대학조직에서의 대학도서관은 정보화경영을 통한 경영혁신의 필요성이 높아졌다. 본 연구에서는 대학도서관에 대한 “정보화경영체제”(IMS: information management system)의 인식도를 조사하였다. 즉, 여기서는 정보화경영체제에 대한 2년제와 4년제 대학간의 인식의 차이를 조사하였다. 연구를 위한 설문조사 표본은 모두 67개 였으며, 대부분의 응답자들은 정보화경영체제 도입을 위한 인식에서 중요하게 생각하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA)의 결과, 정보화경영시스템의 도입시기와 필요성에 대하여는 F=0.469(p=0.497), sig=0.05. and F=2.410(p=0.125), sig=0.05으로 비유의적으로 나타났다. 그러나 교육의 필요성에서는 F=7.470(p=0.008), sig=0.01으로 유의적으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 향후 정보화경영체계의 도입을 위한 대학도서관의 정책수립과 관련하여 표준화되고 일관성있는 기초자료를 제공하였다. 아울러 대학도서관에서 정보화경영체제의 도입을 위해 고려해야 할 사항 등을 제시함으로써 도서관경영관리의 새로운 방향을 모색하였다.
Abstract
University library in university organization needs more to innovating with through information management systems. In this paper introduced IMS to university library in Korea. In this paper investigated difference of recognition between college and university about IMS. The samples (n=67) were composed of those who had already engaged in university library and college. The results of this study were as follows; Most participants who was considerate no more important to mind for IMS introduction. Then, the results of ANOVA analysis was recognized employee's about IMS that among of the best problems was negative(-) effect to introduction necessary and introduction timeless of IMS was insignified with F=0.469(p=0.497), sig=0.05. and F=2.410(p=0.125), sig=0.05. By the way, education necessary of IMS was signified with F=7.470(p=0.008), sig=0.01. Finally, in this paper provided the fundamental data for the standardization and transparency related to policy establish of university library for introducing of IMS.

기록정보의 중요성이 급격히 강조화되고 있는 실정에서 기록정보의 국가지식자원화에 대한 요구가 크게 일고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 고유의 기술적 및 법제도적 환경을 고려하면서, 통합적 정보자원관리를 구현할 수 있는 국가기반의 전자기록관리를 위한 참조모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 전자기록물을 국가지식정보자원화 할 필요성과 국가적 차원의 통합적 정보자원관리의 국내 사례로서 정부지식관리시스템과 국가지식포털을 분석하였고 미국의 전자기록아카이브(ERA) 프로그램과 유럽연합의 EUN 및 COVAX을 소개하였다. 다음, 전자기록관리를 기반으로 하는 지식정보자원의 통합적 관리를 달성하기 위하여 구축해야 할 필요가 있는 기록정보관리시스템 연계 아키텍처, 국가지식자원 통합 환경 아키텍처, 범 환경 통합 정보기술 아키텍처의 참조모형을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The study is to propose the reference model of Korean record management for integrated information resources management, based on the Korean regulation and administrative environments. Therefore, the study suggests the reasons why the electronic records must be come to the one of the national knowledge and information resources and reviews several integrated information management systems such as GKMS, KADO, ERA, EUN, and COVAX. Next, the study proposes the integrated records management system architecture, integrated national knowledge and information management environment architecture, and information technology architecture for integrating resource management environment.
초록
이글은 2000년부터 2004년까지 지식정보자원관리사업으로 추진된 12개의 역사분야 인터넷 정보시스템에 설계된 기능적 사용자인터페이스를 분석하였다. 정보검색과 검색결과제시의 두 측면에서 12개의 역사분야 인터넷 정보시스템이 채택한 기능적 사용자 인터페이스의 공통점과 차이점을 기술하였다. 기능적 사용자인터페이스에 대하여 지난 5년동안 수행했던 실험결과와 사용경험을 정리한 이 논문은 앞으로 이 분야에 대한 이론적 논의의 단초를 마련코자 하였다.
Abstract
This paper analyes the functional user interface of the Korean History Information System in the Knowledge Information Resource Management which was carried out from the year 2000 to the year 2004. Having two angle; information retrieval and output, this paper describes the common feature and the different feature of the functional user interface which was designed in the twelve Korean History Information System. This paper investigates the actual conditions of the functional user interface which was designed in the the twelve Korean History Information System. And this paper will develop the research on the functional user interface.
