FRBR 모델에서는 서지 요소와 관계를 중심으로 ER 모델링 방식을 제공하고 있지만, 단지 구조적 프레임워크로서 FRBR 모델을 효율적으로 구현할 수 있는 도구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 Topic Maps를 이용하여 FRBR 모델을 구현하는 방법을 제시한다. Topic Maps 기반의 FRBR 모델 구현의 유효성을 설계하였고, Topic Maps를 이용하여 이를 구현하였다. 연구 결과, FRBR의 entity-relation 과 Topic Maps의 topic-asociation이 개념적으로 동일하기 때문에 FRBR 모델 개발의 적합함을 알 수 있었 다. FRBR 구조는 Topic Maps 패러다임과 그대로 일치하기 때문에 FRBR 모델은 Topic Maps로 구현함이 바람직하다.
Abstract
As FRBR defines structural framework based on ER modeling for b ibliographic data elements, an effective tool is required to implement FRBR model. In this implementation of FRBR model based on Topic Maps. To show the e ffectiveness of Topic Maps as the implantation language of FRBR, we implement FRBR mo del of topic-association of Topic Maps conceptually harmonize with entity-relation of FRBR, which means that Topic Maps is suitable for the implementation of FRBR model.

이 연구는 보존 기록 자료로서의 우리의 고전 장서를 보다 안전하게 보호하고 연구자나 이용자들에게는 시공을 초월한 열람이 가능토록 하기 위한 디지털 도서관으로서의 방법을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 즉, 우선 동양 전래의 사부 분류법과 현대적인 주제 분류, 그리고 색인어 등을 통해 다양한 접근점을 제공하고, 둘째, MARC나 XML 등을 활용한 DL시스템을 구축하되, 서지적 기술요소를 최대한 확대시키며, 셋째, 쉬운 해제와 색인어로 이용자의 이해를 극대화하고, 마지막으로 원본의 손상을 막기 위해 원문 DB를 구축하여 열람용으로 사용한다. 이는 향후 국내외 한국 고전 관련기관과 협력, 공유할 수 있는 네트워크 체제를 통해 국제적 서지통정으로 발전될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The most of all, this study is planned to search an ideal methods to develop the digital library system for our korean ancient books for their safe preservation and, at the same time, for their perusal of transcendental time and space : first, to offer the various access points like traditional oriental Four parts Classics classification, current subject classification and index keyword, etc. ; second, to program a digital library system using MARC or XML, but with all bibliographic descriptive elements as possible; third, to prepare the more easy annotated bibliography and index for users' better comprehension, and last, to build original text database for practical reading to avoid the damage of original text. This type of korean ancient books digital library will be developed to the real international bibliographic control by networking enter the same kinds of internal and external organizations.

웹, XML, EAD 등을 포함한 새로운 기술과 기술(description)도구의 출현으로 기존의 도서관자료와 기록물을 통합 관리할 수 있고, 정보교환을 위한 다양한 검색보조도구를 모두 수용할 수 있는 내용표준에 대한 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기록물업계의 국제적 동향을 반영하여 ISAD(G) 및 ISAAR(CPF)와 조화를 이루고, MARC과 EAD 등 다양한 검색보조도구의 데이터구조 표현을 수용할 수 있도록 제정된 DACS와 기존의 기술규칙인 APPM2를 비교분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 우리나라 기록물 기술규칙 제정시 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The advent of new technologies and descriptive tools, including the Web, XML, and EAD, have highlighted the necessity of content standard which can integrate and manage to library materials and archives and accommodate various finding aids for information exchange. This research analyzes both APPM2 and DACS. The former is an old established description rule. On the other hand, the latter keeps step with ISAD(G) and ISAAR(CPF) as adopting the international trend of archives and is able to describe the data structure of a variety of finding aids including MARC, EAD, etc. As a result, it presents the points to take into consideration as making descriptive rules about our archives.
