본 연구는 국가과학기술문헌센터 건립에 대한 이론적 기반을 수립하는 것으로서 국가과학기술 문헌센터의 기능과 역할에 부합한 적정규모의 최적모형을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 국가 과학기술문헌센터의 기능 중 건물 규모 산출과 설비를 위해 자료공동보존소로서의 콘도미니엄 프로그램 개발과 하이브리드 도서관, 클리어링하우스 등의 기능과 역할을 검토하고, 이에 따라 국가과학기술문헌센터 건물의 공간구성 프로그램 국가과학기술문헌센터의 계획 대지 현황분석과 기본구상을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to suggest a theoretical base and guideline for the national scientific and techmical information ivfrastructure of the national scientific technology. And the obhective of this study is to contribute ti strengthen the need of the building of the national scientific and technical information center and provide operation programs and vision toward information center which will be established later. This study suggesrs a plan and strategy which make it possoble to conduct functions asthe national repository, clearinghouse, and portal gateway of the electronic resource and propose apace program fpr the optimal building construction. Therefore, the contents of this study cover the building of the national scientific and technical information center as well as the basic plan of scale and space progran, validity analysis of site location and environment
초록
본 연구의 목적은 과학기술정보 서비스 기관인 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 정보의 공동활용을 목적으로 제공하고 있는 오픈서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 분석하여, 오픈서비스 이용자의 요구를 파악하고 수요자 기반의 서비스 개선사항을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 KISTI에서 제공하는 있는 오픈서비스인 NOS (NDSL Open Service)의 이용자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 서비스별 품질을 나타내는 이용자의 만족도 지표는 해당 서비스에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 품질을 측정할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 품질지수, 만족지수, 성과지수로 구성되었다. 분석결과 이용자들은 오픈서비스의 사회적 기여도 및 공익성 측면에서 긍정적인 평가를 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 환경품질과 서비스 과정품질 항목은 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보여주어 오픈서비스를 조금 더 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하는 편의성의 제고와 함께 VOC를 중심으로 서비스 이용과정 및 환경 만족도 제고 방안을 모색해야 함을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of NDSL Open Service (NOS) and to improve standards of open service for sharing information through the user satisfaction survey. User satisfaction indexes were developed to measure the all aspects of the NOS services. The quality index, satisfaction index, and performance index were identified in this survey. According to the survey findings, the levels of social quality and social satisfaction are relatively high, this shows the positive evaluation and expectation of researchers for open services. However, relatively low level is identified in area of service process quality. Therefore, NOS requires method to help easily take advantage of OpenAPI and strategy to increase service process satisfaction and service environment satisfaction.

최근 대학에서는 다양하게 변화하고 있는 실무현장과 학술연구분야를 반영하여 교과과정을 개편하자는 요구가 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 교육과정 개편에 필요한 해외 문헌정보학 교육과정의 동향을 파악하고자 세 가지 측면에서 미국 문헌정보학 교과과정에 개설되어 있는 교과목을 분석하였다. 교과목 분석에 적용된 기준은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 문헌정보관리 직무단위, 한국연구재단의 국가과학기술표준분류와 학술연구분야 분류표에 나타난 문헌정보학 주제 분류이다. 세 가지 측면으로 분석한 결과 공통되게 나타난 현상은 시스템 구축설계 및 정보기술분야의 교과목 수가 많은 것이며 도서관 및 정보센터 경영과 이용자서비스도 교과목이 많은 주제 분야인 것으로 조사되었다.
Abstract
Since new issues and topics are emerging in the information and library science fields, diverse needs are identified to enhance the curriculum of library and information science education. This study investigated curriculum of library and information science in US and identified the topics of classes in the curriculum by the three aspects such as competency areas, scientific and technology category, and research fields. Consequently, topics related various information technology including system design and implement are the most popular topics in all analyses. Library and information center management and user service are also major topics of the curriculum.
