본 연구는 선행연구의 연구결과를 데이터로 간주하여 통계분석하는 메타분석방법을 사용하여 사서의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구하였다. 선행연구 27편으로부터 집단변수로는 남녀성별과 결혼유무, 종속변수로는 전체직무만족도와 7개 하위변수(직무자체, 급여, 승진, 감독, 근무환경, 사회적 인식, 자아실현)가 선정되어 분석되었다. 분석결과 남녀간 사회적 인식과, 승진, 감독, 근무환경의 효과크기는 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 감독과 근무환경의 효과크기만 동질적인 것으로 분석되었다. 이질적으로 분석된 사회적 인식과 승진에 대해서는 랜덤효과분석을 추가로 수행한 결과 승진의 효과크기만 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결혼여부에서는 직무자체와 급여, 자아실현의 효과크기가 유의한 차이를 보였으나, 이질적으로 판명된 직무자체의 효과크기는 랜덤효과분석에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 못하였다. 연구시기(2000년전후)는 중재변수가 되지 못한 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
This study conducted meta-analysis of librarians' job satisfaction using the Hedges & Olkin's Effect Size Model. Sex and Marrage as group variables, and Total Satisfaction and 7 sub-variables(Work Itself, Salary, Promotion, Supervision, Working Conditions, Social Recognition, Self-actualization) as dependent variables were selected from 27 studies. The effect sizes between men and women were significantly different on Supervision, Working conditions, Promotion, and Social Recognition, of which first two were homogeneous. But the difference of Social Recognition was not significant in Random Effect Model. The effect sizes difference between married and unmarried were significant on Self Recognition, Salary, and Work Itself. However the difference of Work Itself was not significant in Random Effect Model. Study Year could not be a moderator.
초록
본 연구의 목적은 외국학술지 지원센터로 시범 선정된 K대 도서관의 원문복사서비스에 대한 경제적 가치를 추정하기 위한 것이다. 신제품이나 신규 서비스의 수요 예측에 활용되는 Bass 확산모형이 본 연구에서 활용되었다. 본 연구를 위하여 2007년 9월 10일부터 9월 20일까지 11일간에 걸친 설문조사도 함께 이루어졌다. 경제적 가치의 추정결과 유용가치는 2015년에 20억원을 약간 상회하는 것으로 나타났고, 지불의사가치의 경우는 20억원에 조금 못 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서 외국학술지 지원센터의 경제적 가치분석은 원문복사서비스에 한정되었고, 이를 위한 분석방법도 유용가치와 지불의사가치로 제한되었다. 유용가치와 지불의사가치의 인구통계적 분석(성별, 연령, 근무처, 학력)도 함께 이루어졌다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to estimate economic value of document delivery services(DDS) at foreign journal supporting center in K University library. For this study, Bass diffusion model, which is widely used in forecasting, especially new product and new service forecasting, was adopted. User survey was also carried out from September 10 to 20, 2007. As a result, useful value(UV) of DDS is estimated about not less than 2,000,000,000 won, and willingness to pay(WTP) is estimated about less than 2,000,000,000 won. This study, economic value analysis at foreign journal supporting center, was limited to DDS, and used methodology for the study is also limited to UV and WTP. Demographic analysis(i.e., sex, age, occupation, educational level) for UV and WTP is also conducted.
