본 연구는 사서들의 애사심이 도서관의 조직구조에 어떤 영향을 받는지 알아보는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 서울특별시 소재의 대학도서관 39곳, 공공도서관 21곳을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였으며, 총 126개의 설문지를 수집하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직구조의 집권화 요소는 애사심의 소속감, 책임감, 헌신도 요인에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직구조의 소통 요소는 애사심의 소속감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 집권화보다 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직구조가 애사심에 미치는 영향에 대한 도서관 관종의 조절효과는 통계적으로 모두 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 사서들의 애사심을 높이기 위한 조직구조적 방안을 제시하였으며, 기존 문헌정보학 분야에서 다루지 않은 조직 분야에 대한 연구라는 점에서 의미가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate how librarians' loyalty is affected by the organizational structure of libraries. For this purpose, 39 university libraries and 21 public libraries in Seoul were surveyed, and 126 questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed. The main findings of the analysis are as follows. First, the centralization factor of organizational structure significantly affects the belongingness, responsibility, and devotion factors of loyalty. Second, the communication factor of organizational structure significantly affects the belongingness factor of loyalty, and it has a more substantial effect than centralization. Third, the moderating effect of library type on the effect of organizational structure on librarians’ loyalty was found to be statistically insignificant. Based on the above results, this study suggests organizational structural measures to increase librarians’ loyalty, and it is meaningful in that it is a study on an organizational field that has not been covered in depth in the literature.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 계속교육 효과성을 교육에서 습득한 지식과 기술을 적용하려는 의도인 학습전이에 두고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하여 이들의 관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 계속교육 참여 경험이 있는 대학도서관 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 사서 계속교육이 도서관 실무에 효과적으로 적용되기 위해 계속교육의 프로그램 특성뿐만 아니라 학습자 특성, 조직 환경적 특성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이는 계속교육의 사전 및 사후 활동을 개별 대학도서관이 조직차원에서 관리하여야 함을 시사한다. 따라서 학습전이 영향요인을 기반으로 한 대학도서관 조직 차원의 사서 계속교육 운영 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify factors to the effectiveness of librarians’ continuing education, which is regarded as learning transfer, and to examine the relationship between the effectiveness and the factors identified. Learning transfer is defined as an intention to apply the lessons learned in the education to the learner’s practice. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate continuing education experiences of university librarians. Findings indicate that characteristics of individual librarians, educational program, and organizational environment have to be taken into consideration to manage librarians’ continuing education effectively. Therefore, it is suggested that the university library as an organization should control pre- and post-activities of continuing librarians’ education at the library in order to maximize the learning transfer as the effectiveness of the education. Suggestions are developed with factors to the learning transfer to improve the effectiveness.

청소년의 진로 교육에서 다양한 교육적 시도가 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 진로성숙에 필요한 독서 방법을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인지적 관점에서의 독서가 진로성숙에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 이 과정에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하고자 한다. 2015 개정 교육과정에 제시된 독서방법을 차용하였으며 중학생을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하고 설문 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 독서방법, 자기효능감, 진로성숙의 관계를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 비판적 읽기는 진로 결정성, 확신성에 영향을 주며 감상적 읽기와 창의적 읽기는 진로 준비성에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 비판적 읽기는 자기효능감의 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도선호에 영향을 미치고 창의적 읽기는 자기조절효능감에 영향을 미쳤다. 비판적 읽기는 자기효능감을 매개하여 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 진로독서교육에서 진로성숙과 자기효능감 발달을 위한 학습요소를 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
Regardless of previous educational attempts in youth career education, there are not specific methods for reading to improve career maturity yet. This study aims to identify the reading method based on cognitive aspect which impacts career maturity and the mediation effect of self-efficacy in this process. This study tries to understand the roles of reading by applying the various reading methods suggested in the 2015 Revised National Curriculum. Data was collected through interviews and statistical analysis from a survey completed by middle school students. Findings showed that critical reading affected the decisiveness as well as the confidence of career maturity. Also, emotional reading and creative reading influenced the preparation of career maturity. Critical reading impacted all subvariables of self-efficacy - confidence, self-regulating efficacy, and task difficulty preference. Findings also showed that emotional reading affected self-regulating efficacy. Ultimately, the confidence of self-efficacy partly mediated critical reading and decisiveness. This study contributes to guiding reading instructions for practitioners and school curriculums to develop career maturity and self-efficacy.

본 연구는 고등학교를 대상으로 교육현장에 실질적 도움이 될 수 있는 실행연구(action research)를 통해 학교도서관 관점에서 독서방법이 조합된 독서전략이 고등학생의 읽고 이해하는 능력에 어떤 교육적 영향을 미칠 수 있는지 알아보았다. 그리고 독서전략이 청소년의 독서태도에 미치는 영향과 부가요인으로 독서태도의 변화가 텍스트 이해력과 관계성을 가지는지 확인하였다. 특히 독서조합의 긍정적 시너지 효과는 텍스트 이해력의 성취와 독서태도의 변화라는 독서성과로 이어지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 텍스트 이해력과 독서태도 변화 간의 정적 관계가 확인되어 향후 청소년의 텍스트 이해력의 향상을 위한 독서태도의 효과적인 변화의 방향을 제안하였다.
Abstract
In this study, the effects of reading strategy, which is a combination of reading methods on high school students’ reading ability were investigated using action research methodology in order to provide practical support in educational fields. Also, the effects of reading strategies on adolescents’ reading attitudes and the correlation between text comprehension and change of reading attitudes were investigated. This study is unique for its adoption of reading method combinations as reading strategies to enhance the effectiveness of reading in terms of text comprehension. Also, this study is meaningful in dealing with the cognitive abilities of high school students.

학술잡지 구입 예산의 구입비용의 상승에 따른 압력으로 지난 수십년간 학술잡지의 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔지만, 학술잡지의 선택에 대한 만족할만한 이론적 틀이 제시되지 못하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 의학도서관에서 의학분야의 학술잡지의 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 확인하여 이러한 이론적 틀을 제시할 수 있는 근거를 마련코자 한다. 본 연구는 상관관계 분석과 로지스틱회귀분석을 통해 학술잡지선택의 분산을 설명하고, 나아가 예측하는 통계적 모델들을 여러 변수조합을 이용해 제시한다. 또한 이러한 모델의 실제적 적용과 향후 연구방향을 논의한다.
Abstract
Since the beginning of discussions on serial collection management, as budgets have waxed and waned over the ensuing decades, a number of key variables affecting selection/deselection have emerged but without the framework of a coherent and accepted theoretical model. This study is an effort to identify variables which affect the serial collection decision with special attention to selection/deselection in the context of an academic health science library. Based on results from correlation analyses and logistic regression analyses, the serial collection decision can be explained and predicted using various combinations of a reduced set of objective variables. Applications of the results to libraries are discussed, and further research is proposed.

본 연구는 학교교육 및 교과연계와 도서관의 자원 활용을 아우르는 협력모델로 이벤트 체험과 컬렉션 체험의 융합 프로그램인 이벤트컬렉션 프로그램의 효과와 활용방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 양적 및 질적 데이터를 이용하여 다각적으로 분석한 결과, 이벤트컬렉션 프로그램의 효과로 학생들의 독서와 도서관의 역할 인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 이벤트컬렉션이 주제분류에 의한 자료배열로서는 제공할 수 없는 특정 관심분야와 관련된 다양한 자료를 제시함으로써 학생들에게 새로운 지식 발견 및 그 깊이와 범위의 확장을 통한 지식의 구조화를 지원하고, 전시이벤트 형식의 체험마케팅 요소를 통해 독서자료와 학생의 상호작용 및 공유와 참여를 촉진함으로써 자기주도적 독서에 효과적인 도구임을 제안하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study explores the effectiveness and applications of event collection programs, which are integrated programs with event experience and collection experience as a cooperation model that combines school education and library resources as course-related materials. For the purpose, a triangulated analysis with both quantitative and qualitative data was conducted. As a result, This study examined an event collection program’s effectiveness which were positive effects on the participated students’ reading and perceptions on the roles of their school libraries. The event collection supported the students to self-construct their knowledge by exploring information with the provision of a collection with various materials on a topic, which would be hardly provided within the traditional library subject classification, and that the event collection program could be a useful tool for self-directed reading due to its promotion of interaction, sharing, and participation among materials and the participated students by functional factors of experiential marketing.

본 연구는 중국 공공도서관의 위챗 공식계정을 이용한 마케팅이 도서관에 대한 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중국 공공도서관 위챗 공식계정을 구독한 이용자와 구독하지 않은 이용자의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 연구 가능성을 탐색하고 설문지를 개발하였다. 이를 기반으로 중국 6개 지역의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공식계정 운영특성은 중국 공공도서관에 대한 인식과 이용자 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SNS를 활용한 중국 공공도서관 마케팅이 이용자의 도서관 이용목적, 공공도서관 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 검증하였고 SNS 유형 중에 위챗 공식계정을 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing using Chinese public library WeChat official accounts on the perception of the library and loyalty. For this purpose, research possibilities were explored, and a questionnaire was developed through in-depth interviews with users who subscribed to the Chinese public library WeChat official accounts and those who did not. A survey was conducted with the questionnaire for public library users in six regions of China. As a result, it was confirmed that the characteristics of the official account operation had a positive effect on the perception of the libraries and users’ loyalty. This study is meaningful in that it verified how Chinese public library marketing using SNS affected users’ purpose on the use of libraries, perception of libraries, and users’ loyalty, and suggested how to deal with WeChat official accounts among SNS types.

본 연구에서는 사서교사가 제공해야 할 정보활용교육의 일부로서 저작권 교육 관련 자료를 새로 개발하였다. 그리고 Jigsaw 협동학습법을 적용하는 집단과 강의식 교수법을 적용하는 집단, 아무런 수업을 하지 않는 집단으로 나누어 수업을 진행하였다. 수업이 끝나고 교수법이 고등학생들의 저작권 지식 및 저작권 태도에 미치는 효과를 분석함으로써 보다 더 효과적인 저작권 수업 방식을 모색하려 하였다. 실험 결과 저작권 지식 부분에서는 Jigsaw 협동학습법이 가장 높은 교육적 효과를 보였으며 저작권 태도 부분에서는 Jigsaw 협동학습법이 실천적 태도 부분에서 강의식 교수법보다 더 높은 교육적 효과를 나타내었다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the effects of instruction methods on the students’ knowledge and attitudes to persue an effective instruction for information literacy. For this purpose, a copyright class as a quasi-experiment is provided to students in a high school in different ways including the teacher-centered lecture and the student-centered Jigsaw cooperative learning program. As a result, Group D (Jjgsaw method) showed the highest educational effectiveness among the four groups in terms of the knowledge of copyright. the group also showed higher instructional effectiveness compared to other groups in the practical attitude, which was one of the three types of attitude to copyright.

본 연구는 고등학교 교과교사들의 학교도서관에 대한 인식과 경험이 협력수업 시행의지에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 학교도서관 협력수업을 위한 기초자료를 제공함을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 서울 지역의 고등학교 14개교의 교과교사 198명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 교과교사의 학교도서관에 대한 인식 및 학교도서관 관련 경험이 협력수업 시행의지에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 소속 학교 또한 교과교사의 시행의지와 관련된 일부 인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 교과교사들의 도서관 인식에 대한 차이가 협력수업 시행의지에 대해서 교육적 효과에 영향을 미치며, 필요성에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았는데, 시행계획에 대해서는 모든 독립변인들의 유의한 영향을 파악하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for implementing library collaborative instruction (LCI) through investigating the effects of high school teachers’ perceptions and experiences of school libraries on the recognition of LCI. To accomplish it, a questrionnaire survey of 198 teachers in 14 high schools in Seoul was conducted. As a result, teachers’ perceptions of school libraries and school library experience had significant effects on the their willingness to implement LCI, which consisted of educational effect(EE), necessity and implementation plan(IP). In short, teachers’ perception of school libraries influenced most variables in EE and did not influence necessity. All independent variables had significant effects on IP. This can be interpreted as that teachers recognize the need of LCI, but the perception of EE is influenced by conveying tool for the knowledge of LCI, such as education, promotion, and experience.

본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 사서의 전문성이 이용자의 도서관 경험과 그로 인한 도서관 인식을 어떻게 매개하는지 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 이론적 배경과 선행연구를 고찰한 후, 서울 및 경기지역의 공공도서관 6곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 문화 및 교육 활동은 사서 전문성 인식을 매개로 도서관 가치 및 만족도 인식에 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 정보 활동은 유일하게 사서 전문성을 매개하지 않고 직접 도서관 인식에 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 따라 이용자가 도서관의 가치를 형성하는 영역과 사서의 전문성을 인식하는 영역이 일치하지 않는 점에 문제를 제기하고 시사점을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 전통적으로 사서직 내부적 특성으로 여겨진 사서의 전문성을 외부에서 바라봄으로써, 이용자의 서비스 경험과 사서 전문성, 도서관 성과를 통합하였다는 의의를 지닌다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine how the specialty of librarians links between users’ library experience and their resulting perception of the library in public libraries. After reviewing theoretical background studies, a questionnaire survey was conducted at six public libraries in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The analysis of the survey results showed that the perception of librarians’ specialty had a mediation effect on the relationship between cultural, educational activity and library perception. However, information activity was not linked by the perception of librarians’ specialty and only directly influenced on the library perception. Accordingly, the result raised a question of a discrepancy between the areas where the users gain the value of the library and where the librarians’ specialty is perceived and some implications were suggested. This research is meaningful in integrating the users’ library experience, librarians’ specialty, and the library performance by external point of view on the specialty, traditionally regarded as an internal characteristic of the librarianship.
