초록
본 연구에서는 교육 도구로써 위키의 가능성을 탐색하기 위해서, 위키 환경인 구글 사이트에서 협력학습 기반 그룹 프로젝트를 수행하는 학습자들의 행태와 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 파일 업로드, 웹 페이지 사용, 댓글, 네비게이션 바와 관련된 개별 학습자 및 그룹별 형태 분석과 구글 사이트 사용에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 구글 사이트를 활용한 학습자들의 협력학습 기반 그룹 프로젝트 활동의 특징을 논의하였다. 또한 협력학습의 교육적 효과성과 학습활동 진행 과정 평가의 용이성을 증대시키기 위하여 위키 환경 시스템이 어떻게 개선되어야 하는지를 제시하였다.
Abstract
The study aims at investigating students' behaviors and perceptions regarding the collaborative learning based group project using the wiki environment. The study utilized Google Sites as a case, and analyzed file unloads, the use of web pages, navigation bars, and comments as well as surveys. The study discusses main characteristics of students' activities in the collaborative learning group project, which are drawn from the analysis of students' behaviors and perceptions. The study also provides implications for improvement of wiki environment to support collaborative learning in education.

유비쿼터스 정보 서비스 기술의 보편화로 도서관 생태 환경에도 커다란 변화가 일어나고 있다. 디지털 도서관 등 정보 매체 중심의 변화뿐만 아니라, Library 2.0 또는 소셜 시맨틱 디지털 라이브러리 등 이용자 중심의 서비스 지향 관점으로의 변화를 실감하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도서관 시스템의 진화에 초점을 두고, 지식 서비스 실현을 위한 제반 환경 요소를 분석하였으며, 지식 서비스 지향 도서관 시스템의 논리모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 논리 모델은 다양한 지식 정보자원, 참여와 협력의 능동적 이용자, 도서관 업무 혁신, 유비쿼터스 정보 기술을 조화하여 도서관의 근본적 임무를 수행하는데 프레임워크가 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The ecosystem of the Library has been radically changing in the advent of ubiquitous information service technology. We are already aware of the digital library due to popularizing digital information resources and we are impressed with Library 2.0 and Social Semantic Digital Library of user-centered, service-oriented library. We summarize the ultimate goal of the evolution of library systems as knowledge services and propose a logical model of library system for the realization of knowledge services. This local model can be applied for a library framework to harmonize the diverse knowledge resources, active users with participation and collaboration, the innovation of library business and ubiquitous information service technologies to achieve the missions of library in knowledge-intensive society.

본 연구는 기존의 연구성과 분석의 한계를 극복하고 영향력이나 파급효과 등 질적 중심의 연구성과 분석을 위해 텍스트 마이닝, 인용 분석 등을 활용한 새로운 계량정보학적 분석지표를 제안하였다. 즉, 논문품질지수, 인용 영향력지수, 지식확산지수, 국제협력연구지수, 우수논문 생산지수 등 새로운 연구성과 분석지표를 제안하여 질적인 측면을 중심으로 한 연구성과 분석이 가능하도록 하였다. 그리고 제안된 지표를 활용하여 사례분석을 수행하여 그 가능성을 확인하였다.
Abstract
There are some limitations in the existing bibliometric methods to satisfy the various requests of the interest parties including researchers, managers, policy makers to identify 1) which research group or researcher is the key player, and the overall trends of the particular technological sub-fields, 2) which research groups, institutions or countries mainly use their research outputs, 3) what are the spin-offs from research outputs to some scientific and technological fields, 4) in which levels they are when comparing their quantitative and qualitative research outputs to those of other competitive institutions. It is essential to develop new informetric indicators and methodologies in order to satisfy stakeholder's various demands and to strengthen qualitative analysis in measuring research performance. This study suggested informetric indicators such as article quality index, citation impact index, international cooperation index, excellent article production index and methodologies including citation analysis, text mining.

본 연구는 전국적으로 공공도서관 디지털자료실 구축사업이 완료된 이후 약 5년이 경과한 현 시점에서 디지털자료실의 운영 현황을 조사․분석한 결과를 토대로 향후 디지털 자료실의 활성화와 효율적인 운영 방안을 모색해 보았다. 그 결과, 무엇보다도 인프라 측면의 보완 및 개선이 가장 시급한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 공공도서관 디지털자료실의 향후 운영 방안으로는 크게 디지털자료실 통합운영체계 구축과 디지털자료실 기능 다변화를 추진하여야 한다. 먼저 공공도서관 디지털자료실의 운영실태 조사 내용과 활성화 전략을 다각도로 검토한 결과, 현 시점에서는 디지털자료실에서 가능한 부문을 위주로 최대한 통합하여 운영하는 것이 최선의 대안이 될 수 있다. 다음으로 공공도서관 디지털자료실의 기능 다변화는 기존의 디지털자료실 기능에 다양한 유형의 원자료 및 전용 어플리케이션을 활용한 정보의 제작뿐만 아니라 교육 기능, 참고정보서비스 기능, 온라인/오프라인 커뮤니티 형성 및 정보공유 활성화 기능 등을 추가 또는 강화하여 효율적으로 추진할 수 있다. 이를 통해 향후 공공도서관 디지털자료실은 단순한 인터넷 정보의 접근 및 이용을 위한 장소에서 사서와 이용자, 이용자와 이용자간 커뮤니케이션의 활성화는 물론 정보나 지식의 공유 및 협력활동을 위한 온라인/오프라인 공간으로 발전되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find methods for utilizing digital room in public library and its efficient operation by analyzing the status quo of the digital rooms in public libraries, which had been built nation-widely about 5 years ago. It is found that it is urgent to supplement and improve the infrastructure of them. It is also required to build multi-functional digital rooms and an integrated operational system for digital rooms. Implementation of an integrated operational system, first of all, for applicable sections of digital room may be the best alternative. The multi-functional digital rooms can be built, which, in addition to its traditional function, can include a variety of original information resources and function of information creation using application programs, as well as functions such as education, information services, online/offline community creation, and activating information sharing. In the future, the digital rooms in public libraries must play a significant role as online/offline spaces, which are not the places for use and access to internet information resource, but for information/knowledge sharing and collaborative activities. It also must provide a communication channel between librarians and users as well as among users themselves.
