본 연구는 중앙행정기관 공무원들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 평가 및 보상이 지식관리 활동에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하고, 지식관리 활성화를 위한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 공분산구조분석결과, 평가는 보상과 지식창출 활동에 유의미한 영향요인으로 검증된 반면, 지식공유에 대해서는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보상은 지식공유에만 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 지식창출 활동은 지식공유 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 지식관리 활동에 대한 평가 및 보상체계의 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study are to examine the influences of appraisal and reward on the activities of knowledge management and to search the strategies for effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that appraisal has a significant direct effect on reward and knowledge creation as well as a significant indirect effect on knowledge sharing via reward and knowledge creation. Reward has a significant direct influence on knowledge sharing. Knowledge creation also significantly affects knowledge sharing. Based on the results, the potential implications of effective appraisal and reward system to activate the knowledge management are discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 구축되고 있는 참고문헌 데이터베이스의 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 밝히고, 이들 문제점을 토대로 정보원으로서의 기능과 평가도구로서의 기능을 적절하게 수행할 수 있는 참고문헌 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 활성화 방안을 제언하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내에서 구축되는 참고문헌 데이터베이스 가운데 전문연구정보센터에서 구축하는 참고문헌 DB, 한국과학기술정보연구원의 KSCI, 학술진흥재단의 KCI, 대한의학회의 KoMCI를 연구대상으로 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 국내 참고문헌 데이터베이스 구축 사업을 위한 방안을 도출하여 제시하였다. 이들 자료는 참고문헌DB 구축을 위한 제도 및 정책, 기술적 방향을 제시하는데 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyzes the present conditions of reference databases which is constructed from Korea. The object which is used in analysis concludes on KSCI(Korean Science Citation Index) of KISTI, KCI(Korean Citation Index) of KRF, KoMCI(Korean Medical Citation Index) of Korean Academy of Medical Sciences, and reference database of KOSEF. And then, this paper proposes the activation plan for reference database construction based on this analysis result. The proposed plan will be able to apply with fundamental data of the system, policy and technical direction for reference database construction.

웹페이지의 급속한 확산은 빠른 정보의 유통을 필요로 하는 의학도서관의 정보서비스에도 필연적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이에 본 논문은 먼저 의학도서관의 웹페이지의 이론적 배경과 정보서비스차원에서 웹페이지의 의의를 살펴보고, 서울시 의학도서관의 웹페이지에 나타난 정보서비스의 실태를 조사분석한 뒤, 이를 바탕으로 웹페이지를 통한 의학도서관의 정보서비스의 활성화에 일조하는 방안을 제시하고 있다.
Abstract
The diffusion of webpages has inevitably brought about changes in providing the information service of the medical libraries. Accordingly this study builds a theoretical background in relation to webpages and information services of the medical libraries. Also, this paper examines the current information services in the webpages of the medical libraries in Seoul. By so doing, this study aims to enhance the information service in webpages of the medical libraries.

본 연구에서는 교과서전문도서관의 활성화를 위해 교과서전문도서관의 서비스를 통합하여 제공할 수 있는 포털사이트의 구축방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내․외 교과서전문도서관 및 포털사이트 구축․운영 관련 선행연구 관련사례를 조사․분석하였고, 이를 기반으로 설문을 개발하여 교과서 관련 정보의 이용자를 대상으로 설문을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 교과서종합목록 및 각종 콘텐츠 구축, 소장자료의 디지털화 프로젝트 수행, 교과서관련 각종 참고자료 수집 및 제공, 주제별 교과서정보 데이터베이스 구축, 교과서 관련 연구출판물의 통합수집 및 제공, 교과서 관련 기관과의 협력네트워크 구축, 포털사이트의 적극적인 홍보 등이 교과서관련 전문도서관의 활성화를 위해 요구되는 사업으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
In this study, we propose an approach of building a portal site that can offer integrated services for textbook through special libraries For this purpose, we analyzed previous related studies and investigated textbook portal construction sites domestically and abroad. Based on this research, we developed survey questions and conducted a survey targeting users of textbook libraries. As a result, the following projects are required for creating a textbook library: a comprehensive list of textbooks and other content construction, digitization projects of library holdings, collection and delivery of various textbook-related reference books, building a textbook database by topic, collecting and providing textbook-related research publications, a cooperation network with textbook-related organizations, and active promotion of portal sites.

강의별학술정보페이지는 하나의 게이트웨이에서 강의정보와 도서관자원을 통합하여 제공하는 서비스로 대학도서관의 정보서비스를 더욱 강화시킬 수 있다. 이는 여러 검색게이트를 갖는 기존의 도서관 자료 제공방식과 달리 강의별 맞춤 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 강의관리시스템과 연계하여 강의와 도서관자원을 더욱 밀접하게 연계시킬 수 있다. 국외 대학도서관의 경우 강의별학술정보페이지를 대학의 특성에 맞게 다양한 내용으로 구축하며, 대학에 개설된 전체 강의에 대한 페이지를 구축하기 위해 수작업이 아닌 자동화 처리 프로그램을 도입하거나 개발하고 있다. 따라서 강의별학술정보페이지 구축 프로그램도 자체 개발 혹은 상업 벤더시스템 등으로 다양하다. 하지만, 국내에서는 강의별학술정보페이지 개발이 활성화되고 있지 않으며, 시스템 개발에 대한 구축방안도 모색되지 않고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 문헌연구와 사례조사 방법을 이용해 국내 대학도서관의 적극적인 서비스 방안의 하나인 강의별학술정보페이지 구축 방안을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 강의별학술정보페이지 구축 방안을 통해 도서관의 적극적 서비스를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Library course pages are an integrated service providing both course management information and library resources as one gateway to strengthen university libraries' information services. It is possible to associate course management system and library resources, and to provide course-specific information rather than library interface with various searching gateways. In the case of foreign university libraries, library course pages have been developed more effectively and variously for university's environment and characteristics, and have been built for all the courses in a university by system processing, not manually. In foreign libraries, there are many sophisticated, dynamic, database-driven house-developed and vendor- developed systems for library course pages than hand coded HTML pages. But in Korea, there is a lack of awareness of the importance of library course pages among librarians, and the programs of library course pages have not yet been developed. Therefore, this study is to build the model for library course pages using literature reviews and case studies. Then, this study could also lay the foundation for effective library services and the system development of library course pages.

본 연구는 다양한 유형의 지식을 제공할 수 있는 통합된 지식체계의 구축을 위해 확장된 도서관의 개념으로 접근한 디지털도서관의 통합형 지식관리 방안을 제시하고, 이를 위한 기본적인 프레임워크를 지식펌프형 지식관리 모형으로 구현하였다. 아울러 구현된 모형을 토대로 한 복수사례분석을 통해 디지털도서관의 지식관리 수준을 평가하고 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 지식펌프는 지식의 적극적인 획득과 배포라는 디지털도서관의 이상적인 역할을 구현한 것이며, 정보기술의 기능적 적용에 머물러 있던 디지털도서관이 지식관리를 통해 그 영역 및 역할을 확장해 나갈 수 있는 논리적 근거와 확장방향은 물론, 실천방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study introduces the integration-style knowledge management of digital libraries in extended library concept, for integrated knowledge system which can provide various types of knowledge, and presents the knowledge-pumpknowledge management model. By applying the model to the cases of several institutions, the processes and levels of extension are analyzed, and the important tasks for activating knowledge management are suggested. The knowledge pump embodies ideal roles of the digital libraries that activate the acquisition and distribution of knowledge. It is significant that the digital libraries, which used to remain as a simple application of information technology, not only present logical basis and way for extending their roles and areas. but also explain the implementation methodologies.

이 연구는 지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질 평가를 통하여 실제 이용자 만족에 영향을 주는 서비스 품질을 파악하고 전문도서관의 기능과 역할을 더욱 효율적으로 개선하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지방연구원 소속 6개의 전문도서관 이용자 111명을 대상으로 LibQUAL+을 기반으로 수정된 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 인력품질이 공간품질과 정보품질 보다 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었고, 서비스 품질 하위변수 중에서는 인력품질의 서비스 태도, 공간품질의 공간 편의성, 정보품질의 정보 유용성이 이용자의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인터뷰 결과로 자료부족, 디지털 자료의 비활성화, 도서관 공간개념의 환경, 타 기관과의 자료공유 비활성화, 인력부족 등의 문제점이 지적되었다. 이 연구는 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of service that affects satisfaction of special library users and to suggest ways to improve the function and role of special library. The data were collected by survey and interview method conducted with 111 library users in 6 local research institute using modified questionnaires based on LibQUAL+. The results revealed that human quality factor had more influence on library service satisfaction than space and information quality factor. Also, there were statistically significant influence between library service satisfaction and three sub service factors, such as service attitude, space convenience, and information usability. The interviewers indicated problems of special library service in lack of data, inactivation of digital data, space problem, data sharing problem, and lack of experts. Finally this study proposed several suggestions to improve service quality of special library of local autonomous entity research institution.

2013년, 500세대 이상의 공동주택단지에 작은도서관 설치를 의무화하는 규정 제정과 정부의 ‘생활 SOC 사업’에 따라 작은도서관이 지속적으로 확충되고 있다. 광명시의 경우, 2020년을 시민과 함께 권한을 나누는 ‘주민자치의 해’로 정하고, 이의 일환으로 생활문화공간을 대폭 확대한다고 공표하였다. 이처럼 사회 환경 및 이용자의 요구가 변화할 것으로 예측됨에 따라 광명시 작은도서관은 이에 대응하는 중장기계획 실천방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 변화하는 사회 환경 및 이용자의 요구에 대처하기 위한 작은도서관 활성화 정책방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광명시 작은도서관 운영자를 대상으로 설문조사와 심층그룹인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 다음과 같은 정책을 제안하였다. 첫째, 운영제도 개선을 위해 지원제도 개선, 공공도서관의 협력체계 강화 및 공립 작은도서관의 역할 강화, 사립 작은도서관의 공공성 강화, 역량별 평가를 통한 차등 지원이 필요하다. 둘째, 작은도서관 운영 전문성 강화를 위해 순회사서 및 전문가 봉사자 활용, 상호대차를 통한 자료 공유, 임기제 협력사서, 권역별 작은도서관 협의회 활성화가 필요하다.
Abstract
Small libraries have continued to be extended since 2013 enactment of regulations requiring establishment of small libraries in multi family housing complex not less than 500 households and the ‘Living SOC Project’ of national government. Gwangmyeong city designated the year of 2020 as the ‘year of citizen autonomy’ sharing the authority with citizens and publicly announced its plan to rapidly extend the living and cultural spaces as a part of that extension. Likewise, as the social environment and the need of users are expected to change, it seems that the small libraries in Gyangmyeong City must prepare a plan for practicing a long and mid term practices in responding to that change. Thus, this Study tries to make a suggestion for a plan for the policy for revitalization of small libraries in order to handle those changing social environment and the need of users. For this, a survey and in-depth group interview were conducted for the operators of the small libraries in Gyangmyeong City. As a result of this Study, the following policies are suggested: first, improvement of support system for improving operational system, strengthening of cooperative system of public libraries, and strengthening of role of public small libraries , strengthening of public characters of private small libraties and differentiated support through evaluation based on abilities; and second, it is necessary for utilization of circulating librarians and professional volunteers, sharing of materials through mutual lending of books, associate librarians having term of office and revitalization of small library conference by regions.

이 연구는 연구데이터 재이용에 대한 연구자 및 재이용 데이터를 조사를 통해 연구데이터 재이용 영향에 대한 분석 및 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구데이터를 재이용하여 뉴 연구결과물을 산출한 경험이 있는 국내 사회과학분야 학술 연구자를 대상으로 설문배포와 회수를 토대로 178부를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 1) 대부분의 연구자들은 데이터 리포지터리, 데이터관리시스템, 연구데이터 DB와 같은 시스템을 통해 재이용 데이터를 획득하고, 실험 및 관찰을 통해 생산된 분석데이터를 주로 재이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성공적으로 연구데이터를 재이용한 연구자임에도 불구하고 연구데이터 공유에 대한 인식이 낮을뿐더러 다양한 문제에 직면하여 공유를 하지 않았다. 2) 문헌 검토와 요인 분석을 통해 도출한 10가지 요인(학문적 유용성, 연구의 효율성, 연구자의 우려사항, 데이터 취약성, 직접적 노력, 간접적 노력, 재이용 적합성, 데이터 완전성, 데이터 유용성, 사회적 조건)의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하였다. 3) 상관 분석결과 연구 효율성, 사회적 조건은 연구데이터 재이용 의도와 양적 상관관계가, 연구자의 우려사항, 데이터 취약성, 직접적 노력은 연구데이터 재이용 의도와 음적 상관관계가 나타났다. 회귀 분석 결과 이 요인들은 모두 연구데이터 재이용 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구의 효율성, 사회적 조건, 직접적 노력, 연구자의 우려사항, 데이터 취약성 순서로 연구데이터 재이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 연구데이터 재이용 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study is to present an analysis and activation plan for the effect of reuse of research data through investigation of researchers and reuse data on reuse of research data. To this end, 178 copies were analyzed based on the distribution and collection of surveys targeting academic researchers in the field of social science in Korea who have experience in calculating new research results by reusing research data. As a result, 1) Most researchers acquire reuse data through systems such as data repositories, data management systems, and research data DBs, and mainly reuse analysis data produced through experiments and observations. In addition, despite being a researcher who successfully reused research data, the awareness of research data sharing was low and did not share it in the face of various problems. 2) The reliability and validity of 10 factors derived through literature review and factor analysis (academic usefulness, research efficiency, researcher concerns, data vulnerability, direct effort, indirect effort, suitability for reuse, data completeness, data usefulness, and social conditions) were verified. 3) As a result of correlation analysis, research efficiency, social conditions showed a quantitative correlation with research data reuse intention, researcher concerns, data vulnerability, and direct effort showed a negative correlation with research data reuse intention. As a result of regression analysis, all of these factors had a significant effect on the intention to reuse research data, and in the order of research efficiency, social conditions, direct efforts, researchers’ concerns, and data vulnerability. Based on this, a plan to revitalize the reuse of research data was proposed.

도서관 이용을 활성화시키고 도서관의 가치를 증대시키기 위한 방안의 하나로 도서관 마케팅이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전문도서관의 사서들이 도서관 마케팅과 PR에 관해 어떻게 인식하고 있는가에 대해 조사하였으며, 실제로 마케팅과 PR이 전문도서관 웹 사이트에서 어떤 형태와 수준으로 실행되고 있는지를 다양한 관점에서 비교 분석하였다. 선행연구를 통해 도출된 분석 프레임워크를 바탕으로 4개의 대범주와 19개의 세부항목으로 구성된 분석도구를 개발하였다. 마지막으로 전문도서관 웹 사이트에 나타난 분석결과를 토대로 디지털도서관에 적용할 수 있는 인터넷 마케팅 전략을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Library marketing receives an attention as one of the methods to vitalize library use and to improve the value of libraries. In this study, librarians' perceptions of library marketing and PR were surveyed. The study also examined various library marketing and PRs that are practiced by special libraries via their web sites. Research library web sites were analyzed using a analytic tool that is composed of four categories and 19 sub categories, which is derived from the previous literature. The four major categories include visibility, fundraising, & networking, information, and communication. The findings of the study offer some suggestions for Internet marketing strategies that can be applicable to digital libraries.
