며, 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 능력을 포함한 정보활용교육이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 국내․외 단체와 학자들에 의해 제시된 정보활용능력 기준 및 모형과 정보활용교육 사례를 기초로 대학생을 위한 정보활용교육 교안을 제시하고자 하였다. 정보활용교육은 1회성 교육이 갖는 한계를 극복하기 위해 정규교과목으로 운영되어야 하며, 대학도서관 정보와의 연계 및 효과적인 활용을 위해 그리고, 대학도서관 및 사서의 역할에 대한 전략적 측면의 고려를 위해 도서관 전문사서의 주도적 또는 협력적 역할이 필수적이다. 또한, 현 세대의 성향과 요구를 반영한 내용구성의 변화와 학생들의 주체적이고 자발적인 참여를 이끌어내기 위한 방법적 측면의 고려가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

Abstract

Information literacy education which deals with the ability for recognizing the necessity of information, finding, evaluating, and using the information effectively is essential for the college members to do research or learn effectively. This study intended to suggest the lecture program for information literacy education for college students based on information literacy standards and models suggested by the organizations and scholars domestic and foreign as well as information literacy education cases. Information literacy education should be adopted as a regular curriculum to overcome one time event’s limit. Besides, the professional librarians must involve as a role either leading or cooperative in running information literacy education in order to relate the library resources with the education and use them effectively. Finally, when it comes to the strategic aspect of the college library and the librarians’ role, the professional librarians’ leading or cooperative role is also essential. Additionally, analysis shows that information literacy education needs to be reorganized in contents so that it reflects the college students’ patterns to use information and their needs. Lastly, it needs to be thought over in how to lead the students to participate in the course independently and voluntarily.

자녀에게 부모의 관심과 돌봄은 성장하는 과정에서 매우 중요한 요건이지만 부모도 양육이 매우 생소하고 어려운 일이다. 양육과정에서 부모는 양육과 관련된 끊임없는 정보요구가 발생하며 이를 해결하기 위하여 개인 수준에서 학부모 간 모임이나 관계를 통해 정보를 획득하고자 노력하는데 이 과정에서 갈등 및 스트레스를 받는 경우가 종종 발생한다. 이에 본 연구는 학부모 간 소셜네트워크의 특성을 탐색하고 이러한 소셜네트워크 특성이 정보공유의도 및 정보공유만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 조사하여 설문지를 개발하였으며 어린이집 한 곳을 선정하여 학부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 설문데이터는 소셜네트워크분석(SNA: social network analysis) 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 소셜네트워크 특성과 정보공유의도, 정보공유만족도간 관계는 상관관계를 가지지만 학부모 소셜네트워크의 특성과 정보공유의도, 정보공유만족도의 영향관계는 성립되지 않았으며, 도움을 주고자 하는 것보다 받고자 하는 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 학부모들의 정보요구 충족을 위한 정책 지원 방안과 지역 공공도서관의 역할 재고의 필요성을 제시하였다.

Abstract

Parents’ interest and care are very important for their children in the process of growing up, but parenting is also very unfamiliar and difficult for themselves. Parents constantly need information related to parenting, and in order to solve this problem, they try to obtain information through informal meetings or social relationships among parents at an individual level, which often brings up conflicts and stresses. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of social networks among parents and to understand the influence of the network characteristics on information-sharing intention and information-sharing satisfaction. To this end, a survey questionnaire was developed based on previous studies and was administered among parents whose children are in a daycare center. Then, the data was analyzed using social network analysis (SNA) method. Findings indicate that the correlation among the social networks, the information -sharing intention, and the information-sharing satisfaction was significant, but the influence of the social networks on the information-sharing intention, and the information-sharing satisfaction was not established. It was also found that the intention to receive help was higher than the desire to help others. Policy suggestions to meet parents’ information needs and the need to reconsider the role of local public libraries were presented.
