본 연구의 목적은 도서관사서의 임파워먼트와 조직헌신성이 조직효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 도서관사서의 임파워먼트, 헌신성, 조직효과가 사서의 연령과 결혼여부 및 현 도서관 경력에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 고찰하였으며, 세 변인 간의 상관관계 및 사서의 임파워먼트와 헌신성이 조직효과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 전라북도의 공공도서관 6곳과 대학도서관 4곳을 모집단으로 하여 비확률적 표집(nonprobability sampling) 방법의 하나인 목적표집(purposeful sampling) 방법으로 표집하였으며, 총 148명의 설문을 통계분석하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS pc+ 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 통계분석 방법은 일원변량분석, Pearson의 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과와 논의를 토대로 얻어진 결론은 첫째, 도서관사서의 임파워먼트 수준과 조직효과는 연령별에 따라 차이가 있으나 조직헌신성은 차이가 없다. 둘째, 도서관사서의 임파워먼트 수준은 결혼유무에 따라 차이가 있으나 조직헌신성과 조직효과는 차이가 없다. 셋째, 도서관사서의 임파워먼트 수준은 경력별에 따라 차이가 있으나 조직헌신성과 조직효과는 차이가 없다. 넷째, 변인들 간의 상관에서 가장 높은 상관은 영향력과 임파워먼트 전체, 역량성과 임파워먼트 전체, 자기결정력과 임파워먼트 전체의 순으로 높다. 다섯째, 임파워먼트는 9.3%의 설명력, 헌신성은 5.6%의 설명력을 조직효과에 가지고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of librarian’s empowerment and organizational commitment on organizational effectiveness in libraries. The subjects of this study were 148 librarians of 10 libraries in Jeollabuk-do in accordance to purposeful sampling of nonprobability sampling. The statistics program that was used to achieve the purpose was SPSS pc+ 20.0. The statistics methods were used one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, and multiple regression test. The following conclusion were drawn from the research procedures and data analysis. First, the librarian’s empowerment level and organizational effectiveness make a difference by age level. But the librarian’s organizational commitment make no difference by age level. Second, the librarian’s empowerment level make a difference by marital status. But the librarian’s organizational commitment and effectiveness make no difference by marital status. Third, the librarian’s empowerment level make a difference by career in present librarian. But the librarian’s organizational commitment and effectiveness make no difference by career in present librarian. Fourth, Very a high correlation is influence factor and all of the empowerment, competence factor, and all of the empowerment. Fifth, the organizational effectiveness is affected 9.3% by librarian’s empowerment, 5.6% by librarian’s organizational commitment.

디지털 큐레이션은 디지털 시대의 새로운 정보관리 및 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 디지털 환경에서 정보자원에 대한 체계적 관리 및 서비스를 추구한다는 측면에서 디지털 큐레이션은 문헌정보학의 핵심 영역에 해당한다. 본 연구는 디지털 큐레이션 관련 문헌들을 검토하여 주요 연구 영역을 설정하고, 대표적인 문헌정보학 분야 학술 데이터베이스(LISTA)에서 검색한 학술 논문들을 대상으로 연구동향을 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 연구동향 분석의 결과에 기초하여 문헌정보학 분야의 디지털 큐레이션 관련 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.
Abstract
Digital curation can be said that the new information management and services in the digital age. In terms of exploring the systematic management and services for the information resources in the digital environment, Digital curation is one the core areas of library and information science. This study was set up a research areas as a result of reviewing the related literatures, and analyzed the research trends to the scholarly articles retrieved from a representative databases in the areas of Library and Information Science (LISTA). Also, I suggested future research agendas for digital curation in the areas of library and information science based on the results of the this analysis.

한류3.0 시대를 맞이하여 기존 미디어 중심의 한류문화에서 벗어나 다양한 한류문화콘텐츠 개발을 통해 한국문화의 세계화와 지속가능성을 높일 수 있는 전략적 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 LOD기반의 음식문화콘텐츠 서비스 제공을 통해 음식문화 관련 정보뿐만 아니라 다른 문화콘텐츠들과도 망라적으로 연결시켜 다양한 한류문화콘텐츠들이 발전할 수 있는 기반을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구 및 사례분석을 통해 음식문화의 개념을 정립하고 분류하였으며, LOD기반의 음식문화콘텐츠 서비스의 적용가능성을 분석하였다. 나아가 음식문화 LOD 구축 프로세스 및 서비스 모형을 제안함으로써 LOD기반의 한류문화서비스 확장에 관한 기초 연구를 제공하고자 하였다.
Abstract
In the Korean wave 3.0 age, it is needed to prepare how to globalize and hold Korean culture through development of various Korean wave culture contents from existing contents focused on media. The goal of this study is to establish the foundation for developing the various Korean wave culture contents as linking information about other culture contents as well as food culture by extending Korean culture contents service based on LOD. For this purpose, this study established and assorted the concept of food culture through the literature review and case study and analyzed the applicability of the services of food culture contents based on LOD. Futhermore, this study provides the basis on extension of Korean wave culture service and suggests the process of implementation of food culture LOD and service model.

본 연구의 목적은 LG상남도서관 ‘책 읽어주는 도서관’ 서비스의 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반 서비스 구축과정과 모델에 대한 기술과 그 서비스의 유용성을 평가하는 것이다. 연구방법은 서베이를 통한 이용자 요구조사, 이용현황통계분석 및 이용자 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 도출된 중요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다: 1) 시각장애인이 스마트기기 사용에 높은 관심을 보였고, 스마트기기를 사용해 본 적이 없는 시각장애인도 비용과 접근성만 해결된다면 사용할 의사가 있음을 표명하였으며, 2) 스트리밍보다는 다운로드 방식을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 육성과 TTS 음성 차이를 중요하게 생각치 않는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 4) 희망도서의 종류는 연령별로 각기 다른 선호도를 보였다. 5) 2014년 거의 14만 건의 다운로드가 이루어졌고 - 피처폰에 비해 36.3% 증가, 6) 가장 중요한 기능은 책갈피와 페이지/목차 이동 기능인 것으로 판명되었다.
Abstract
This paper describes the process and methodology followed in developing the Android-based LG Sangnam Audiobook service and an evaluation of its usefulness to the public. The methods included a survey of user needs, analysis of usage statistics, and user interviews. The study found that visually impaired users: 1) were greatly interested and willing to use smartphones if there were no barrier in cost and access; 2) preferred downloads to streaming services; 3) did not mind performance differences between real and TTS (text-to-speech) voices; 4) showed marked differences in book preferences according to age, 5) made about 14,000 downloads in 2014; and 6) indicated bookmarking and moving between pages and tables of content as the most important functions in using audiobooks.

노령화사회에서 노인을 위한 서비스는 도서관의 새로운 도전이다. 본 연구는 노인의 독서 장애요인과 노안에 대해 살펴보고, 노인의 독서를 용이하게 만드는 한글 큰글자도서의 출판과 수집 및 이용가능성을 조사하였다. 큰글자도서의 출판과 유통에 대하여는 국립중앙도서관 소장 서지리스트와 교보문고의 재고 리스트를 기초로 하고, 공공도서관에서 접근가능한 큰글자도서는 한국도서관협회가 보급한 큰글자도서 리스트와 기존의 도서관 장애인서비스 현황조사 데이터를 기초로 하여, 이용가능한 큰글자도서의 유형, 종수와 권수, 출판연도, 주제, 중복성 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따라 문제점을 식별하고 큰글자도서의 서지통정, 수집 확대, 도서관의 노인 독서 진흥 방안 및 후속 연구를 제언하였다.
Abstract
Services for the elderly is a new challenge for the libraries in aging society. This study reviewed the obstacles faced by the old readers and presbyopia, and analyzed the states of the large-print books to understand and estimate the Korean large-print books availability. Based on the bibliographic list of large-print books collected by the National Library of Korea, large-print book stock list of the Kyobo Book Center, large-print book lists supplied to the libraries by the Korean Library Association, and the data of the previous Library Survey for the Disabled, number of titles and volumes, publication year, duplication, and subject field of the large-print books available are analyzed. Based on the results, problems are identified and recommendations for bibliographic control, collection development, reading promotion, and further research area are suggested.
