본 연구는 서울특별시 A구 산하 9개 도서관 이용자들의 대출 기록을 모두 조사하여 주제별 장서이용 행태를 분석하고 주제 분야 간 어떠한 연관성을 지니고 있는가를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 2006년 6월부터 2014년 6월까지 발생한 2,723,115건의 대출 기록을 수집하여 분석하였다. 한국십진분류(KDC)에 따라 총류(000)부터 역사(900)까지 10개 대분류와 총류(000)부터 전기(990)까지 100개 중분류로 나누어 주제별 대출빈도를 분석하였으며, 도서관 이용자들의 대출기록 기록을 중분류에 따른 상관계수에 근거한 군집분석을 통하여 주제별 연관성을 분석하였다.
Abstract
The goal of this study is to analyze use patterns of library collections using circulation statistics of 9 public libraries user’s of the Seoul borough “A”. For this study, the 2,723,115 circulation-related data of 9 public libraries located in borough “A” which were occurred between June 2006 and June 2014 were collected and used. According to the Korea Decimal Classification (KDC), All circulation records is divided into 10 categories from general (000) to history (900) and 100 divisions from general (000) to biography (990), is analyzed the frequency by category and is analyzed by cluster analysis based on thematic relevance.

본 연구는 공공도서관 교육문화프로그램 참여여부에 따라 이용자들의 도서관 이용, 즉 이용도, 관심도, 활용도에 차이가 존재하는지 살펴보고, 각각의 교육문화프로그램 유형에 참여하는 이용자들이 이용성에 대한 일정한 패턴을 보이는지를 알아보고자 했다. 프로그램 현황 및 설문 데이터를 통해 통계분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 교육문화프로그램 참여 여부와 참여하는 교육문화프로그램의 유형에 따라 도서관 이용방식, 자료대출횟수, 사이트 및 앱 접속횟수 등의 도서관 이용 패턴에 차이가 존재함을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study examined whether there is any difference in the public library patrons’ library uses depending on their participation in the educational and cultural programs of such libraries. Additional analysis was conducted to determine if the particular educational and cultural program participants’ showed any consistent library use patterns. The statistical analysis of such program offerings and the patron survey data resulted in the findings such as that there were statistically significant differences in how the patrons’ used the libraries, the number of library resources borrowed, and the frequency of library websites and/or mobile applications used based on their participation in the educational and cultural programs and also the types of programs that they attended.

본 연구는 대학도서관과 공공도서관에서 영상물 이용현황과 그에 따른 저작권 문제를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 공공도서관과 대학도서관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 사서의 저작권 문제는 설문조사와 더불어 도메리와 저작권 관련 웹사이트 등의 질문을 분석하였다. 그 결과 영상자료를 위한 설비의 다양화와 서비스의 다양화에 따라 저작권 문제도 공연뿐만 아니라 대출, 보존용 복제, 디지털화, 인터넷을 통한 서비스 등 다양하게 발생하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 각 영역별 저작권 질문이 기초적인 질문에서부터 세부적인 문제에 대한 질문까지 다양하게 이루어지고 있었다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 저작권 문제의 복잡성을 고려해 볼 때 사서양성과 관련한 대학 정규교육과정에서 저작권에 대한 기초적 이해를 위한 교육, 직무연수과정에서 저작권법의 개정에 따른 보완 교육, 세부적인 저작권 문제에 대한 해결을 위해서 사서를 위한 온라인 질의응답 서비스가 실시될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study investigated the present situation of the use of cinematographic works and the problems of copyright. Surveys were conducted in public and university libraries for these. Also, content analyses were conducted to make sense of copyright problems in libraries. As a result, this study found that problems of copyright had occurred in various aspects related to public performance, lending, digitization and internet services according to the diversity of facilities for watching cinematographic works and library services. Also, the librarians’ questions to the copyright were very various from the primary level to specific level. This study suggested that regular courses of study in library schools need to be opened to primitive understanding to copyright law and occupational training programs for librarians need to be opened to complementary education as revisions of copyright law. This study also suggested that the online Q&A services need to be started for librarians who have detailed copyright problems.
