이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식과 대학도서관 서비스품질 평가, 이용자만족도 및 충성도를 측정 및 분석하여 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식이 이용자만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였다. 가설 검증을 위하여 J대학교 중앙도서관을 이용한 경험이 있는 학생들을 대상으로 최종 282부의 유효표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 측정변수들의 평균값을 기술통계량으로 분석하였으며, 가설 검증을 위해 Hayes의 PROCESS macro프로그램 모형 4번과 6번을 사용하여 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과, 1) 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식은 대학도서관 서비스 품질평가에 따라 이용자만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식을 구성하는 요소인 서비스 혜택 지각 및 충족감, 상호영향의식이 통계적 유의수준 하에서 서비스 품질평가에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 이를 매개로 이용자만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식이 높을수록 서비스 품질평가가 높으며, 이를 통해 이용자만족도가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 2) 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식은 대학도서관 서비스 품질평가와 이용자만족도에 따라 이용자충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식을 구성하는 요소인 서비스 혜택 지각 및 충족감, 상호영향의식이 서비스 품질평가를 매개로 이용자만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고(가설1), 이용자만족도를 매개로 통계적 유의수준 하에서 이용자충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 대학도서관 이용자의 공동체의식이 높을수록 서비스 품질평가가 높고, 이용자만족도가 높아지며, 이를 통해 이용자충성도가 높아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study measures and analyzes the university library user’s sense of community, service quality assessment, user satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, the effect of the university library user’s sense of community on university library user satisfaction and loyalty mediated by the assessment of the quality of service is investigated. On the basis of study result, to improve user satisfaction and user loyalty, the direction and implications of library development are presented. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, precedent research and literature were investigated, and the study model and hypothesis were established based on theoretical background. In order to verify the hypothesis, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to subject who had experience using the Central Library among undergraduate students at the C National University, and the final 282 sample was used for analysis. To analyze the differences depending on the general characteristics of the samples, It is the result of an independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of the mediated effects analysis using the PROCESS macro-programs models 4 and 6 of Hayes for hypothesis testing are as follows. First, The university library user’s sense of community (Service Benefits Perception and Satisfaction, Mutual sense of influence) effect the user satisfaction of university library mediated by service quality assessment at statistical significance. This showed that the higher the university library user’s sense of community, the higher the service quality assessment, and the higher the user satisfaction level of university library. Second, The university library user’s sense of community (Service Benefits Perception and Satisfaction, Mutual sense of influence) effect the user loyalty of university library mediated by service quality assessment and user satisfaction. This showed that the higher the university library user’s sense of community, the higher the service quality assessment, the higher user satisfaction level of university library and the higher the user loyalty level of university library. The results of this study showed that the university library user’s sense of community has a direct and indirect effect on enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty through the service quality assessment.

사람들은 청소년기에 성적 지향이나 성 정체성에 대해 인식하기 시작하며, 청소년들은 성에 관한 민감한 건강정보 탐색을 위해 접근이 편하고 익명성이 보장된 지식검색 커뮤니티를 자주 이용한다. 본 연구는 지식검색 커뮤니티에 나타난 청소년들의 성 정체성에 관련된 질문과 답변을 바탕으로 그들의 정보탐색 행태를 관찰하고자 하였다. 먼저, 그들의 정보 요구를 파악하고 그들이 공유한 질문에 제공된 답변들 가운데 채택된 답변과 비 채택된 답변의 특성을 비교하여 청소년들이 어떠한 답변을 선호하는지 조사하였다. 이를 위해 국내의 대표적인 지식검색 커뮤니티인 네이버 지식iN에서 2016년 1월부터 2018년 12월까지 3년간 채택된 답변과 비 채택된 답변으로 구성된 총 358세트의 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성 정체성에 관한 고민을 가진 청소년들은 성 정체성에 대한 정의나 혼란에 관한 정보 요구가 많았다. 이용자들이 채택한 답변에는 공감 및 긍정적인 느낌을 주는 요인들이 채택되지 않은 답변에 비해 많았으며, 반면에 채택되지 않은 답변에는 부정적인 요인들이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 성 정체성이 확립되지 않은 청소년들이 가진 정보 요구와 정보탐색 행태를 분석하여 정보탐색 분야의 논의를 확장하고 건강정보 이용자의 정보 평가에 이용되는 인지적 및 감정적 모델을 검증했다는 데 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 소셜 미디어가 청소년에게 제공해야 할 성 정체성에 관한 효과적인 정보서비스에 대한 실질적인 함의를 제안한다.
Abstract
People begin to recognize sexual orientation or gender identity in adolescence, and adolescents frequently use an accessible and anonymous anonymity knowledge retrieval community to explore sensitive health information about gender. This study attempted to observe their information search behavior based on questions and answers about adolescents’ gender identity in the knowledge retrieval community. First, we wanted to examine their information needs and to investigate what factors they preferred to answer by comparing the characteristics of the answers adopted with the non-adopted answers among the answers provided in the questions they shared. To this end, Naver, Korea’s representative knowledge search community. In Knowledge-iN, a total of 358 sets of data were analyzed, consisting of responses adopted over three years from January 2016 to December 2018. As a result, adolescents with concerns about gender identity demanded information about definition or confusion about gender identity. In the responses adopted by the users, the factors that gave empathy and positive feelings were higher than those that were not adopted, whereas the negative responses were higher in the unaccepted answers. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the information needs and information search behaviors of adolescents with no established gender identity, expands the discussion in the information search field, and confirms cognitive and emotional models for information evaluation of health information users. Also, based on the research results, we propose practical implications for effective information services on gender identity that social media should provide to young people.

국내에서 공연 예술의 아카이빙 방안에 관련된 연구들은 최근 다방면으로 이루어져 왔으나 클래식 음악 공연정보를 한 곳에서 체계적으로 확인하고 지난 공연정보를 얻을 수 있는 디지털 아카이브의 구축은 시도된 바도 없었고 이에 대한 연구도 이루어진 일이 없었다. 이 연구에서는 모든 클래식 음악 공연에 대한 정보를 제공하고 보존하며 서비스할 수 있는 참여형 아카이브 포털을 제안하고, 선행연구에서 확인된 공연 아카이브 포털의 요건 및 요구사항을 바탕으로 기능을 설계하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아카이브 포털의 기능요건을 확인하고 클래식 음악 공연정보의 특성에 맞추어 재구성하였으며, 메타데이터 요소를 설계하였다. 또한, 검색 및 패싯 내비게이션과 이용자 참여 및 커뮤니케이션 기능의 설계와 구현 방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이 기능들의 인터페이스를 구현한 프로토타입을 개발하였다.
Abstract
The research on the archiving performing arts has recently been conducted on various aspects in Korea, but there has been no research or attempts to build a digital archive that can systematically identify the information on classical music performances in one place and get the past performance information. In this study, we proposed a participatory archive portal for providing, preserving and servicing information on all classical music performances, and tried to design the functions based on the requirements of the performance archive portal identified in previous research. We identified and proposed functional requirements of the portal, reorganized the characteristics of classical music performance information, and designed metadata elements. Then we presented the design and implementation direction of search and facet navigation, as well as user participation and communication functions. Lastly, we developed a prototype that implemented the requirements of the interface.
