본 연구는 정리업무에서 시행하고 있는 목록업무의 아웃소싱에 대한 전국 대학도서관의 실태를 조사하여 아웃소싱된 목록을 DB화하는 과정을 상세하게 파악하고자 하였다. 그리고 업체에서 입력한 목록에 대한 사서의 견해를 심층적인 각도에서 조명하고자 하였다 그리고 도서관 사서와 업체 직원간의 목록기술 내용에 대한 양자간의 인식도의 차이를 면밀히 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고 그 해결점을 모색하고자 하였으며, 동시 현 국립중앙도서관의 CIP와 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)의 참조목록의 기능과 역할에 대한 인식을 재조명하여, 미래 우리나라 도서관의 정리업무가 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 시도하였다.
Abstract
This study aims at understanding in detail the process of constructing database from outsourced cataloging by investigating the actual conditions of university libraries nationwide regarding the outsourcing of cataloging processing that are being carried out in technical processing. And librarians' opinions about the cataloging inserted by outsourcing companies are considered and revised in depth. Also the degree of understanding of outsourcing company staffs regarding the cataloging is investigated then compared to that of library processing staffs and the difference is analyzed.Coupled with that, degree of understanding about CIP of National Library of Korea and functionality of reference cataloging of Korea Education & Research Information Service(KERIS) is investigated, thus the future directions to which technical processing of library should move forward are presented.

FRBR, FRAD 개념모형과 RDA 목록규칙에는 서지개체와 접근제어개체 간 다양한 수준에서 발생하는 복합적이고 다원적인 관계유형들이 규정되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관계유형을 술어논리에 기반하여 온톨로지 환경에서 개체 클래스의 인스턴스와 인스턴스 간 관계를 RDF/OWL의 객체속성(Object Property)을 서지세계의 개체 간 관계기술과 접근을 위한 새로운 제어기제이자 통합적 연결장치로서 그 적용과 활용 가능성을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 관계온톨로지 시스템을 구축하고 SPARQL 질의결과를 온톨로지 시각화도구를 통해 제시하였다. 이로써 온톨로지 기반의 ‘관계기술목록’이라는 새로운 목록업무 영역의 확장을 통해, 목록기능의 ‘다 대 다 집중’이라는 의미 확장, ‘개체단위 기반의 의미적 집중’, RDF/OWL 객체속성의 계층관계 상속을 이용한 ‘관계 추론’ 등을 연구결과로 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study proposes a ‘Bibliographic Universe Relationship Vocabulary’(burv) using the RDF/OWL Object Property under the SPO predicate logic according to the relationship type among all entities of bibliographic universe and implemented a ‘relationship ontology system’ to establish a new cataloging business domain called ‘Relationship Description Cataloging’ based on the ontology.

국사편찬위원회는 역사 연구의 자료가 되는 기록인 사료의 중심 수집기관으로 사료조사수집 활동을 통한 성과물을 이용자에게 제공하기 위한 수집사료 관리시스템을 개발하고 있다. 사료는 기록물의 특성을 가지고 있어 출처주의, 계층목록과 같은 기록물관리체계를 따르지만 실제 업무흐름은 도서관업무와 유사하다. 국편이 목표로 하는 수집사료 관리시스템은 전자사료관시스템과 전자도서관시스템의 통합된 형태가 된다. 본 연구는 국사편찬위원회의 사례를 중심으로 수집사료 관리시스템의 개발과 시스템의 성공적인 운영을 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제안하고 있다.
Abstract
National Institue of Korean History(NIKH) is the major collecting organization of manuscripts, records for historical research and develops a Collecting Manuscripts Management System. Manuscripts description conforms to records management system, such as provenance information and hierarchical catalog records and business process observes library management system because it is not the public records. Goal system is integrated system containing both. This study proposes development of Collecting Historical Manuscripts Management System in the NIKH and the aspects to achieve successful system operation.

능력중심의 사회가 도래함에 따라 사서직이 고숙련의 전문직으로 전문성강화를 하기 위하여 직무분석을 통하여 국립중앙도서관사서의 핵심직무를 도출하고, 전문사서의 유형을 개발하였다. 직무분석 결과 국립중앙도서관사서의 업무는 22개의 책무와 216개의 작업이며, 96개의 핵심업무로 구성되었다. 이를 체계적 교육과정개발을 위한 교육과정 우선순위 결정도구에 의하여 분석하고, 현장의 수요를 반영한 결과 기능별 10종, 이용대상별 2종을 제안하였다. 제안된 유형은 다음과 같다:장서개발전문사서, 분류ㆍ목록전문사서, 정보조사제공전문사서, 독서전문사서, 국제표준(ISO/TC, ISBN, ISSN, CIP)연구전문사서, DB전문가 및 시스템전문사서, 국내협력지원전문사서, 국제교류전문사서, 도서관마케팅전문사서, 교육설계전문사서, 어린이 전문사서, 장애인서비스 전문사서.
Abstract
Analyzing out the Key Tasks and Developing the Professional Type of National Librarians through Job Analysis was made, because improving the professionalism of librarians is the strategy of survival in the competency based society. It is composed of 22 duties, 216 tasks of national librarian job and 96 key tasks is extracted among them. As the results, 12 types of professional librarian which is composed 10 function oriented types, and 2 user oriented types, is suggested: collection development librarian, catalogerㆍtaxonomist, information service librarian, reading coach, research librarian of international standards, database & system manager, international work librarian, national support librarian, marketing librarian, library literacy librarian, children' librarian, handicapped service librarian.

본 연구의 목적은 사서교사의 특성 변인에 따른 조직 커뮤니케이션 만족도가 학교도서관의 정보․교육서비스에 끼치는 영향을 분석하고 학교도서관의 교육적 역할 활성화에 주는 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 분석 결과 사서교사는 업무수행에서 상사 및 동료와의 대화와 면담 등 비공식적 커뮤니케이션과 수평적 커뮤니케이션을 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 성별, 경력, 학교 급 등 사서교사의 특성 변인에 따라서 이용자 교육, 도서관활용수업, 독서교육 프로그램 및 정보활용교육 운영 방식 등에 차이가 나타났다. 특히 비공식 커뮤니케이션에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 교과연계도서목록 제공이 증가하고 있으며, 수평적 커뮤니케이션이 정보활용교육을 활성화하는데 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학교도서관 운영과 관련된 공동체 구성원에게 학교도서관의 비전과 목적을 알리고 책임과 역할을 분명히 하기 위해서는 수평적 커뮤니케이션 수단인 협조문, 위원회, 협의회 등을 활성화하고 적극적으로 참여하여야 한다. 또한 비공식 커뮤니케이션의 한계를 극복하기 위해서는 사서교사의 리더십 개발, 동료교사에 대한 맞춤형 서비스 제공을 위한 마케팅 전략 수립 등의 노력이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of organizational communication satisfaction of teacher librarians on the informational and educational service and to draw implications for improvement of the school libraries' educational role. According to the results of the analysis, teacher librarians have preferred informal communication by conversation and face-to-face talk with superiors or co-workers and horizontal communication during their performance. Characteristics of teacher librarians, such as career, gender and school levels, have influential effect on user education, library- assisted instruction, reading and information literacy instruction. The more teacher librarians felt satisfaction of the informal communication, the more textbook-related reference lists are offered. Horizontal communication have a positive influence on information literacy instruction. However, teacher librarians should utilize cooperative statements, committees and councils and actively participate in those horizontal communication methods to share the vision and aims of school libraries with the larger school community. Teacher librarians also should put more efforts into developing their leadership role and marketing strategies in order to overcome the weaknesses of informal communication.
