전문대학은 4년제 대학과 더불어 주요한 고등인력 양성기관임과 동시에 수적으로도 막중한 비중을 차지하고 있음에도 불구하고 도서관발전 종합계획에는 전문대학도서관만의 열악한 특성을 고려하지 않고 전체 대학도서관을 활성화할 수 있는 방안들만이 제시되고 있어서 전문대학도서관은 여전히 소외되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문대학도서관들의 현황을 문헌조사를 통해 조사하여 전문대학도서관의 문제점을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 국가차원에서 지원해 주어야 할 정책을 6가지로 나누어 제안하고 있다. 즉, 전문대학 특성에 따른 장서개발, 전문대학 특성화에 따른 주제전문 도서관 구축, 전문대학도서관간 상호협력 강화, 전문대학도서관 서비스 강화, 전문대학도서관 법적 개선 및 평가지표 개발, 수요조사 연구 및 서비스 품질 평가 등이다.
Abstract
Community colleges are key constituents of higher education in Korea, along with four-year universities. The number of community colleges in Korea also holds significance. However, the main focus of the Master Plan for Library Development decisively lies in university libraries, with little consideration to the poor condition of community college libraries. This study aims to identify problems of community college libraries by conducting a document research on their current standing and, based on that, to present six policy proposals for government support. They are a) to develop library collections based on the school specialty, b) to build theme-oriented libraries, c) to facilitate cooperation between community college libraries, d) to reinforce capacities for library service, e) to improve legal status of community college libraries and develop an evaluation index, f) and to estimate demand and evaluate service quality.

본 연구는 디지털 형태의 학위논문, 학술지논문, 연구보고서 등과 같은 다양한 형태의 학술자료를 저장, 배포, 관리하는 학술 기관 레포지터리를 활성화시키기 위한 방안으로 이용자, 연구자, 학회기관 등을 위한 부가 서비스 페이지를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사, 사례조사 및 이화여자대학교 학과교수 홈페이지 분석을 실시하였으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 부가 서비스 페이지 구성에 필요한 기능 및 요소 등을 도출하였다. 제안하는 부가 서비스 페이지의 도입은 연구자들의 기관 레포지터리에 대한 참여를 유도하여 보다 적극적으로 저작물을 제출하게 함으로써, 궁극적으로 기관 레포지터리 활성화를 도모할 것이다.
Abstract
This study proposes additional service pages for users, researchers, institutions to activate academic institutional repository which captures, disseminates, and manages various academic resources, i.e. theses, dissertations, journal articles, research reports, and so on. The research methods include literature study, case study, and site analysis on the current homepages of Ewha Womans University faculties & institutions. As a result, components and functions of additional service pages such as researchers' pages are suggested. Additional service pages will be made it possible for researchers to submit their products willingly and for academic institutional repositories to activate their services and improve content recruitment in the end.

본 연구는 중앙행정기관 공무원들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 평가 및 보상이 지식관리 활동에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 지식관리 활성화를 위한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 공분산구조분석결과, 평가는 보상과 지식창출 활동에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증된 반면, 지식공유에 대해서는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보상은 지식공유에만 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지식창출 활동은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식관리 활동에 대한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study are to examine the influences of appraisal and reward on the activities of knowledge management and to search the strategies for effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that appraisal has a significant direct effect on reward and knowledge creation as well as a significant indirect effect on knowledge sharing via reward and knowledge creation. Reward has a significant direct influence on knowledge sharing. Knowledge creation also significantly affects knowledge sharing. Based on the results, the potential implications of effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management are discussed.
