하나의 기록을 이해하기 위해서는 기록의 내용뿐 아니라 그 기록의 생산배경과 업무 맥락을 함께 파악해야 한다. 또한 다양한 부서와 기관에 흩어져 있는 관련 기록들을 쉽게 찾을 수 있는 기능도 필요하다. 따라서 기록 검색서비스에서 정보 간의 ‘연계’는 갈수록 중요해지고 있다. 국가기록원 역시 영구기록관리시스템의 검색서비스 기능으로 ‘연계’를 강조하고 있지만, 정작 국가기록포털을 살펴보면 전거정보의 연계 부족, 독립적으로 존재하는 내부 서비스와 콘텐츠, 유관 기관과의 연계 부재 등의 문제가 확인된다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 국가기록포털의 한계를 해결하고자, 이상적인 연계서비스를 구축한 기록관리 선진기관을 선정하여 이들 기관의 연계구조를 전반적으로 확인하고, 연계구조 중 타 기록관리 기관에서 볼 수 없었던 특이점과 국가기록포털에서 차용 가능한 요소를 도출하였다. 다음으로, 국가기록포털 연계구조의 현황을 분석하여 연계가 이루어지지 않은 부분을 비롯해 연계방식을 개선해야 할 항목 등을 규명, 이를 해결하기 위한 구체적인 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가기록포털의 개선된 연계 서비스를 통해 이용자의 검색 만족도를 높이고, 소장기록 및 기 구축된 내부 서비스와 콘텐츠의 접근성 및 활용성을 향상시키는 데에 있다.
Abstract
In order to understand a record, not only the contents of the record but also the production background and work context of the record must be grasped. It also requires a function that makes it easy to find related records scattered across various departments and agencies. Accordingly, the ‘linkage’ of information in archival information services is becoming more important. NAK also emphasizes ‘linkage’ as a search service function of the archives management system, but some problems were identified at the National Archives Portal Service (NAPS) such as a lack of linkage with authority data, disruption of internal service, and absence of linkage with other related organizations. To solve the limitations of the NAPS, we selected and analyzed advanced record management institutions that have built an ideal linkage service; checked the overall linkage structure of these institutions; and identified characteristics that could not be seen by other institutions. Also, elements that can be adopted from the NAPS were derived. Next, the current status of the NAPS linkage structure was analyzed to identify the parts that were not linked and the items that need to be improved in the linkage method, and specific advancement plans were suggested to solve these problems. The purpose of this study is to increase users’ satisfaction with search and to advance the accessibility and utilization of records and internal services through improved linkage services of NAPS.

본 연구는 학교도서관에서 활용할 수 있는 도서추천시스템을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 도서추천시스템은 DLS의 대출 데이터를 활용하여 연관규칙 기반의 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 학교도서관 이용자들에게 개인화 도서추천 서비스 제공이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 이를 위해 Apriori 알고리즘 기반의 연관규칙과 매개 중심성 분석을 적용하고, 기술통계, 연관규칙 생성, 학생중심 추천, 도서 중심추천 등 세부 기능을 구현하였다. 이어서 사서교사를 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 도서추천시스템 사용에 대한 의견을 조사하였다. 조사 결과, 도서추천의 필요성 및 어려움, 학생의 반응, 기존 추천방식과의 차이점 및 활용방안, 개선 사항에 대한 의견을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 토대로 다음의 논의점을 제안하였다. 첫째, 개별학교의 특성을 파악하기 위해서 장기간의 대출 데이터의 제공이 필요하다. 둘째, 지역별 혹은 학교 특성별 데이터 통합 방안에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 셋째, 독서교육종합시스템에서 제공하는 도서추천시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제안된 내용을 토대로 향후 학교도서관 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 개인화 추천시스템 적용에 대한 다양한 논의가 이루어지길 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a book recommendation system that can be used in school libraries. The book recommendation system applies an algorithm based on association rules using DLS lending data and is designed to provide personalized book recommendation services to school library users. For this purpose, association rules based on the Apriori algorithm and betweenness centrality analysis were applied and detailed functions such as descriptive statistics, generation of association rules, student-centered recommendation, and book-centered recommendation were materialized. Subsequently, opinions on the use of the book recommendation system were investigated through in-depth interviews with teacher librarians. As a result of the investigation, opinions on the necessity and difficulty of book recommendation, student responses, differences from existing recommendation methods, utilization methods, and improvements were confirmed and based on this, the following discussions were proposed. First, it is necessary to provide long-term lending data to understand the characteristics of each school. Second, it is necessary to discuss the data integration plan by region or school characteristics. Third, It is necessary to establish a book recommendation system provided by the Comprehensive Support System for Reading Education. Based on the contents proposed in this study, it is expected that various discussions will be made on the application of a personalization recommendation system that can be used in the school library in the future.

본 연구는 옥천군 생활문화체육센터 도서관 건립 이후 운영 방안을 수립할 필요성을 기반으로 하며, 옥천군 내의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 옥천군 도서관의 기능․역할 및 장서 운영방향, 이용자 서비스 활성화 및 이용현황 조사, 향후 이용 의사 등에 대한 선호도 조사, 희망 서비스에 대한 인식 등을 조사하였다. 인식조사 결과를 기반으로 옥천군민이 도서관에 요구하는 방향성을 파악하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 장서 계획 수립 시 이용자의 요구도를 반영하여 자료 유형은 인쇄자료 및 멀티미디어 자료를 기반으로 하고, 문학, 예술, 역사, 기술과학 등의 주제분야를 우선적으로 고려하여 수집할 필요가 있을 것으로 파악되었다. 둘째, 다양한 정보서비스를 제공하기 위해 전반적인 정보서비스 계획 수립이 필요하며, 이와 함께 이용자 선호도에 따른 다양한 정보서비스 개발과 협력형 서비스 제공이 필요할 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 옥천군민들의 프로그램에 대한 요구도가 높은 것을 고려하여 향후 다양한 주제 및 각 연령층에 적합한 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해야 할 것으로 파악되었다. 넷째, 신규건립 및 공간 개선이 필요하며, 전반적으로 열린 공간에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타났다. 문화공간의 경우 청소년 문화시설, 주민편의시설, 무한상상실, (체험)전시관 등에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was conducted based on the need to establish an operational plan following the establishment of the Okcheon-gun Daily Life Culture and Sports Center Library, and for the users of public libraries in Okcheon-gun, the functions and roles of the Okcheon-gun Library, collection related to operational direction, user service related activation, library usage related status survey, preference for the future use and perception of desired services were surveyed. Based on the results of the perception survey, the direction required by the Okcheon-gun residents for the Library was identified, and the research results are as follows. As a result of the study, first, when establishing a collection plan, the data types ought to be based on the printed materials and the multi-media materials to reflect the needs of the users, and it may also be necessary to collect them in consideration of the subject areas including literature, art, history, and technical sciences. Second, to provide various information services, it would be necessary to establish an overall information service plan, and it was identified that it would be necessary to develop various information services according to the user preferences and provide cooperative services. Third, it was determined that the programs appropriate for the various subjects and age groups should be continuously expanded moving forward in consideration of the larges demand for programs by the residents of Okcheon-gun. Fourth, new constructions and spatial improvements are needed, and the overall preference for open spaces was significant. In the case of cultural space, the preference for youth cultural facilities, convenience facilities for residents, infinite loss of imagination, and the (experiential) exhibition halls turned out to be large.
