초록

이 연구는 색인어가 특정 주제 영역의 지식 구조를 표현할 수 있다는 것을 전제로 한다. 여기에서는 문헌정보학 관련 학술지인 정보관리학회지, 한국도서관정보학회지, 한국문헌정보학회지 등에 수록된 논문을 대상으로 국회도서관이 배정한 색인어를 클러스터링하여 문헌정보학의 지식 구조를 파악하였다.그 과정에서, 색인어간의 연관도 및 동시 출현 빈도를 이용하여 색인어 군집을 생성하였고, 초출색인어와 시기 구분에 의한 시계열 분석을 수행함으로써 문헌정보학의 발전 과정과 그 동향을 밝혔다. 또한 색인어 군집에 의해 도출된 지식 구조와 기존의 전통적인 분류체계의 지식 구조를 비교하여 두 지식 구조간의 차이를 분석하였다.

Abstract

This study was conducted upon the premise that index terms display the intellectual structure of a specific subject field. In this study, an attempt was made to grasp the intellectual structure of Library and Information Science by clustering the index terms of the journals of the related academic societies at the Library of National Assembly - such as the Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management, the Journal of the Korean Library and Information Science Society, and the Journal of the Korean Society for Library and Information Science. Through the course of the study, index term clusters were generated based on the linkage of the index terms and the frequency of co-occurrence, and moreover, time periods analysis was conducted along with studies on first-appearing terms, in order to clarify the trend and development process of the Library and Information Science. This study also analysed the difference between two intellectual structure by comparing the structure generated by index term clusters with the existing structure of traditional classification systems.

한국어 및 영어의 글쓰기를 도와주는 문장 및 문단 제공시스템을 구축하기 위하여 색인작성과 탐색시에 필요한 색인언어를 연구하였다. 색인언어로 명사어와 술어 및 부사어를 선정하였고 여러 가지 보조 색인기호들도 추가하였다. 접근점으로 주제명과 키워드를 사용하였고 키워드 검색은 1절, 2절, 3 절, 문맥첨가 탐색을 포함하였다. 검색의 만족도는 긍정적이었으며 데이터베이스의 양과 질을 충실히 보완한다면 문장이나 문단을 제공하여 주는 시스템은 효과적일 수 있다.

Abstract

An indexing language were studied to construct the sentences and paragraphs providing system aided to write a Korean or English composition. The indexing language includes the index terms like noun, predicate, and adverb. and also various index symbols. The subject name and the keyword Included the symbols, which Indicate the connectives between clauses in a sentence, is used as the access point. The search results show this system will be effective with large database and developed retrieval methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to suggest the subject and standards of evaluation on integrated IR interface. For this study, we studied the preceding research about major IR interface models. We took the survey for interface elements which were verified by experts. These interface elements are divided twe viewpoints. One is the cognitive viewpoints which are the page design, content design, site design, output form, usability and aesthelic facet. 전자저널을 비롯한 전자출판물의 확산으로 최근 학술커뮤니케이션은 새로운 국면을 맞고 있다. 이 연구는 전자저널이 학술커뮤니케이션에 어느 정도 영향을 미치고 있는지를 인용분석에 기초한 영향력 측정 지표인 영향지수(impact factor)와 즉효지수(immediacy index)를 이용하여 분석하였다. 구체적으로는 JCR의 사회과학편에서 경제학, 법학, 심리학 학술지의 최근 8년간 영향지수와 즉효지수를 수집하여 연도별 추이를 분석하였다. 분석결과 세 학문분야 모두 연도별 영향지수는 거의 변화가 없는 반면에, 즉효지수는 최근 2년 동안 급격히 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 즉효지수의 상승은 학술지의 논문이 발행되는 즉시 인용되고 있음을 보여주는 것으로 학술지의 발행형식이 최근 전자저널로 급속히 전환된 데 따른 결과인 것으로 유추된다. 아울러 이를 통해 학술커뮤니케이션의 속도가 과거에 비해 증진되었다는 것을 미루어 짐작할 수 있다. 이 연구는 전자저널의 영향 정도를 구체적으로 데이터를 수집해 분석함으로써 향후 도서관에서 과학적인 장서관리를 하는데 일조를 할 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract

Electronic publications, including e-journals, show a rapid expansion due to its several advantages for the academic and research community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of e-journals on scholarly communication. The impact factors and immediacy indices were provided via JCR social science edition have been used to conduct a series of analysis on three subject fields, economics, law and psychology. The data from the last eight years show that the impact factors of e-journals have not changed, but immediacy indices have intensely increased in recent two years. Significant increase of immediacy indices is probably due to prevalence of e-journals or electronic sources of articles. The result reveals that e-journals play an important role in speeding up the scholarly communication. It is expected that the findings of this study can contribute to more efficient management of the digital libraries.

초록

학술 연구정보의 지식활용을 위한 노력으로 국내 환경공학 R&D 정보의 지식전환 가능성을 조사하였고 그 가능성에 따라 지식관리시스템 개발을 위한 고려사항과 접근법을 제시하였다. 연구범위는 정보자원자체의 현황 정보 기술 인프라, 지식기반, 그리고 지식활용 영역의 4개영역으로 구성되었고 각 영역은 세부항목으로 구분되어 총 103개 지식관리시스템의 전환가능성이 조사, 분석되었다. 진단된 결과를 중심으로 연구소 연계 프로젝트의 공동작업을 수행하고 그 진행에 따라 발생하는 연구과 정상의 문제해결과 지식전환 시에 예상 가능한 시행착오를 최소화하는 프로세스 중심의 지식관리시 스템 개발방안을 제시하였다.

This article surveyed the current situation of domestic R&D information system and investigated the possibility of knowledge-transformation for KMS. Four major requirements of the transformation were analyzed by applying evaluation index tool which was integrated and refined from the existed indices. and a process-oriented project approach was suggested with some practical implications for development of KMS
