초록

본 연구는 연구과정에서 생산되는 연구데이터 공유를 위한 수집을 활성화하기 위해 연구자들의 연구데이터 제출의도를 측정하고, 이러한 제출의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 연구관리규정과 선행연구를 통해 요인항목을 도출하였다. 도출된 항목을 바탕으로 영향요인 분석을 위해 국내 35개 기관 연구원 135명으로부터 설문 결과를 받았다. 결과분석을 통해 정보인프라, 동기부여, 장애 측면에서의 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구데이터 수집을 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors which have an effect on researcher’s behavior and attitudes about depositing data from sponsored research. I analyzed the behavior, barriers, incentives and information infrastructure of 135 researchers in 35 Korean research institutes. The survey identified several factors that may encourage timely deposit of data by researchers. According to the analyzing factors, I propose the following methods in perception, incentives, use, policy and information infrastructure aspects.

의견 검색은 사용자의 정보 요구에 주제적으로 연관되면서도 의견이 포함되어 있는 정보를 검색하는 태스크이다. 본 연구는 효과적인 의견 검색을 위해 사용자 정보 요구를 표현하는 방법과 이 요구를 만족시킬만한 여러 의견 자질들을 효과적으로 결합할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 본 실험에서는 추론 네트워크 모델을 기본 검색 모델로 사용하였고, Blogs06 컬렉션과 100개의 TREC 토픽에 대해 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 가상의 ‘의견’ 개념을 설정하여 효과적으로 의견 검색의 정보 요구를 표현할 수 있었으며, 극히 소량의 일반 의견 단어집만을 사용했는데도 동일한 환경에서 기존 모델과 견줄 만한 의견 검색 성능을 달성할 수 있었다.

Abstract

Opinion retrieval is to retrieve items which are relevant to the user information need topically and include opinion about the topic. This paper aims to find a method to represent user information need for effective opinion retrieval and to analyze the combination methods for opinion features through various experiments. The experiments are carried out in the inference network framework using the Blogs06 collection and 100 TREC test topics. The results show that our suggested representation method based on hidden ‘opinion’ concept is effective, and the compact model with very small opinion lexicon shows the comparable performance to the previous model on the same test data set.

This study is to investigate the characteristics of the Invisible Web and many search services designed to serve as gateways to the Invisible Web and to evaluate searching the Invisible Web in the Services. The four services for searching the Invisible Web were selected to search the Invisible Web with 11 queries, that are Google as portals, ProFusion and Search.com as Invisible Web meta search engines, and IncyWincy as Invisible Web search engines. It was found that the effectiveness of Google's Invisible Web searching was better compared with the three Invisible Web search tools but the difference between the four systems was not significant(α=.055). The Invisible Web meta searching was better than the Web meta searching in the three search tools at the statistically significant level. 초록

본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 대학생의 진로성숙도가 전문성 추구에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 두 변수 사이에서 교수-학생관계 만족도의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 20대 대학생 128명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 다중회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 변수의 영향력을 검증하였다. 그 결과 문헌정보학 전공 학생에게 있어 진로성숙도는 그 자체만으로 전문성추구에 거의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 진로성숙도와 전문성 추구 사이에서 교수-학생관계 만족도는 진로성숙도를 강화시켜 학생들의 전문성 추구 인식에 유의미한 영향을 나타내고 있었다. 따라서 문헌정보학 전공 학생들의 진로준비에 있어 전문성을 추구하기 위해서는 교수의 진로지도와 원활한 의사소통 등이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of career maturity of college students on the pursuit of professionalism in the department of Library and Information Science. For this purpose, 128 students in their twenties were surveyed and the influence of variables was verified by multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, it was analyzed that the career maturity of the students majoring in literature and information science had little effect on the pursuit of professionalism. However, satisfaction with the professor-student relationship had a significant effect on the recognition of students’ pursuit of professionalism by enhancing career maturity. Therefore, in order to pursue professionalism in the preparation of the career path of the librarianship major, it is important that the professor’s career guidance and smooth communication are important.

이 연구는 스마트기기 이용이라는 맥락에서의 다변화하는 정보격차인 스마트 디바이드의 형성에 미디어 리터러시가 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 미디어 리터러시의 대부분의 요인들은 스마트기기를 이용해서 사회적 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 정보적, 사회적 활동의 범위를 확장하는데 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 미디어 리터러시는 스마트기기를 통해 입수한 정보의 가치 평가 능력에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 미디어 리터러시를 확보한 사람들과 그렇지 못한 사람들 사이에는 스마트기기의 활용을 통한 정보적, 사회적 이익이라는 측면에서 보다 심화된 사회적 격차가 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 스마트 디바이드를 유발하는 기제로 작용할 수 있다.

Abstract

This study empirically analyzed the effect of media literacy on the formation of the smart divide, which is a multi-faceted digital divide that occurs in the context of the use of smart devices. As a result, most of the factors of media literacy affect the establishment of social relations and social network through the use of smart devices, which, in turn, leads to the expansion of the range of informational and social activities. In addition, media literacy has a significant effect on the competence to evaluate the value of information acquired through the use of smart devices. Based on these results, there can be social disparity between those who have secured media literacy and those who do not from the perspective of informational and social benefits through the use of smart devices, which can function as a mechanism to generate the smart divide.

과학기술 분류표, 시소러스, 용어사전 등의 주요한 색인 및 검색 도구를 한국어, 영어, 일본어의 3개 언어로 통합 구축하고 활용할 수 있도록 다기능, 다국어 과학기술 통합 개념체계의 개발 방안을 마련하였다. 개념을 기본 단위로 시소러스 모델을 개발하였으며, 용어사전 레코드는 ISO 12620 표준에 근거하여 필수요소를 지정하였다. 또한 과학기술분야 표준분류표를 대분류 수준까지 작성하고 기존 분류표와의 매핑 테이블을 작성하여 다른 분류표를 통한 접근이 가능하도록 하였다. 시소러스, 용어사전, 분류표의 원활한 상호 연계와 운용을 위해서 통합 개념체계 모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 통합 개념체계를 이용하여 원자력 분야를 대상으로 한 프로토타입 시스템을 구축하고 실제 검색 사례를 제시하였다.

지식활용은 조직의 역량 제고와 직접적으로 연결하는 활동이며 새로운 가치를 다시 생산하게 하는 지식관리의 가장 핵심적 활동이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 지식활용 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 환경에 대한 체계적이며 종합적인 연구는 더욱 필요하다고 본다. 본 연구의 목적은 지식관리 활동 중 마지막 단계인 지식활용에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 정보문화와 조직문화를 파악하고자 지식활용에 영향을 미치는 정보문화 및 조직문화 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 정부출연연구소, 도서관, 기업연구소에 근무하는 사서직, 연구직, 일반직 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고 이를 통하여 수집된 데이터는 다중회귀분석을 적용하여 정보문화의 여섯 가지 속성과 조직문화의 네 가지 유형이 지식활용의 문제대처, 지식재생산, 지식확산에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 정보문화(제어성, 공개성, 적극성)와 조직문화(관계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 과업지향문화)가 지식활용의 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 조직의 지식활용에 있어서 시사점을 논의하였다.

Abstract

Knowledge utilization is an activity directly linked to organizational capacity and is the most essential activity in knowledge management that is to produce new values. Thus, systematic and comprehensive understanding of factors and the environment that affect knowledge utilization are needed. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of information culture and organizational culture on knowledge utilization. For this, data were collected from 300 workers from 6 institutions including government-funded research institutes, libraries, and cooperation research institutes. This study analyzes the effects of six aspects of information cultures and four organizational culture types on knowledge utilization. The results show that information cultures(control, transparency, proactiveness) and organizational culture (The Clan Culture, The Adhocracy Culture, The Market Culture, The Hierarchy Culture) are significantly influential factors for the knowledge utilization. Based on results, this study provides the implication of knowledge sharing in the organizations and suggests further studies.

이 연구는 IFLA에서 연구되고 있는 ‘전거데이터의 기능상의 요건’(FRAD)을 FRAR에서의 변화 양상을 중심으로 명확히 이해하기 위한 것이다. 또한 FRAD가 RDA와 MARC21에 끼친 영향을 분석함으로 FRAD와 관련 규칙과의 관계를 정립하였고, 전거제어를 위한 IFLA의 활동에 비추어 국내 전거제어 관련 목록 규칙과 포맷, 주요 전거DB구축 현황을 검토하였다. 이런 분석을 토대로 국내 전거제어 표준을 위한 고려사항으로 접근점제어방식, 적용범위 확대, 개체-관계 모형과 같은 새로운 접근방식의 도입, 국가서지작성기관의 역할 강화 등을 살펴보았다. 이 연구결과는 전거제어를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

This study aims to clearly understand ‘Functional Requisite of Authority Data(FRAD)’ being studied by IFLA focused on aspect of change from FRAR. In addition, it has established relationship between FRAD and concerned rules by analyzing effect of FRAD on RDA and MARC21 and reviewed cataloguing rules, format and situations of major authority DB implementations concerned about domestic authority controls in reflection of IFLA’s activities for authority control. Based on the analysis, it has looked into considerations for domestic authority controls standards such as access control methods, expansion of application scope, introduction of new approaches such as entity-relationship model, reinforcement of roles for national bibliographic agency. These study results would be utilized as basic data for authority control.

정보기술의 발전과 더불어 국가경쟁력 및 대국민 서비스 강화를 위한 공공정보시스템의 구축이 확산되고 있다. 또한 막대한 공공재원이 투자되는 공공정보시스템은 효율성에 대한 정기적인 평가를 통한 존재가치의 입증 및 문제점 진단을 통한 성능개선의 요구도 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 웹 기반 공공고용정보시스템 워크넷(Work-Net)의 데이터 및 서비스 품질을 102명의 이용자를 대상으로 평가하였다. 측정도구는 학계에서 많이 사용해온 정보내용, 정확성, 적시성, 출력형태, 사용의 용이성, 지원성으로 구성하였으며 t-test와 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA)을 실시하여 이용자의 특성 및 검색정보에 따른 차이를 살펴보았다. 또한 최근 구직자들의 고용정보시스템에 대한 요구사항들을 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 공공 및 민간운영 고용정보시스템 운영체제 효율화에 기여할 수 있는 유용한 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 본다.

본 연구에서는 한 번 방문한 이용자들의 방문횟수를 계속해서 유지시켜줄 수 있는 패션잡지 사이트의 구성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 이용자들이 사이트들을 쉽게 방문할 수 있게 하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만, 홈페이지의 구성이 이용자들에게 어떻게 받아들여지느냐에 따라 많이 작용될 것이다. 그러므로, 이를 위하여 국내에서 운영중인 웹 패션잡지 7개를 선정하여 웹기반의 패션잡지의 이용 편리성을 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 측정하였다. 또한 40명의 10·20대 남녀 피험자들 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해서 7개의 웹 패션잡지를 탐색하게 한 후에 최종 이용자의 행태를 조사·분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 제공할 수 있는 패션잡지의 효과적인 웹사이트 모형을 제안하였다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to examine the features of web fashion magazines and to suggest an effective website model for them. Seven web fashion magazines were analyzed. The evaluating criteria included: contents, design, navigation, and services. In addition, online-questionnaires were sent to 40 end users to obtain the information regarding user behaviors on the elected web fashion magazines. The results show that a suggested model should include various aspects: 1) providing currents information. 2) consistency in design, 3) easy in navigation, and 4) searching function etc.
