본 연구는 결혼이주여성들의 도서관 이용의 어려움을 도서관 불안 척도를 통해 측정하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제안하였다. 연구방법은 광주에 위치한 공공도서관 5곳에서 2015년 12월부터 2016년 3월까지 도서관 불안에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 137명의 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 결혼이주여성들의 전체 도서관 불안 점수는 5점 척도에서 2.91점으로 기존의 선행연구들과 비교하여 비교적 높은 편이었다. 개인특성에 따른 도서관 불안 결과를 분석해 본 결과 한국어 능력, 남편직업, 이용목적, 방문횟수, 도서관거리, 그리고 모국경험의 차이에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성의 도서관 불안 완화를 위한 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study investigated the difficulty of married immigrant women in the use of library with LAS (Library Anxiety Scale). The data were collected by LAS survey with 137 married immigrant women in five public libraries in Gwangju from December 2015 to March 2016. As the results, married immigrant women’s average anxiety score was 2.91 points which is comparatively higher than the results of previous studies. The statistical analysis of library anxiety scores with personal factors showed statistically significant result in several factors such as Korean skill, spouse’s job, purpose of using library, visiting count of library, distance between home and library, and experience from their homeland. Finally this study proposed several suggestions to reduce married immigrant women’s anxiety from library.
초록
국회기록은 민주주의의 역사적 증거로써 큰 가치를 가지고 있어 공공기록 중 가장 활용가치가 높은 기록 중 하나로 볼 수 있다. 때문에 업무상의 참고자료 혹은 증빙자료로 활용될 뿐만 아니라 학술 목적으로도 이용되고 있다. 학술 정보 이용자는 우리 사회의 지적 능력을 향상시키고 간접적 혁신을 이끌 수 있으며 이들에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공 한다면 기록관리기관의 지속적인 열람과 이용률을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국회기록을 담당하고 있는 국회기록보존소의 학술 정보 서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 미국과 영국의 입법 아카이브센터 사례조사, 국회기록보존소 서비스 담당 실무자 2명과 국회기록을 학술 목적으로 이용해 본 이용자 8명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 온라인 원문 구축 확대와 국회기록보존소 홍보를 통한 국회기록보존소 인식 개선과 국회사무처와 협력체계 구축, 주제별 국회기록 제공, 국회기록 수집 및 분석 지원을 통한 온라인 서비스 강화, 개인화 서비스와 연구가이드를 통한 맞춤형 이용자 서비스를 제안하였다.
Abstract
The National Assembly record is considered one of the most valuable public records because it has great value as a historical evidence of democracy. Therefore, it is not only used as a reference or evidence for work, but also used for academic purposes. Academic information users can improve their intellectual skills in our society, lead to indirect innovation, and provide customized services to them, which can increase the continuous viewing and utilization rate of records management institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to propose a plan to activate the academic information service of the National Assembly Records Preservation Center, which is in charge of the National Assembly records. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners in charge of literature research, case studies, and services at the National Assembly Archives and users of academic information. It proposed improving awareness of the National Assembly Archives, strengthening online services, and customized user services.
