초록

본연구는 한의학 처방 지식관리시스템 설계에 요구되는 사항들이 온톨로지의 추상적 개념구조를 기반으로 용어의 개념, 속성, 관계의 명확한 정의를 통해 더욱 합리적이고 효과적으로 실현된다는 것을 전제로 하였다. 이에 따라 실세계 개념 모델링 방식으로 한의학 처방지식 온톨로지를 개발하여 peotege-2000을 기반으로 온톨로지 시스템을 구축하였고, 시스템을 응용할 수 있는 마크업 언어의 설계와 편집기를 만들어 지식의 추론이 가능한 한의학 처방 지식관리시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 구현한 시스템은 XML 기반의 RDF와 온톨로지 기술에 기반을 두고 있으므로 차세대 인터넷 기술인 의미웹광의 연동이 가능하다.

초록

오늘날 정보화 사회에서 경쟁하는 기업들에 있어서 데이터품질 저하는 기업경쟁력 하락과 새로운 비용창출이라는 부정적인 영향요인으로써 작용하고 있다. 이러한 데이터품질 저하의 문제를 해결하기 위해 데이터품질에 대한 많은 선행연구들이 진행되어 왔으며, 데이터품질의 측면 중 결과적이고 현상적인 품질개념인 데이터값의 품질과 데이터서비스의 품질에 대해 주로 연구되어 왔다. 이에 반해 본 연구에서는 원인적인 데이터품질 개념인 데이터의 구조적 품질을 메타데이터 관리의 관점에서 연구하였으며, 이를 통해 평가와 개선을 위한 관리의 관점이 적용된 데이터품질관리 성숙도모델을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시한 데이터품질관리 성숙도모델의 타당성 검증을 위해 데이터품질 관리단계가 성숙될수록 데이터품질수준이 높아지게 된다는 것을 실증적으로 검증하였다.

Abstract

In companies competing for today's information society. Data quality deterioration is causing a negative influence to generate company competitiveness fall and new cost. A lot of preceding study about data quality have been proceeded in order to solve a problem of these data quality deterioration. Among the sides of data quality, it has been studied mainly on quality of the data value and quality of data service that are the results quality concept. However, this study studied structural quality of the data which were cause quality concept in a viewpoint of metadata management and presented data quality management maturity model through this. Also empirically this study verified that data quality improved if the management level matured.

본 연구는 다양한 유형의 지식을 제공할 수 있는 통합된 지식체계의 구축을 위해 확장된 도서관의 개념으로 접근한 디지털도서관의 통합형 지식관리 방안을 제시하고, 이를 위한 기본적인 프레임워크를 지식펌프형 지식관리 모형으로 구현하였다. 아울러 구현된 모형을 토대로 한 복수사례분석을 통해 디지털도서관의 지식관리 수준을 평가하고 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 지식펌프는 지식의 적극적인 획득과 배포라는 디지털도서관의 이상적인 역할을 구현한 것이며, 정보기술의 기능적 적용에 머물러 있던 디지털도서관이 지식관리를 통해 그 영역 및 역할을 확장해 나갈 수 있는 논리적 근거와 확장방향은 물론, 실천방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Abstract

This study introduces the integration-style knowledge management of digital libraries in extended library concept, for integrated knowledge system which can provide various types of knowledge, and presents the knowledge-pumpknowledge management model. By applying the model to the cases of several institutions, the processes and levels of extension are analyzed, and the important tasks for activating knowledge management are suggested. The knowledge pump embodies ideal roles of the digital libraries that activate the acquisition and distribution of knowledge. It is significant that the digital libraries, which used to remain as a simple application of information technology, not only present logical basis and way for extending their roles and areas. but also explain the implementation methodologies.
