본 연구에서는 비디오의 의미를 잘 표현하고 있는 키프레임들을 추출하는 알고리즘을 설계하고 평가하였다. 구체적으로 영상 초록의 키프레임 선정을 위한 이론 체계를 수립하기 위해서 선행 연구와 이용자들의 키프레임 인식 패턴을 조사하여 분석해 보았다. 그런 다음 이러한 이론 체계를 기초로 하여 하이브리드 방식으로 비디오에서 키프레임을 추출하는 알고리즘을 설계한 후 실험을 통해서 그 효율성을 평가해 보았다. 끝으로 이러한 실험 결과를 디지털 도서관과 인터넷 환경의 비디오 검색과 브라우징에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of the study are to design a key-frame extraction algorithm for constructing the virtual storyboard surrogates and to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. To do this, first, the theoretical framework was built by conducting two tasks. One is to investigate the previous studies on relevance and image recognition and classification. Second is to conduct an experiment in order to identify their frames recognition pattern of 20 participants. As a result, the key-frame extraction algorithm was constructed. Then the efficiency of proposed algorithm(hybrid method) was evaluated by conducting an experiment using 42 participants. In the experiment, the proposed algorithm was compared to the random method where key-frames were extracted simply at an interval of few seconds(or minutes) in terms of accuracy in summarizing or indexing a video. Finally, ways to utilize the proposed algorithm in digital libraries and Internet environment were suggested.

본고는 ‘정보와 도서관’ 교육과정의 목표와 교수설계 절차에 입각하여 사서교사의 도서관 활용 수업을 위한 협동수업 개념틀을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 현장 사서교사들의 상세화된 협동수업 지도안은 점차 활성화되고 있으나 교수설계 절차 등 수업이론을 적용한 연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 사서교사의 협동수업을 위한 수업이론 및 방법 등은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 사서교사의 협동수업 지도안은 ‘정보와 도서관’ 교육과정의 목표와 교수설계 절차에 입각하여 개발되어야 한다. 교육과정의 목표는 정보과제를 중심으로 정보이용과정을 반영한 것이다. 본고는 교육과정의 목표와 교수설계 절차에 입각하여 그 원리를 적용한 협동수업 개념틀을 제시하고, 이를 기반으로 현장 사서교사들이 상세화된 협동수업 지도안을 개발할 수 있도록 한다.
Abstract
This study is to present cooperative instructional concept framework for the library-based instruction of teacher-librarians, based on ‘Information and the Library’ curriculum and instructional design procedure. The development of cooperative instructional units has been initiated in the school libraries, but the research based on instructional theories, including instructional design, is lacking. In this aspect, instructional theories and methodologies for the cooperative instruction of teacher-librarians are important. The cooperative instructional units for teacher-librarians should be developed by ‘Information and the Library’ curriculum and instructional design procedures. The objectives of the curriculum emphasize information use process based on information task. This study is to present cooperative instructional concept framework, and to help teacher-librarians develop specific cooperative instructional units based on the framework.

일반적으로 문헌을 검색하고 접근하기 위하여 주제색인과 같은 주제어를 활용하곤 한다. 그렇다면 문헌의 내용과 문헌의 주제어는 분명히 어떤 밀접한 상관관계가 있을 것으로 예측해볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 의문점에서 출발하여, 디지털콘텐트의 본문내용이 비교적 짜임새 있게 정형화되어 있는 석사 학위논문을 연구문헌으로 한정하여 학위논문 전문에서 나타나는 학위논문의 주제어 분포도를 연구하였다. 학위논문의 주제어는 논문 저자가 부여한 주제어를 사용하되, 학위논문 전문은 ‘목차’, ‘서론’, ‘이론배경’, ‘본론’, ‘결론’, ‘참고문헌’의 내용위치로 분할하여 내용위치에 따른 주제어의 출현율을 확인하였다. 연구대상 학위논문 전문은 1226.3개의 용어, 5152.3번의 용어 출현을 보였다. 학위논문 저자가 부여한 주제어는 12~13개 용어로 구성되어 있었다. 연구결과, 전문 내용위치에 따른 주제어의 출현율은 ‘목차’ 11.4%와 ‘서론’ 11.2%에서 가장 높았으며(11%), 다음 순위는 내용위치 ‘결론’ 9.8%이었다.
Abstract
We would generally use subject terms such as subject indexing for searching and accessing documents. So then, there must be any relationship between document's full-text and its subject terms. This study is started in this question. Master's theses in field of science and technology are worked with because full-text is relatively formatted. This study is to study locations of subject term on Thesis, distribution patterns of subject terms on content of full-text; ‘Contents’, ‘Introduction’, ‘Theory’, ‘Main subject’, ‘Conclusion’ and ‘References’. Thesis were averagely composed of 1226.3 terms. And Subject terms were averagely compose of 12~13 terms. As a result, ‘Contents’ and ‘Introduction’ have had the most frequency of subject.
