역사에 관심 있는 대한민국 국민 누구나 우리 역사에 쉽게 접근하여 재미있게 배울 수 있으며 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 역사정보를 제공하기 위한 콘텐츠 서비스 구축에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한 시맨틱 웹 구축을 통해 정보의 공유 및 재활용에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으며 이는 링크드 데이터를 통해 구체화되고 있다. 기존의 전문연구자 중심의 원문 DB구축에서 탈피하여 일반인도 쉽게 이해하고 이용할 수 있는 대중적 콘텐츠 구축은 여러 기관, 포털, 그리고 일부 개인을 중심으로 구축되고 있으나 정보 공유 및 활용성 측면에 대한 고려 없이 개별적으로 중복 구축되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원문사료에 대한 접근성을 높이고 정보공유 및 연결을 통한 정보유통 체계를 확보하여 웹상의 다양한 데이터와의 연결로 풍부한 정보제공 환경을 구축하기 위한 방안으로 LOD 기반 한국사 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템 구축을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Anyone curious to easily access and learn Korean history has become interested in Korean history data bases, which will provide accurate and reliable historical information. Furthermore, user demands for information sharing and reusability, available through setting up a semantic web, have been increased, which have taken the shape of linked data. Efforts have been made to construct public data bases containing readily usable contents a user can understand and utilize with ease. They have been produced by several organizations, portal sites, and individuals, trying to deviate from existing mainstreams - expert-based text data bases. A problem with those data bases is that they have not considered such vital factors as the sharing and utilizing of information as a whole. This study suggests a LOD-based Korean history contents implementation system, providing rich information environment by way of multi-dimensional web-data connections. In doing so, this system has tried a historic information circulation service system which is based on information sharing and connecting.

국사편찬위원회는 역사 연구의 자료가 되는 기록인 사료의 중심 수집기관으로 사료조사수집 활동을 통한 성과물을 이용자에게 제공하기 위한 수집사료 관리시스템을 개발하고 있다. 사료는 기록물의 특성을 가지고 있어 출처주의, 계층목록과 같은 기록물관리체계를 따르지만 실제 업무흐름은 도서관업무와 유사하다. 국편이 목표로 하는 수집사료 관리시스템은 전자사료관시스템과 전자도서관시스템의 통합된 형태가 된다. 본 연구는 국사편찬위원회의 사례를 중심으로 수집사료 관리시스템의 개발과 시스템의 성공적인 운영을 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
National Institue of Korean History(NIKH) is the major collecting organization of manuscripts, records for historical research and develops a Collecting Manuscripts Management System. Manuscripts description conforms to records management system, such as provenance information and hierarchical catalog records and business process observes library management system because it is not the public records. Goal system is integrated system containing both. This study proposes development of Collecting Historical Manuscripts Management System in the NIKH and the aspects to achieve successful system operation.

현재 유니코드 CJK 한자코드는 부수 기준 배열방식을 따르고 있어 한자의 한글음가를 기준으로 하는 우리의 문자생활 방식과 차이가 있으며, 우리나라 고유한자나 동형이음어, 이두문자, 그리고 이체자 관계 등을 모두 수록하고 있지 않아 정보시스템에 그대로 적용하기에는 무리가 있다. 따라서 유니코드 기반 정보시스템의 정확한 한자표현 및 한자검색을 위해서는 한자를 포함하는 자료에 대한 정확한 이해를 바탕으로 여러 가지 지원방안을 마련해야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 역사분야 정보검색시스템에서는 한글음가 및 한국에서만 사용되는 동형이음어 처리를 위한 한자-한글음가 사전, 본래 한자의 음가와 다르게 읽히는 한자를 위한 특수용어사전, 이형자와 이체자를 위한 이체자사전, 그리고 유니코드 CJK 통합한자에 등록되어 있지 않은 한자를 위한 신출한자목록을 지원하고 있다.
Abstract
Unicode Han ideograph character set differed from the our principle of the phonetic value ordering in that it followed the principle of KangXi radical-stroke ordering of the characters. Therefore, information system should support ideograph search on precise analysis of materials which consist of korean character (hangul) and ideograph character (hanja). History Information system has been maintaining Hanja(Chinese Character) to Hangul Dictionary, Terminology Dictionary for composition, borrowing, non-ideographic principles, Variant Forms Dictionary, and Recently discovered Chinese Characters List.
