본 논문에서는 다중 모델 기계학습 기법을 이용하여 자동 문서 분류의 성능과 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 연구와 실험 결과를 기술하였다. 기존의 다중 모델 기계 학습법들이 훈련 데이터 또는 학습 알고리즘의 편향에 의한 오류를 극복하고자 한 것인데 비해 본 논문에서 제안한 메타 학습을 이용한 하이브리드 다중 모델 방식은 이 두 가지의 오류 원인을 동시에 해소하고자 하였다. 다양한 문서 집합에 대한 실험 결과. 본 논문에서 제안한 하이브리드 다중 모델 학습법이 전반적으로 기존의 일반 다중모델 학습법들에 비해 높은 성능을 보였으며, 다중 모델의 결합 방식으로서 메타 학습이 투표 방식에 비해 효율적인 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Inductive learning and classification techniques have been employed in various research and applications that organize textual data to solve the problem of information access. In this study, we develop hybrid model combination methods which incorporate the concepts and techniques for multiple modeling algorithms to improve the accuracy of text classification, and conduct experiments to evaluate the performances of proposed schemes. Boosted stacking, one of the extended stacking schemes proposed in this study yields higher accuracy relative to the conventional model combination methods and single classifiers.

교육인적자원부에서는 학교간의 자원공유와 상호대차 기반 조성, 단위 학교 데이터베이스 구축의 효율성 도모, 단위 학교 목록 데이터 입력 및 시스템 관리 부담 경감 등을 목적으로 인터넷 기반 학교도서관 정보시스템(IBSLIS)을 구축 운영 중에 있다. IBSLIS 정보시스템을 성공적으로 구축, 운영하기 위해서는 시스템의 기능과 운영 실태를 분석함으로써 향후 개선 및 발전 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2001년도에 시범적으로 설치한 부산시교육청의 IBSLIS 정보시스템을 평가함으로써 향후 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the establishment project of IBSLIS, Internet-based School Library Information System for prepares a foundation of resource sharing and inter-school library loan, to improvement of DB construction's efficiency and to reduces a maintenance's burden of local information system. There is a necessity which it will evaluate demonstrative operating IBSLIS system for maximize to educational effect and to establish efficiently. Thus, this study is prepares to improvement devices of school library informationization as evaluation an operational status and functions of IBSLIS system which are established in 2001 year.

본 연구에서는 이용자를 고객의 개념으로 이해하고 고객가치와 고객만족간의 관련성에 기초한 고객중심의 인터넷 컨텐츠 서비스에 관해 조사하였다. 그 결과 효율적인 인터넷 컨텐츠 서비스를 위한 고객가치 창출 핵심요인인 품질, 서비스, 비용은 컨텐츠 사이트 재방문 및 구매의도에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 컨텐츠 서비스면에서 불만대응시간 및 고객지원체제에 대한 만족도 조사결과 다른 품질이나 비용에 비해 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학술정보기관에서도 이용자 서비스 연구를 고객가치수준에서 연구해야 할 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
This study explores a user as a customer and analyzed a customer centered contents service based on the customer value and custoner satisfaction. This study showed that revisit of the site and content purchase are strongly affected by contents quality, service and cost. Especially, the ratio of satisfaction of the the complaint-response time and customer support system in cpnparison to the quality and cost factors was low. Therefore, library and infprmation center meed to improve the contents service in terms of customer relations.

많은 연구들 가운데 살펴볼 가치가 있는 대상을 찾아 제시해주는 문헌기반 발견의 접근법은 연구자들에게 매우 유용할 것이다. 문헌기반 발견 연구의 대표 이론인 Swanson의 ABC 모델은 기존에 검증되지 않은 개체들의 관계를 연구할 것을 제안해 준다. 본 연구는 Swanson의 ABC 모델에 인용 정보를 고려하여 유의한 관계에 있는 개체들을 더 효율적으로 찾아내고자 하였다. 수집 논문들의 참고문헌 목록에서 인용 정보를 확인하고 논문의 표제와 초록을 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법으로 중요한 단어들을 추출하였다. Swanson의 연구들 중 어유와 레이노드 질병 및 증상의 관계를 재현하였으며 기존의 접근법으로 확인되는 개체들과 어떤 차이가 있는지 분석하였다.
Abstract
It is useful to find something valuable for researching through literature based discovery. Swanson’s ABC model, known as literature based discovery, suggests the relationship between entities undiscovered yet. This study tries to find the valid relationship between entities by referring to citation which connects articles on similar topic. We collect citation from references in articles, and extract important concepts in titles and abstracts through text mining techniques. We reproduce the relationship between fish oil and Raynaud’s disease, which is known as one of Swanson’s works, and compare the results with entities identified from traditional approach.

이 연구는 저자동시인용분석과 저자서지결합분석을 종합한 학문의 지적 구조 분석 방법론의 유용성을 밝혀 이를 새롭게 제안하고자 하였다. 또한 국내 사회복지학 분야의 전통적인 지적 구조뿐만 아니라 최신의 연구동향 및 최근 활발한 연구 활동을 하는 핵심 연구자를 파악하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 특정 학문 분야의 지적 구조를 파악하는데 있어 학문의 전통적 하위 주제 영역의 파악이나 실제 연구자들의 연구 경향을 파악하기 위하여 저자동시인용분석뿐만 아니라 저자서지결합분석을 병행하는 것이 보다 효율적인 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study intended to make new suggestions by clarifying usefulness of analysis methodology for the intellectual structure of disciplines, which combines author co-citation analysis and author bibliographic coupling analysis. It also aimed to identify the recent research trend and key researchers recently doing research activities actively as well as the intellectual structure in the field of social welfare. It was found to be more efficient to conduct both author co-citation analysis and author bibliographic coupling analysis in order to identify traditional sub-areas of disciplinary subject or the research trend of actual researchers in examining the intellectual structure of a specific discipline.

기업과 같은 영리조직뿐만 아니라 비영리조직인 국가기관들도 조직의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 경영혁신의 일환으로 성과평가를 실시하고 있으며 도출된 성과평가 결과를 조직의 예산과 인사에 반영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 향후 국립중앙도서관 정보화사업의 효율적 수행과 성과 제고를 위하여 성과지표 모형을 도출하고 도출된 성과지표를 기반으로 정보화사업을 평가하였다. 연구결과 도서관 정보시스템 운영, 디지털 정보자원 확충, 장애인 대체자료 공동활용 체계구축 사업별 2개의 관점에 따라 총 12개의 지표를 선정하였으며, 성과평가 및 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA: Importance-Performance Analysis) 결과를 기초로 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
To enhance its efficiency to improve organizations’ competitiveness, performance evaluation is vital and it influences budget, policies, and human resource affairs of the organizations. The study aims to develop performance indicators for National Library of Korea (NLK) and evaluate performance based on indicators driven. As a result, the study develops 2 viewpoints for each work area of NLK - management of information system, digital resources enlargement, and the cooperative utilization system for alternative materials. It also develops total 12 indicators. Based on the evaluation, the research finally suggests strategies for performance improvement by viewpoints for NLK.

이 연구는 특정 주제 분야를 사회학적 관련 이론 및 기법을 적용하여 고찰하고 있는 문헌의 분류를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 한국십진분류법(KDC)과 듀이십진분류법(DDC)의 특수사회학 분류항목들을 비교 분석하였다. 특히 특수사회학 관련 분류항목들을 종교, 예체능, 과학, 언어, 사회, 지역 등 6개 분야로 구분하여 분속한 결과 분류항목 설정이 상이함으로 인한 문제점과 분류항목이 설정되지 않음으로 인한 문제점이 나타났다. 이를 토대로 이 연구에서는 특정 주제의 이론 및 기법 적용에 일관성을 기하도록 하고 분류번호 부여를 위한 추가의 항목 전개 등 분류 실무자의 판단을 도와주는 한편 나아가 KDC의 제5판 개정에 일조하는데 그 의의를 두었다.
Abstract
This study compares and analyzes the classes in the major special areas in the sociology, called "branch sociology" included in the Korean Decimal Classification 4th edition and Dewey Decimal Classification 21st edition. Especially it analyzes the related classes of specified areas(branch sociology) of sociology including those of arts and sports, sciences, languages, society, region, etc. class by class. In this analysis two systems show many differences in the classes included and in the locations of same classes. This analysis can be useful for the future revision of KDC.

본 연구에서는 미국 도서관에서 행해지고 있는 실시간 정보서비스를 소개하고 13개 도서관을 대상으로 현황조사를 분석하였다. 그 결과 도서관에서 사용된 소프트웨어로는 AOL Instant Messenger, Conference Room from WebMaster, LivePerson 등의 순이었으며 이용시간대는 주로 일반 참고봉사 업무시간과 비슷한 곳이 많았고 이용자는 주로 해당대학 및 회원기관의 학생 및 교직원, 졸업생들로 제한하고 있으며 일부 도서관에서는 특별한 제한 없이 사용가능하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 미국 의회도서관 실시간 참고서비스를 실제로 이용한 결과 즉각적인 해답을 얻을 수 있고, 사서와 인터액티브 방식으로 서비스를 하기 때문에 참고서비스를 효율적으로 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This paper outlines the concept of real time reference service(RTRS). Then, it analyzes real time reference service in the 13 libraries for effective reference service. As a result, the most used software was AOL instant Messenger, followed by Conference Room from WebMaster, and LivePerson. Hours of service was generally same as reference desk hours. The users were Students, faculty, staff, and alumni, This study also demonstrated how the RTRS in LC works. The results showed that real time reference was able to response to patrons quickly for reference questions with interactive method.

본 연구는 대학생들의 개인적 특성이 도서관 모바일 이용도와 도서관 모바일 콘텐츠 이용 패턴에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 개인적 특성의 변인들로는 대학생의 성별, 전공, 학년, 대학, 인지된 유용성, 개인적 혁신성 및 스마트폰 의존도를 사용하였다. 설문 조사는 두 개의 대학들의 학부생 309명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 조사 결과, 전공, 학년, 인지된 유용성 및 개인적 혁신성은 모바일 이용도에, 그리고 성별, 전공, 대학 및 스마트폰 의존도는 모바일 콘텐츠 이용 패턴에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 끝으로 이러한 연구 결과를 반영하여 효율적인 대학도서관 모바일 구현을 위한 방안들을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of undergraduate students’ personal characteristics on the use behaviors of library mobiles and its contents. We used gender, major, grade, university, perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness, and smartphone dependency variables to measure their personal characteristics. We conducted a survey with 309 undergraduate students who belong to two universities. The results showed that the major, grade, perceived usefulness, and innovativeness variables significantly influenced the use frequency of library mobiles, while the gender, major, university, and smartphone dependency ones did the use pattern of library mobile contents. Based on the results, we proposed three methods for constructing an efficient university library mobile.

본 연구에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 구축중인 한국과학기술인용색인을 바탕으로 국내 주요 과학기술계 학술지에 수록된 연구 논문을 중심으로 연구자들의 인용현황을 분석하였다. 또한 기계공학 분야를 실험 대상으로 선정하여 현재 SCI의 기계공학 분야의 인용 순위와 비교한 결과 SCI의 JCR과는 실질적인 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 국내 연구자에게 분야별 필수적인 연구 정보원의 제공과 국내 기관별, 분야별 과학기술 수준을 파악하고 평가하기 위한 도구로서 활용이 가능한 한국인용색인데이터베이스의 효율적인 구축방안 및 서비스모델을 제안한다.
Abstract
In this study we analyze the present situation of cited and citing references among researchers, based on Korean Science Citation Index developed by Korea Institute of Science & Technology Information. There are some differences on the rank of frequently cited journals between JCR of ISI and KSCI, especially in the field of mechanical engineering. The purpose of this study is to find an efficient way of constructing KSCI database and to propose a service model which can be available as a tool to evaluate research activities and to provide researcher with basic information resources.
