오늘날 초고속통신망의 구축과 인터넷의 확산으로 인한 정보화의 급격한 진행은 국회도서관의 의회정보서비스에도 많은 변화를 초래하였다. 같은 맥락에서 의회정보서비스도 이용자들의 정보요구와 변화에 부응하여 이용자들이 만족하는 정보서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라 국회도서관 의회정보서비스 이용자 만족도를 제고시키기 위한 방안을 고찰하고 이용자가 만족하는 도서관 서비스 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 국회에 소속되어 있는 국회의원 및 보좌진을 대상으로 국회도서관 의회정보서비스에 대한 이용자들의 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문조사를 바탕으로 의회정보서비스 의견을 수렴하고 이를 분석․반영하여 이용, 홍보, 만족도 등 국회도서관 의회정보서비스의 개선 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The construction of an information super highway and diffusion of the internet brings about a lot of changes in the Legislative Information Services of the National Assembly Library. In the same vein, Legislative Information Services should provide information services which satisfy users according to their information needs and the changes. In light of that, this study aims at enhancing users' satisfaction and suggesting information services for the Legislative Information Services of the National Assembly Library. Accordingly, this study surveys assemblymen and their assistants of satisfaction in Legislative Information Services and suggests some recommendations for improvement based on the survey results.

정보기술과 정보환경의 변화에 따라 인터넷 상에서 필요한 정보를 종합적으로 제공하는 포털서비스가 점점 일상화, 대중화 되어가고 있는 현실에서 정보의 제공과 유통을 담당하는 도서관이 포털서비스를 제공하는 것은 지극히 당연한 일이다. 이에 본 연구는 도서관 포털서비스의 이해를 높이기 위하여 국가디지털도서관인 디브러리 포털서비스를 메인포털, 지역정보, 정책정보, 다문화정보, 장애인정보, 디브러리 블로그로 나누어 그 구성과 콘텐츠를 조사․분석하였다. 그 결과 디브러리 포털서비스를 더욱 확산시키고 활성화하기 위해서 제공되는 디브러리 포털서비스의 최신성, 정확성, 유용성과 이용용이성, 홍보와 진흥 등이 강조되었다.
Abstract
Due to changes in information technology and the information environment, portal services, including library service, which systematically provides information needed on the Internet have become popular in our daily lives. In light of that, this study, in order to enhance our understanding on portal services, examines and analyzes Dibrary, the National Digital Lirary, portal services including main portal, regional information, policy information, multicultural information, the information for the handicapped, and the Dibrary blogs. Accordingly, the emphasis has been put on decency, accuracy, usefulness/user-friendliness, and publicity/promotion for the diffusion and activation of Dibrary portal services.
