본 연구는 다양한 지식이 축적되고 공유되며 구성원 간의 관계와 상호작용을 바탕으로 지식이 생산되고 활용되는 공간인 소셜 러닝 커뮤니티에서 학습자의 지식소싱 행위가 지식활용 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 한 대학의 사회과학분야 전공수업에 참여한 55명의 학습자들을 대상으로 소셜 러닝 커뮤니티를 구성하고 한 학기의 소셜 러닝 완료 후 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 지식소싱 행위와 지식활용 성과의 영향관계를 규명하였다. 연구 결과, 양자 지식소싱과 문서 지식소싱은 지식재이용과 지식응용에 영향을 미치며, 그룹 지식소싱은 지식응용과 지식혁신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 소셜 러닝 커뮤니티에서 지식의 이용 목적에 따라 효율적인 지식소싱 행위를 선택하는데 유용할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This research aims to analyze empirically the effects of learners’ knowledge sourcing behavior on the knowledge utilization outcomes in a social learning community. This kind of virtual community is of service to users who not only produce but also share a variety of valuable knowledge which is created based on relationships and interactions among learners. In order to conduct the study, a group of learners was made of 55 undergraduate students who were majoring in social science. The data was collected by online survey at the end of the term and multiple regression methods have been used for empirical analysis. The study shows that dyadic knowledge sourcing and published knowledge sourcing both have significant effects on knowledge reuse and knowledge adaptation. In addition, knowledge adaptation and knowledge innovation were affected by group knowledge sourcing. The research results help to select appropriate knowledge sourcing behavior depending on one’s purpose of knowledge use.

조직 내 지식공유 및 지식활용의 주체는 조직구성원 개인이라는 점에서 지식관리전략을 논할 때, 인적자원관리와 지식관리의 관계성 논의는 매우 절실하다. 본 연구에서는 지방정부를 대상으로, 인적자원관리의 세부영역인 교육훈련, 의사결정에의 참여, 성과평가 및 보상제도와 지식공유 및 지식활용과의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육훈련, 평가 및 보상제도가 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 정부조직의 지식공유와 활용에 있어서의 정책적 시사점을 논의하고 있다.
Abstract
Main drivers of knowledge activities such as knowledge sharing and utilization are individual members of an organization and thus knowledge management strategies should be discussed in relationships with human resource management. This study analyzes the effects on knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization of human resource management practices such as training, participation in decision-making, performance appraisal and compensation system in local government. The results show that training and performance appraisal and compensation system are significantly influential factors for the knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

업무지능(Business Intelligence)은 이해관계자들이 경영 의사결정을 내리는데 활용되고 있다. 대시보드(Dashboard)는 데이터, 정보 또는 지식을 한 눈에 이해할 수 있도록 가시화해 줌으로써 업무지능을 지원해 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국 ARL 소속 대학도서관의 웹사이트에서 도서관의 성과와 가치에 관한 정보공개 현황을 살펴보았다. 그리고 국외 대학도서관의 웹사이트에서 업무지능과 대시보드의 적용 사례를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 국내 대학도서관의 웹사이트에서 업무지능과 대시보드 정보시스템의 구축 및 활용을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 대학도서관이 웹사이트를 통해 이해관계자들에게 도서관의 성과와 가치를 효율적으로 전달하고 의사소통의 도구로서 업무지능과 대시보드를 활용하기 위한 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Business Intelligence(BI) is being used by the individuals who make decisions for management. Dashboard supports business intelligence by visualizing data, information, and knowledge so that they can be grasped at a glance. In this study, applications of dashboard were analyzed in the ARL libraries websites. Furthermore, the study suggested methods to establish and use the information system of the business intelligence and dashboard on the academic library websites in Korea. The findings of this study are expected to serve as the basic data to utilize the business intelligence and dashboard as a tool with which Korean academic libraries can demonstrate their value to the stakeholders in the academic community.

기술문서는 지식정보사회에서 생성되는 중요 연구 성과물로, 이를 제대로 활용하기 위해서는 정보 요약 및 정보추출과 같은 개선된 정보 처리 방법을 토대로 기술문서 활용의 편의성을 높여줄 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기술문서의 핵심 정보를 추출하기 위한 방안으로, 기술문서의 구조와 정의문 패턴을 기반으로 전문용어 및 정의문을 자동 추출하고, 이를 기반으로 전문용어사전을 구축할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다. 나아가 전문용어사전을 지식메모리로서 보다 다양하게 활용할 수 있도록 전문용어사전에 기반한 개인화서비스 제공방안을 제안하였다. 이처럼 전문용어 및 정의문 자동추출을 기반으로 전문용어사전을 구축하게 되면 새롭게 등장하는 전문용어를 빠르게 수용할 수 있어 이용자들이 최신정보를 보다 손쉽게 찾을 수 있다. 더불어 개인화된 전문용어사전을 이용자에게 제공한다면 전문용어사전의 가치와 활용성, 검색의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있다.
Abstract
Technical documents are important research outputs generated by knowledge and information society. In order to properly use the technical documents properly, it is necessary to utilize advanced information processing techniques, such as summarization and information extraction. In this paper, to extract core information, we automatically extracted the terminologies and their definition based on definitional sentences patterns and the structure of technical documents. Based on this, we proposed the system to build a specialized terminology dictionary. And further we suggested the personalized services so that users can utilize the terminology dictionary in various ways as an knowledge memory. The results of this study will allow users to find up-to-date information faster and easier. In addition, providing a personalized terminology dictionary to users can maximize the value, usability, and retrieval efficiency of the dictionary.
