이 연구에서는 AGROVOC 시소러스의 개념간 관계를 분석하여 시소러스의 의미 관계의 모호성과 비일관성을 밝히고, 이러한 단점들을 개선한 온톨로지의 개념간 관계를 제시하였다. 개념간 관계 분석의 결과로 온톨로지의 개념간 관계의 핵심 요소인 개념 모형과 의미론적으로 발전된 개념간 관계 유형을 제시하였다. 이 관계들은 부분적으로 추론 기능을 수행할 수 있으며 보다 명확한 의미 관계를 기반으로 하는 지식조직시스템에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 시소러스의 개념간 관계 유형을 확장하는데 이용할 수 있는 새로운 관계 유형들을 밝혀내었고, 이 관계 유형들이 법률분야 관련어집과 같은 기존 시소러스에도 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study uncovered ambiguity and inconsistency of the semantic relationships of the existing thesaurus by analyzing the concept relationships of AGROVOC and proposed the concept relationships of ontology in partially overcoming these limitations. By the results of analyzing the concept relationships, the study proposed conceptual model as most important part of conecept relationships of ontology and semantically developed concept relationship types. These relationships partially can perform inferences and must be useful for information knowledge system based on more exact semantic relationships. Also the study found out new relationship types and they will be useful for extension of the concept relationships of existing thesaurus. And these relationship types showed that they were useful for the existing thesaurus as Legal Thesaurus.
초록
신학 시소러스의 개념 관계를 구축하기 위해서 용어를 영어 신학사전과 성경에서 주로 추출하였다. 추출한 용어들을 대상으로 시소러스의 가장 기본적인 관계 유형인 등가관계, 계층관계, 연관관계를 구축하였다. 등가 관계에서 특징적인 것은 히브리어, 그리스어, 라틴어 우선어가 포함되었으며, 계층관계에서는 속종관계, 사례관계, 전체-부분 관계, 다중계층 관계로 세분화되었다. 또한 신학 시소러스의 개념 관계의 유형에 있어서는 다른 주제 영역의 시소러스와 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 이 논문에서는 성경 신학과 연관된 관계 유형의 실제 사례들을 주로 제시하였다. 그 이유는 성경 신학이 성경과 기독교 신학 전체를 포괄적인 관점에서 파악할 수 있는 장점이 있기 때문이다. 이와 관련해서 신학 시소러스의 개념 관계의 특징 중의 하나는 비유적 표현의 용어가 상당히 많았다는 점이다. 이러한 결과가 나온 주된 이유는 구약에서 예표된 내용이 신약에서 성취되는 성경의 핵심적 구조 때문이다.
Abstract
Terms collected from theological dictionaries in English and the Scripture are used in order to construct conceptual relationships of theological thesaurus. Using the terms, equivalence relationships, hierarchical relationships, and associative relationships as the basic relationships in thesaurus are constructed. In equivalence relationships, Hebrew, Greek, and Latin terms are included as descriptors and in hierarchical relationships, generic, instance, whole-part, and polyhierarchical relationships are constructed. Also, there is no big difference in the kinds of conceptual relationships between this theological thesaurus and the thesauri of other subjects. Examples of Biblical Theology are showed. Because Biblical Theology has a strong point to view the Scripture and Protestantism on comprehensive perspective. In this context, one of the main feature in the theological thesaurus is that there are a lot of the allegorical terms. Typology, which is the core structure causes this result.
