최근 특허기술의 가치평가가 크게 강조되고 있으며, 특허의 피인용횟수는 특허기술 가치평가에 있어 중요한 척도이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 특허를 대상으로 피인용횟수에 영향을 주는 변수들을 도출하기 위하여 일반화 선형모형 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 총 12개의 변수를 형태적, 기술적 그리고 개념적 요인으로 분류하였고, 국내 의료기기 특허 14개의 분야에 적용하여 분석한 결과 출원인 국적, 출원인 유형, 발명자 수, 출원국가 수, IPC 수, 참고문헌 수, 서지결합도가 특허 피인용횟수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 실정에 적용 가능한 연구를 수행함으로써 국내 특허에 대한 인용 분석 방법론에 있어서 실질적인 기초적 자료를 제공했다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The valuation of patented technology has been recently emphasized, and the patent citation is known as an important factor. This study performed a generalized linear model to find variables that effect the patent citation. We classified 13 variables as morphological, technological and conceptual factors and used them to find out effective variables in 14 medical devices classification. Through the empirical study, we found seven effective variables (assignee nationality, assignee character, the number of inventors, the number of application countries, the number of IPC, the number of references, the strength of bibliographic coupling). In order to apply to Korean industry, this study has significance that provides basic research to citation analysis model.
초록
본 연구에서는 공공도서관의 서비스 프로그램 운영과정에서 생산된 ‘서비스 데이터’를 서지데이터와 연계하여 도서관 목록을 개선시키고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년에 우수 도서관으로 선정된 공공도서관 7곳을 대상으로 서비스 데이터를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 서지데이터와 서비스 데이터를 서지프레임워크를 적용하여 시범적으로 연계하고, 활용 가능한 인터페이스를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 1) 선별적이고 가치 평가가 포함된 서지데이터를 확보하고, 2) 장서의 생애주기 동안 서지데이터를 지속적으로 업데이트할 수 있게 되며, 3) 체계적으로 관리되기 어려웠던 서지데이터의 보존성과 공유 가능성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 4) 시맨틱웹 환경에서 외부 링크드 데이터를 추가적으로 연계할 수 있는 서지데이터 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to improve bibliographic data of public libraries by linking service data, which are produced out of library service programs. Service data collected from the seven award-winning public libraries were selected and analyzed. A Bibliographic Framework is used for linking bibliographic data and service data. Interfaces are also suggested for the two-way data linking. The results can be used to obtain 1) selective and value-added bibliographic data, 2) bibliographic data updated continuously throughout the lifecycle, 3) structured service data for preservation and sharing, and 4) bibliographic data linked to the additional external linked data.
초록
정보이용자연구는 인간과 인문환경을 대상으로 삼는 연구 분야로서, 본질적으로 연구의 활용성과 확장성이 높다. 그러나 국내에서는 정보이용자연구에 대한 연구동향과 실태가 제대로 파악되지 않아, 정보이용자연구의 가치 있는 연구 결과물들의 공유와 확산이 미진한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 1980년부터 2015년까지 국내 문헌정보학 학술지 5개에 게재된 5,392편의 논문들 중, 정보이용자연구를 주제로 또는 정보이용자연구를 방법론으로 활용하여 생산된 논문들을 전수조사한 다음, 주제 분류표 및 분류 원칙을 설계하여 분류하고, 국내 정보이용자연구의 생산성과 연구동향을 질적인 내용 분석을 가미하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 정보이용자연구는 도서관 주제가 가장 많았다. 또한 정보이용자연구 결과물을 활용하여, 타 인접 학문과의 연계를 바탕으로 학계에의 또는 사회 제문제 해결에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
As a type of humanities discipline, information user studies tend to have influence and applicability on the related research fields. However, research trends and status of the user studies in Korea have not been extensively explored and thus resulted in limited sharing of the research outcomes. In this research, all papers related to the information user studies were selected from 5,392 articles reported in the five Korean Library and Information Science Journals. The chosen papers were classified according to the subject categories then qualitatively analyzed in terms of research productivity and trends. Library was the main theme of the information user studies. A number of suggestions were generated to apply the information user studies outcomes in solving academic as well as wider societal problems.
초록
본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관이 급격한 환경변화 속에 있는 대학의 환경을 반영하고, 정보기술의 발전을 반영함으로써 대학을 리드하는 기관으로서 우뚝 서기 위한 전략을 모색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 대학도서관 사서들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학도서관 사서는 대학도서관과 관련된 빅이슈가 「대학도서관진흥법」, 대학도서관 평가 및 평가지표, 대학에서의 대학도서관의 가치, 대학도서관의 공간구성 및 기능변화라고 하였고, 대학의 환경변화, 정부의 대학에 대한 정책, 각종 국책사업, 각종 구조개혁이 대학도서관에 영향을 상당히 미친다고 하였다. 둘째, 대학도서관 사서는 도서관의 역할 변화로 학생의 정보자원 및 기술의 활용능력 향상, 학생의 독서능력 향상, 대학구성원의 연구능력 향상, 대학구성원 학습역량 향상 등에 기여할 수 있다고 하였다. 셋째, 대학도서관 사서는 이용자가 대학도서관에 가장 높게 요구하는 서비스를 전자책 및 정보자원의 확대 등으로 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was carried out for the university library to find out a strategy to stand tall as an institution to lead the university, by reflecting the university environment having with drastic environmental changes and reflecting the evolution of information technology. As a result, first, university librarians responded that big issues related to the university library is the University Library Promotion Act, University Library evaluation and assessment indicators, the value of university libraries at the university, and changing spatial composition and functions of the university library. Second, university librarians responded that changes of the university environment, government policy on universities, various national projects, and various university reform policy significantly affect to the university library. Third, about what you think would be helpful to the crisis in their universities as changing role of the library, they responded that they can contribute in terms of improving students’ information and technology literacy, improving students’ reading skills, improving research capacity, and improve students’ learning ability. Fourth, they responded that services that users demand the highest in the university library will be expansion of e-books and information resource.
