본 연구는 국내 과학기술분야 인용정보의 형태 및 출판경과시간에 따른 인용비율과 인용나이를 분석하여 과학기술문헌의 수명을 측정하고, 국내 연구자들의 국내외 정보원의 의존도를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 과학기술분야 가운데 대표적인 영역인 기계, 건축, 화학, 전기전자분야에 대한 학술잡지 198건의 논문기사에 인용된 2,619건의 문헌을 대상으로 정보 인용형태의 차이와 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 학술잡지, 도서, 회의자료, 연구보고서의 순서로 많이 인용되고 있었으며, 정보의 해외의존도는 화학분야가 가장 높았다. 인용문헌의 나이분석에서 국내문헌의 약 70%이상이 출판된 지 5년 이내의 문헌이었고, 전체로는 약60% 이상이 출판된 지 10년 이내의 정보원으로 나타났다. 또한 문헌의 반감기는 기계 6.50년, 건축 5.45년, 화학 9.65년, 전기전자 5.60년으로 측정되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analysis the types of cited materials. dependence ratio of foreign information of researchers. and half-life of some cited analysis. Journal articles from four science & technology fields-mechanical, architectural, chemical, electrical-are selected, and the literatures cited by those journal articles are analysed in terms of resource types. languages, publication year of cited analysis. In result, it was found that the order of frequency of citation is scholarly journal, monograph, proceeding, technical report. And dependence ratio of foreign information of researchers was most higher in the chemical field. Also. it was found that half-life of mechanical is 6.50, that of architectural is 5.45, that of chemical is 9.65, that of electrical is 5.60.

시민의 정보화 수준 향상을 위해 현재 서울특별시립의 공공도서관에서는 디지털 자료실을 개실하여 인터넷과 DVD 위성방송 등 다양한 전자정보원과 정보서비스를 제공하고 있으며 향후 더 많은 컨텐츠들로 서비스 할 계획이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 서울특별시립 공공도서관 디지털 자료실의 활성화를 위해, S 도서관 전자정보실을 대상으로 마케팅 전략을 적용하여 디지털 자료실의 운영을 보다 체계화하여 정보서비스를 활성화하며, 궁극적으로 보다 많은 이용자를 확보하여, 이용률을 높이고 공공도서관의 정보서비스 경쟁력을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Seoul City has been operating 17 public libraries to bridge the digital gap in the information society. Digital collection that has used recently, is providing various information services and information sources such as Internet. DVDs, satellite broadcasts and plan to offer service with more contents in the near future. In an attempt to facilitate the use of digital archives in public libraries in Seoul, this study thus applies marketing strategy to Electronic Information Center in the S Library and techniques can contribute a dynamic approach to total strategy development for library professionals that will ensure effective management and the achievement for their goals.
초록
조선총독부 공문서는 근대사 연구의 가장 핵심적인 정보원이다. 이 연구의 목적은 조선총독부 공문서를 원활히 활용할 수 있도록 지원하는 기능분류체계를 개발하기 위한 원칙과 단계를 제시하는 것이다. 우선, 기능적 분류체계를 위한 이론적 근거를 마련하기 위해 기록물 분류의 개념과 역할, 분류 원칙에 대해 살펴보고, ‘기능적 출처’ 개념 도입의 필요성을 제시하였다. 또한 조선총독부 공문서 분류에 왜 기능분류가 적합한지를 살펴보았고, 기능분류 사례와 그 시사점도 살펴보았다. 이러한 이론적 연구와 조선총독부 조직 및 기능 분석 결과를 토대로 조선총독부 기록물을 위한 분류체계 개발을 위한 원칙을 설정하였다. 아울러 개념화, 용어화, 기호화를 고려한 개발모형을 도출하였으며, 분류표와 함께 시소러스를 연계 구축할 수 있는 방안도 제시하였다.
Abstract
Public records, produced during the period of Government-General of Chosun, are essential sources for Korean modern history research. The purpose of this study is to provide a guideline for developing function-based classification scheme for the records. This present paper begins with analyzing archival principles regarding the function-based classification, and examines the problems of current arrangement practices. Based on these analyses, it suggests a guideline for constructing a classification system and a functional thesaurus for the public records of Government-General of Chosun. This guideline also covers functional analysis process and some considerations of different classification aspects which are conceptual, verbal and notational.
