현대사회의 개인과 단체가 일상적으로 생산하는 다양한 디지털 객체는 현대 인류에게는 정보자산이지만 미래 인류에게는 소중한 디지털 유산이 된다. TRAC은 디지털 보존이라는 막중한 책무를 자임한 디지털 아카이브가 그 책무를 실효성 있는 방식으로 수행하고 있는지를 평가하기 위한 도구의 하나이다. 이 논문은 TRAC과 우리 나라의 웹자원에 대한 장기적 접근을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 국립중앙도서관의 OASIS 간의 격차를 분석하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 평가 결과, OASIS는 조직 및 기술인프라 측면에 비하여 장기 보존 기능을 포함한 객체관리 인프라가 취약한 상태임이 확인되었다.
Abstract
Individuals and organizations in the modern society produce diverse digital objects everyday, which are not only valuable information resources at present but also will be invaluable digital heritage for the future generation. TRAC(Trustworthy Repositories Audit & Certification: Criteria & Checklist) is one of the evaluating tools against which digital archives could be assessed for their preparedness to perform the task of long-term preservation. The current study uses TRAC to assess OASIS(Online Archiving & Searching Internet Source). The results show that the web archive has a greater room for strengthening in the object management infrastructure than in organizational and technical infrastructures.

본 논문은 ALA 인증 문헌정보학교를 분석하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 현재 ALA 인증위원회로부터 인증받은 석사과정 문헌정보학교는 57개교이다. 57개교가 기본 데이터이며, 이 정보원을 이용하여 다각적으로 분석하였다. 즉, 개교 연대, 개교시 학문명칭, 어떤 시기에 학과가 가장 많이 개설되었는지, 학문의 개정명칭, 어떤 학위과정의 프로그램 등이 개설되었는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 여기에서 얻은 결과를 한국의 문헌정보학의 교육의 향상성과 그 방향을 결정하는데 타산지석으로 삼고자 하였다.
Abstract
The Council of the ALA has designated Committee on Accreditation to be responsible for the execution of the accreditation program of the ALA and to development and formulate standards of education for graduate programs of library and information studies leading to master's degree. The vast majority of employers require an ALA-accredited master's degree for professional positions in the field of library and information science; therefore, graduating from an ALA-accredited program enhances your career mobility and provides greater flexibility in the types of jobs for which you qualify. ALA-accredited master's programs can be found at colleges and universities in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

디자인분야 대학생들이 학업능력을 향상시키고 독립적인 전문가로 성장하기 위해서는 일반적 정보문해 교육에서 추구하는 일반적인 정보문해능력 이외에 보다 복잡하고 전문적인 정보문해능력이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 4개 대학교의 디자인분야 교육목표와 교육과정, 그리고 미국 디자인분야 교육 인증기관인 국립미술디자인학교협회의 디자인분야 학사학위 프로그램 기준과 지침에 대한 문헌조사를 실시하고, 문헌조사를 통해 분석된 디자인분야의 핵심 정보문해능력에 대한 검증을 위하여 디자인분야 전문가를 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 디자인분야는 7개 범주 26개의 핵심 정보문해능력을 공통적으로 필요로 하며, 이러한 정보문해능력들은 정보문해 교육의 시기와도 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 제품디자인 등 세부전공분야별로는 보다 더 전문적인 특정 정보문해능력이 추가적으로 필요하며, 이러한 디자인분야 특정 핵심 정보문해능력 이외에 디자인분야에는 일반영역/기초능력관련 일반학문분야에 대한 정보문해능력도 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
Design discipline requires more specialized and sophisticated information literacy competencies necessary to effectively find and apply the information that students need for their learning and the future independent designer than are outlined in general information literacy competencies. Therefore, The goal of this study is to identify specific core information literacy competencies within the Design Discipline through the analysis of design goals & curriculum of four domestic universities and NASAD standards & guidelines. The result showed that design discipline requires commonly 26 specific core competencies in seven broad categories and the these competencies are related to the time for information literacy Instruction. Also, The result analyzed that such majors in design as product design require additionally more specialized and detailed competencies with specific focus and that in addition to design-specific core information literacy competencies, design discipline requires the information literacy competencies about general studies & fundamental ability.
