초록
본 연구의 목적은 이용자 연구와 국내외 기존 시스템의 기능을 분석한 자료를 기반으로 하여 맞춤정보서비스를 제공하는 MyCyberLibrary의 모형을 설계한 후 이를 평가하여 좀 더 효율적인 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. MyCyberLibrary 모형은 최신정보제공서비스, 전자저널/e-book 관리, 데이터베이스 관리. 컬렉션 관리, 프로젝트 관리, 전자지정자료 관리, 도서관 정보서비스 관리, 파일통합 관리, 저작권 관리의 총 9개 서브시스템들로 구성된다. 또한 모형의 효율성을 측정하기 위해서 프로토타입 시스템을 구성하여 40명의 이용자를 대상으로 시스템의 만족도를 조사하고 시스템의 기능을 향상시키기 위한 세 가지 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data for providing library information services of high quality with clients, by designing the model of MyCyberLibrary and evaluating it. The model of MyCyberLibrary was constructed based on the survey results on the information-seeking behavior of users and on the review of the existing mylibraries′functions. The model is implemented into the prototype system which consists of nine modules. Finally, we evaluated the proposed system via mail questionnaires, and proposed three suggestions to make this system a much more comprehensive and effective one.

지식관리 인프라의 구축에는 다양한 정보시스템간의 인터페이스와 통합이 필요하다. 특히 디지털도서관과 지식관리시스템은 조직 내·외부 지식의 유기적인 상호작용을 위해 통합적인 시각에서 구현되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지식관리의 주요 요소별로 두 시스템을 비교·분석하여 공통기반과 차이점을 도출하고 각각의 제한요소를 상호 보완할 수 있는 지식관리 통합모형을 제시하고자하였다. 정제된 외부지식을 적시적소에 공급하는 디지털도서관과 이를 기반으로 새로운 지식의 창출을 지원하는 지식관리시스템의 유기적인 연계와 통합은 지식관리의 성과제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
An interface or integration among various information system is needed to construct knowledge management infrastructure. Particularly, digital library and knowledge management system have to be implemented in the view of integration for activating interaction of organizational knowledge. So this study conducts comparative analysis between two systems in the perspective of knowledge management key factors, and then explores the ways toward an integration model. The integration model is designed for activating user interface and consistent flow of knowledge. This model is expected to contribute to increase the performance of knowledge management.

비영리 조직인 도서관에서 정보화가 차지하는 비중이 점차 증대됨에 따라 시스템에 대한 감리와 통제만으로 지식정보자원관리를 조직의 경영목표에 적합하도록 유지하는 것이 어렵게 되었다. 그러므로 조직의 종합적인 경영체제 내에서 전체 경영활동과 통합되고 융화될 수 있도록 정보화 경영시스템의 적용이 필요하다. 도서관에서도 조직의 전략적 측면이나 사회 ·경제적인 요구들을 포함하는 포괄적인 문제를 고려하여 지식정보화 촉진과 경영혁신을 추구해야 한다. 본 연구는 모든 도서관에 적용할 수 있는 표준화된 규격으로 정보화경영시스템의 적용을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 지금가지 다양하게 개발된 도서관 성과지표와 정보화경영시스템의 수준평가표를 비교, 분석 하였으며, 도서관은 정보화경영시스템 도입을 통하여 조직의 효율성과 이용자 만족을 제고하고 나아가 국가경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있게 될 것이다.
Abstract
According to increase share ratio of information on library be unable bring to maintain knowledge and information resource management for information audit and control on management vision in non-profit organization. Application of information management system was necessary to the systems integration and total management activity in total management system of organization. Library must be to investigate knowledge and information promotion and management innovation needs to consider to gather into a bundle problems to include social and economic requirements. This research be able to adaption all library standardization rule review adapt ability of information management system through the analysis compared to various developed performance indicator for library and level evaluation indicator for information management system. Library will be expanse efficiency of organization, satisfaction of users and level up the National competition through the adaptation of information management system.

폭발적인 디지털콘텐츠의 성장과 함께, 지식과 정보를 중계하고 유통시키는 조직으로서 도서관과 정보센터는 지식소유자와 이용자사이에서의 새로운 역할을 수행하여야 한다. 정보화사회에서 무형의 정보와 지식에 경제적인 가치가 더하게 되므로서 전자지불시스템은 이러한 중계서비스를 수행하기 위하여 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 그러나 네트웍상에서 디지털콘텐츠를 전자적으로 사고 팔기 위해서는 데이터와 사용자의 정보에 대한 보안이 필수적으로 요구된다. 지식중계시스템(전자도서관)은 이용자가 안전하고 편리하게 인터넷을 통하여 자신이 필요로 하는 디지털콘텐츠를 입수 및 구매할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 정보의 공유와 개방을 목표로 개발된 인터넷이 갖고 있는 기본적인 취약성 때문에 거래내용, 신용카드정보, 은행계좌정보, 혹은 관련 비밀번호, 사용자정보 등의 중요정보들이 쉽게 노출될 수 있다. 이러한 인터넷과 같은 개방망에서의 전자거래의 보안성을 높이기 위한 방법으로서 본 연구에서는 기존의 인증시스템과 관련된 암호관련 기술을 살펴보고 보다 보안성을 높일 수 있는 방법으로서 고려되고 있는 스마트카드가 가지고 있는 장점을 온라인상의 전자거래에 적용하는데 있어서의 사용자와 스마트카드에 대한 인증방법을 제안하고 있으며 특히 개방형 네트워크상에서의 스마트카드를 기반으로 하는 전자중계시스템에서의 사용자 및 스마트카드에 대한 동시적 다중인증 및 암호통신에 대한 프로토콜을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다.

Abstract
With explosively increasing digital contents, library and Information center should have a new role between knowledge providers and knowledge users as information brokering organization. By serving as a virtual information resource. the Internet can dramatically change the way business is conducted and Information is provided. However because of features o( the Internet like openness and information sharing, it has fundamental vulnerabilities in security issues. For Instance, disclosure of private information and line eavesdropping such as password, banking account, transaction data on network and so on are primary obstruction factors to activation of digital contents delivery on network. For high network security and authentication, this paper looks at smart card technologies and proposes multi-authentication protocol based on smart card on open network, implements and analyzes it.
