본 연구는 전국 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 이용자만족도 조사를 실시한 후, 현재 우리나라 공공도서관의 서비스가 이용자의 만족을 얼마나 성취하고 있는 가를 분석하고, 도서관의 서비스별 품질을 나타내는 세부항목별 요인들이 도서관의 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이용자만족도 지표는 공공도서관에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 도서관의 전반적인 품질을 측정할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 6개 변인(장서, 직원, 시설, 프로그램, 온라인서비스, 정보제공정도)으로 구성되었다. 분석결과 도서관 전체 이용자만족도는 정보제공정도, 시설, 직원 변인이 높게 나타난 반면, 온라인서비스 및 프로그램 변인은 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보여주었다. 또한 도서관의 서비스별 품질 중 장서, 직원, 시설, 프로그램, 온라인서비스, 정보제공정도 전체 요인이 전반적 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 중에서 정보제공정도와 시설, 장서 요인 순으로 큰 영향력을 발휘하는 것으로 파악되었다.
Abstract
This study examines user satisfaction in public libraries nationwide. It analyzes service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of public library patrons and identify sub-factors of service quality that affect the overall user satisfaction. User satisfaction factors were developed to measure library satisfaction in all aspects of the library service. Six variables were identified, including volume of books, staff, programs, facilities, online services, and information availability. According to survey findings, general library satisfaction was strongly correlated with information availability, facilities, and staff. Relatively lower levels of satisfaction were identified in the areas of online services and programs. All six service quality factors were statistically significantly associated with user satisfaction, where information availability, facilities, and volume of books showed stronger associations than the other three factors.

본 연구는 고도화된 웹 서비스와 스마트 기기의 확산으로 인해 변화된 시스템 환경 속에서 클라우드 서비스에 대한 선호도와 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 데이터 안정성, 네트워크 반응속도, 그리고 시스템 접근성을 중심으로 정보센터의 이용도 향상에 대한 방향 설정을 위해 인지된 유용성, 인지된 이용 용이성을 중심으로 이용자의 이용의도와의 관계를 살펴보았다. 본 연구가설의 검증을 위해 태블릿PC, 스마트폰과 같은 모바일기기를 많이 이용하거나 관심이 높은 20대에서 30대 연령층의 114명으로 부터 설문을 받아 활용하였다. 클라우드 서비스 선호도에 대한 이용자의 인지된 유용성과 인지된 이용용이성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 정보센터의 시스템 품질특성과 관련된 요인들과의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 최근의 클라우드 서비스를 위해 새롭게 고려되어야 할 정보센터의 시스템 품질특성에 대해 이용자 이용의도 관점에서 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the new roles and services of information center that is affected by changing information technology so called cloud computing service. Using Information Technology acceptance model, hypotheses were developed to find relationships among intention to use of a cloud service, perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use and three system quality evaluation factors such as data safety, network response time, and system accessibility. The hypotheses have been tested with 114 user surveys. This study presents the relationship between certain attitude and intention to use variables and system accessibility applying clouding service. The result of this research gives an insight of the evaluation and a guideline for the implementation of cloud computing services in information centers.

최근 전자책이 점차 대중화되고 다양한 전자책 단말기가 출현하고 있다. 본 연구는 전자책 단말기의 사용성 평가를 위한 평가 요소를 정의하고, 그 요소를 기초로 하여 전자책 단말기의 사용성 평가 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 대상 전자책 단말기는 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 3종을 선정하였으며 피실험자는 중학생, 대학생, 직장인으로 구성된 15명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험 결과 아이패드의 사용성이 가장 우수한 것으로 조사되었으며, 상대적으로 전자책 전용 단말기인 아마존 킨들의 경우 터치 기능이 없는 것이 상당한 사용성 저해 요인인 것으로 응답되었다. 또한 전자책 단말기가 제공하는 고유의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어적 사용성이 사용자에게 매우 중요한 요소이며, 전자책 단말기의 하드웨어적 측면과 연관된 기기 휴대성이 전자책 단말기의 전반적인 사용성에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Many e-book readers have become available as e-books are in popular use these days. We first developed the evaluation criteria and elements for testing the usability of e-book readers and then examined the usability of three e-book readers. The usability testing was conducted using three e-book readers that were most popular with 15 participants that consisted of middle school students, university students, and office workers. The study found that iPad showed the best usability. In case of Amazon Kindle, participants indicated that the lack of the touch function imposed a great deal of negative impact on the usability of the interface. Also, the hardware- and software-oriented usability provided by an e-book reader was considered to be a very important element for the users, and the portability in connection with the hardware-oriented aspect of an e-book reader was shown to be of great effect to the overall usability of an e-book reader.
