본 연구에서는 한 번 방문한 이용자들의 방문횟수를 계속해서 유지시켜줄 수 있는 패션잡지 사이트의 구성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 이용자들이 사이트들을 쉽게 방문할 수 있게 하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만, 홈페이지의 구성이 이용자들에게 어떻게 받아들여지느냐에 따라 많이 작용될 것이다. 그러므로, 이를 위하여 국내에서 운영중인 웹 패션잡지 7개를 선정하여 웹기반의 패션잡지의 이용 편리성을 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 측정하였다. 또한 40명의 10·20대 남녀 피험자들 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해서 7개의 웹 패션잡지를 탐색하게 한 후에 최종 이용자의 행태를 조사·분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 콘텐츠, 디자인, 네비게이션, 서비스 측면에서 제공할 수 있는 패션잡지의 효과적인 웹사이트 모형을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purposes of this study were to examine the features of web fashion magazines and to suggest an effective website model for them. Seven web fashion magazines were analyzed. The evaluating criteria included: contents, design, navigation, and services. In addition, online-questionnaires were sent to 40 end users to obtain the information regarding user behaviors on the elected web fashion magazines. The results show that a suggested model should include various aspects: 1) providing currents information. 2) consistency in design, 3) easy in navigation, and 4) searching function etc.

본 연구에서는 기존에 국내·국외에서 수행된 주요 웹사이트의 사용성 평가와 관련된 연구에 적용된 기준을 비교·분석하여, 우리나라 디지털도서관의 웹사이트 평가에 적용 가능한 일반적인 웹사이트 사용성 평가기준을 도출함으로써 향후 이용자 서비스의 품질향상을 통한 효율적인 웹서비스를 제공할 수 있기 위한 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 디지털도서관 웹사이트를 대상으로 한 사용성 평가기준은 서로 다른 수많은 특성과 목적을 가지고 운영되는 웹사이트에 일률적으로 적용되어질 수는 없다. 적용대상에 따라 평가 기준이 달라지거나 최소한 각 평각기준의 비중이 달라져야 할 것이다. 디지털도서관 웹사이트의 경우 대학도서관, 공공도서관, 전문도서관, 학교도서관 등 해당 분야별로 특성에 따른 웹사이트가 구축되어진다. 본 연구에서 제시한 디지털도서관 웹사이트 사용성 평가기준(안)은 일반적으로 준수해야 할 항목에서의 기준이라 할 수 있다
Abstract
This study is to develope the usability evaluation criteria for improving quality of user services in digital library website. It compared and analyzed major eight studies concerning usability evaluation of library website in foreign and domestic. This paper was suggested 36 items of evaluation criteria that are belongs to six domain(quality of links, feedback mechanism, accessibility, design, navigation and searching). 본 연구는 대학도서관이 교수연구지원을 위해 기여하는 서비스 현황을 파악함으로써 대학도서관이 대학의 교수연구지원을 위해 그들의 정보요구에 부합되는 시스템을 운영하고 있는 가를 알아보며, 대학도서관 웹사이트를 이용한 학술연구정보 시스템 개발의 필요성과 로드맵을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현재 국내 대학도서관 평가기준에 따라 변화되어 온 대학도서관 발전의 문제점과 이로 인한 대학도서관의 교수연구지원서비스의 한계점에 대하여 조사하였다. 또한 국내외의 12개 대학 도서관의 교수연구지원서비스 활동을 개관하고 분석함으로써 국내 대학도서관의 보다 진취적인 교수연구지원 서비스를 위한 벤치마킹을 모색하고자 하였으며, 서비스 전략의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 교수 연구지원을 위한 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management: CRM) 서비스 전략이라고 할 수 있는 일대일, “mass-personalized services”를 제시함으로써 대학도서관의 “one-stop service execution wheel”을 토대로 한 교수연구지원 서비스의 가능성을 탐색하였다.
Abstract
This research aims to explore faculty research support systems in university libraries, assess their service performance for faculty research, and suggest the need and roadmap for new service development. We perform in-depth analyses of not only the current university library evaluation criteria as part of the overall university evaluation criteria, but also ten university libraries in the United States and two university libraries in Korea. Thorough benchmarking studies reveal the problems of the current university library evaluation criteria in its advances and limitations of current faculty support service systems. Especially this research suggests to develop a one-stop service execution wheel for the roadmap for the faculty research support system which is based on customer relationship management(CRM) for one-to-one, mass- personalized services to the faculty.

컴퓨터와 정보통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 인터넷의 활용이 보편화됨에 따라 가상공간에서 중요 매체가 되는 웹사이트의 기능과 역할은 매우 중요하며, 이러한 웹사이트에 대한 올바른 수준 평가는 웹사이트의 구축과 운영에 필요한 시사점을 제공해 준다. 많은 선행 연구에서 웹사이트 평가요소가 사용자의 만족도와 재방문에 대한 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 웹사이트 평가요소에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 대학도서관의 웹사이트 평가요소를 디자인, 콘텐츠, 사용자 인터페이스, 신뢰감, 운영관리라는 5 가지 항목으로 선정하였고, 사용자 만족과 재방문 의도를 내생 변수로 한 연구모형을 설계하고, 가설을 설정한 다음, 실증 연구를 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과 사용자 만족은 사용자 인터페이스에 가장 영향을 받으며, 재방문 의도는 콘텐츠와 사용자에 대한 신뢰감에 영향을 받는다. 하지만 대학도서관의 웹사이트는 사용자 만족과 재방문 의도 간에는 긴밀한 관계를 가지고 있다고 단정할 수는 없는 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
As time goes by, the function and role of website become more important. Therefore, it is very critical to evaluate and improve continuously the website to the purpose. Many previous studies show that some website evaluation factors will influence the user satisfaction and revisit to the website. The website evaluation criteria from the previous studies related to the university library website evaluation were classified into five assessment criteria which are design, contents, user interface, reliability, and site management. In the results, some significant suggestions were found out. User satisfaction is seriously affected by user interface, and user's intention to revisit is influenced by contents and reliability, but there may not be a close connection between them. Besides, the evaluation method in this study may be applicable to the new website-improving approach of website administrators and researchers.

현재 국내 대학도서관에서는 웹을 통한 도서관 이용자교육이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 문헌에서 나타난 웹 사이트 평가기준과 웹 기반 도서관 이용자 교육 프로그램의 평가기준을 종합한 평가요소들을 도출하여 국내외 대학도서관의 웹 기반 도서관 이용자 교육 프로그램을 비교분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 웹 기반 도서관 이용자교육 프로그램의 설계에 대한 기준을 제시하여 향후 웹 기반 도서관 이용자교육 프로그램의 설계에 있어 토대를 마련하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Recently, Web-based library instruction is incomplete in domestic situation. The purpose of this study is to present the design criteria of web-based library instruction programs. This study draws elements of synthetic criteria that are analyzed by evaluation criteria of web site and web-based library instruction, and compares and analyzes web-based library instruction programs.

본 연구는 정보활용능력의 기준과 범위를 설정하여 평가영역 및 평가문항을 설계함과 동시에 대학생들의 현재 정보활용능력의 수준을 진단하고 분석하여 정보활용능력 개발을 위한 평가모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 실증적인 연구를 위해 정보활용능력 웹 평가사이트를 설계하여 학부학생을 대상으로 정보활용능력을 측정하였다. 정보활용능력 구성영역을 통계적 요인분석을 통해 정보자원 영역, 정보요구 영역, 정보검색 영역, 정보분석 영역, 정보기술 및 표현 영역, 정보윤리 영역임을 밝혀내었고, 기초환경 요인, 자가진단 요인, 영역별 요인, 정보활용능력 총점 요인 및 문항분석을 통해 평가설계 요소와 평가절차, 영역별, 수준별 교육 및 평가지침을 제시하였으며, 이를 근거로 정보활용능력의 통합적 평가모형을 개발하였다.
Abstract
This study is aimed to evaluate the undergraduate students’ information literacy, examine the current level of their capability of using information, and make a evaluation model to develop information literacy. Information literacy consists of six fields: information resources, information needs, information search, information analysis, information technology and presentation, and information ethics. Based on the result of statistic factor analysis, the integrated evaluation model of information literacy, evaluation factor, and evaluation procedure can be suggested based on the instruction guidance.
