초록
법률에 대한 최종 해석 권한은 법원에 있다. 법원은 개인과 개인의 분쟁, 개인과 국가 사이의 법률적 다툼에 대하여 최종적인 판단을 내린다. 사건의 당사자나 대리인들은 쟁점사항에 대하여 같은 법조문을 놓고 다른 법률해석을 주장하더라도, 궁극적으로 서로 다른 법률해석은 통일된 방향으로 변화되어야 한다. 주석서의 견해에 대하여 법률가들이 다양한 의견을 나누고 새로운 법령, 판례, 법이론 등을 확인하는 과정을 통해 법률해석에 통일을 이룰 수 있다. 법률가가 재판업무 및 법학연구를 위하여 주석서를 활용하는 과정에서 최신의 법령과 판례, 법이론의 현재와 법률가의 다양한 의견을 추가하여 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The court has the responsibility to determine the final interpretation of the law. The court hands down final decisions on personal disputes and conflicts between individuals and the state. Legal commentaries will stay true to their intention of providing diverse legal theories and enabling a unified legal interpretation only when law practitioners are allowed to discuss in depth laws, cases, and legal theories within the boundaries set by commentary authors. If law practitioners include the latest laws, cases, and legal theories as well as their opinions to existing commentaries in their judicial roles and legal studies, they will be able to obtain a unified legal interpretation without referring to other legal literature.

본 연구는 교사들의 생활교육에 대한 정보요구와 교육청으로부터 배부되는 교육지침에 대한 교사 인식 간 관계를 밝혀 이를 기반으로 한 학교도서관 정보서비스 제안에 목적을 두었다. 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구 모형을 제작하고 설계를 진행하였으며, 예비연구를 통한 심층면담을 분석하여 연구에서 고려할 요소들을 추출하고 설문 문항을 개발하였다. 경기도는 4개 권역으로 나누어지며, 각 권역별 3개 학교에 설문을 실시한 후 최종적으로 217부의 데이터를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 학교도서관의 생활교육 정보요구에 대한 관심이 궁극적으로 교사들의 학생생활교육 실태 개선에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학교도서관에서 제공되는 정보서비스를 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였으며, 특히 교사들의 생활지도 정보요구를 학교 내부에서 해결하도록 학교도서관 서비스를 제안했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study aims to present the relationship between the teachers’ information needs regarding guidance and the perception of educational guidelines issued by the Office of Education. The research design was conducted based on the reviewing theoretical background studies, and questionnaires were found in in-depth semi-structured interviews in a pilot study. Gyeonggi Province is divided into four regions, which is the target of the survey. Teachers of three schools in each region were surveyed, and eventually 217 copies of the survey were used for the final analysis. The result shows that the role of school libraries in caring for teachers’ information needs ultimately influences the improvement of teachers’ guidance. Based on this result, the study suggests ways to improve information services provided by school libraries. In particular, the study is meaningful in that it has presented a potential service plan that can be performed by school libraries to help address teachers’ information needs about guidance in schools.

전자의무기록 공유를 추진하기 위해서는 사람들의 인식을 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 합리적 행동 이론과 프라이버시 계산 모형에 기반하여 전자의무기록 공유에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하였다. 또한 직업과 개인 병력 등 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 공유 의도가 달라지는지에 대해서 알아보았다. 145명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 이타적 즐거움과 개인정보 보호 인식, 법․제도적 역할 인식 및 건강에 관한 관심 정도가 전자의무기록 공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었으며 의료기관에 대한 신뢰가 법․제도적 역할 인식과 공유 의도 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하였다. 이에 사람들이 공유 과정에 의료기관뿐만 아니라 정부의 역할도 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 전자의무기록 공유에 대한 사람들의 참여와 수용을 촉진하기 위해서는 공유로 인한 공익적 혜택을 강조해야 할 것이며 법적으로 개인정보의 보안과 올바른 활용을 보장하는 가이드라인을 마련하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study examined the factors affecting the intention of the public to share electronic medical records(EMR) based on the theory of reasoned action and the privacy calculus model. It also investigated whether the purpose of EMR sharing varies depending on personal characteristics, such as the degree of interest in health and personal medical history. According to an online survey of 145 people, altruistic enjoyment, awareness of personal information protection, recognition of legal and institutional roles, and interest in health had a positive impact on the level of EMR sharing, and trust in hospitals positively adjusted the relationship between recognition of legal and institutional roles and sharing intentions. Accordingly, we confirmed that the public recognized the role of the government and hospitals in the sharing process as necessary. The public interest benefits of sharing are critical to activating public participation in the sharing of EMR, and it is also essential to prepare guidelines that legally guarantee the security and proper use of EMR.

음성을 통해 상품을 구매하는 음성쇼핑 서비스는 미래에 본격적으로 상용화될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 음성쇼핑이 세계적으로 일상이 될 미래를 대비하여 디스플레이 탑재형 음성 인터페이스를 활용한 음성쇼핑 서비스 휴리스틱을 개발하였다. 첫째, 이론적 접근으로 ‘시각 인터페이스’, ‘음성 인터페이스’, ‘쇼핑 서비스’의 설계 원칙을 주제로 한 논문 50건을 읽고 문헌조사를 실시하여 총 29개의 설계 원칙 초안을 제작하였다. 둘째, 실증적 접근으로 소비자 의사결정과정에 따른 쇼핑 경험 및 쇼핑 맥락에서의 정보추구행위에 관한 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하여 문헌 연구에서 미흡했던 분야인 이용자 경험 측면을 보완한 휴리스틱 초안을 작성하였다. 셋째, 델파이 조사를 통해 위의 두 단계를 거쳐 개발된 휴리스틱 초안에 대하여 20명의 UX, 서비스기획, 인공지능 개발, 쇼핑 분야 전문가들에게 전문가 평가를 해줄 것을 요청하였다. 3회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 최종 휴리스틱을 제안하였다.
Abstract
Voice shopping is gaining attention following the trend of non-contact E-commerce by enabling people to shop via voice command. Therefore, in this study, voice shopping service heuristics using a display-mounted voice interface were developed in preparation for the future where voice shopping becomes a part of daily life in the world. First, as a theoretical approach, a literature survey of 50 papers on the design principles of ‘visual interface,’ ‘voice interface,’ and ‘shopping service’ was conducted to produce a total of 29 draft design principles. Second, as an empirical approach, a focus group interview was conducted on consumer decision-making processes in shopping experiences and information-seeking behavior within the context of shopping to draft the heuristics. This was to supplement the user experience, a weak part of the literature research. Finally, a Delphi survey asked 20 experts in UX, service planning, artificial intelligence development, and shopping to evaluate the heuristics draft developed through the above two stages. After three rounds of Delphi surveys, the final heuristics were proposed.
